Hand Seals/Charge up: Dragon-->Snake to activate seal
Description: The user must have the seal placed upon them with this jutsu. The Seal itself appears to be a Celtic Knot and is infused with Raiton Chakra. When the user unleashes this seal it automatically brings them up to the speed charted below based on their based rank in Taijutsu or Weaponry. The seal lasts for five posts posts and can only be utilized once per thread for this power:
N/A - Basic
Basic - Adept
Adept - Master
If one is a Taijutsu Master than this power switches completely into something different and the user may be at a speed that is comparable to the third gate for a total of three posts before losing half of their base speed for three posts after the jutsu runs out.
The other power the seal gives also may only be used twice per thread and to unlock this power the user must be A rank or above. What the power allows is the user to step from where they are to a distance up to fifteen meters of them. Unlike other moves this move simply allows the user to step up to fifteen meters in an instant
