OOC Decision Need to Not Happen / New Hokage

Good point Alder...inviting conflict isn't a good thing to do. The wrong ppl to taunt could utterly destroy everything you hope to gain. The council meeting of NPCs controlled by staff is a good option, and maybe Koji can prove himself a worthy Kage somehow. In any case, what I want to see in a Hokage is someone active, someone who will make Konoha the best village on the site (not just because it's the main village in the canon series), and someone who will be actively helping the citizens, upping the defenses, even running missions if it calls for it. In Short an awesome Kage who does great things.

Kagura doesn't want to be kage and the obvious.  But those Konoha characters that aren't willing to fill the position aren't doing us any good. Koji if your willing to step up that great.  But its a bad decision to invite someone to invade Konoha who is obviously taking advantage of the situation.  Strictly speaking of CS and a move pull Kagura is a great choice.  She is great deterrent for invasion.  If you want to replace her there is few options.  Become great and let her pass her title to you.  Piss her IC by forcefully removing her and setting her loose to do whatever the fuck she wants.  Option 3 get Hazama or the former kage to take over.

Said by Sato? I swear I said that like a week ago unless he said it before me before then lol And I wasn't 'inviting' him to invade the village. I came on near the end  of these talks and was willing to take him on to avoid anyone else trying to do the same, especially the young genins and such. Kagura wasn't going to fight him if he invaded and as far as I know, no one else that was semi-capable was either at the time. He told me that because someone stepped up to take the kage spot and/or fight him to prove their worth that he would not attack and since I did he said in the cbox this early morning that he wasn't going to invade because of that reason. I myself OOC and IC do not want Kagura 'forced out' with a battle or anything and thus think a peaceful removal of power VIA Council IC choosing to pick another kage would be the best option. Kagura has said she wishes to step down and/or leave the village in Exile so her picking a replacement is not highly likely. I would not mind taking over the spot of Kage, knowing I would have a lot of work to do in training myself but also keeping the village peeps happy. Even though I welcome that challenge and think I would do a good job, I do not want our village invaded quickly and me be to weak to defend it as the kage.

So with that said I think there are other viable candidates that would make just as good if not better kages such as you Alder or Xi or V's character since he was the former kage. But I do want someone that WANTS to be kage and is willing to do the hard work that is necessary of the position.  With all of this in mind, My personal final opinion would that Staff look over the candidates that I mentioned or others if their available, and make a sound decision OOC and then IC use the council to impose the ruling. This would give Kagura the option to basically do what she wants to do and it would let the staff maintain and control this situation that got out of hand pretty fast.

Kagura has said I'm the new Kage..gg no re. I am 100% serious..so...let's get ready for some invasions by people who think I'm fodder

Hmm, and that being said I don't want to be Kage, at least not any time soon, or maybe never. kage comes with tons of responsibilities and I like to keep my options open.~ Something Jiraiya would say. However I would support a strong, wise, and USEFUL Hokage that would look after the best interest of the people of our nation, and who would make awesome missions, make Konoha cooler, etc.

I see no problem with Mr.Kamui being Hokage. I don't mind it either but it's not ic for my character to be seen a lot like Hokages are supposed to. My character is rarely seen or supposed to exist. I will do it, but Kamui Senju is also willing to take the task. I also think that his character fits it more so thank mine. If need be I will become Danzo/Kakashi :)

So if Hazama is willing to hold onto the role Kakashi style until Kamui, Koji, or someone else is ready IC. Then that's most ideal.

Next order of business wording matters. Are you all seeking exhile or retirement for Alice. Exhile makes her an instant criminal not allowed in Konoha or perhaps the land of fire. Retirement she can come and go as she pleases. IC I only see reason for retirement. OC either way she is going to become a criminal

I agree. I'm more for retirement. As IC her character hasn't done anything to be exiled.

Did you mean Koji? I clearly said I wouldn't want to accept the responsibility of being Hokage (at least not for a while, because I'd want to actually meet all of the requirements). However, if that happened to be the decision that came about, I'd accept it at least until I found someone else. lol (isn't that what just about everyone has done so far?). But...as to the matter of Lady Kagura, IC I too don't see a reason to exile her, as she's committed no crimes against Konohagakure. Retiring her would be the best option.

Considering my own opinion...

XiXi would be nice, however stated his IC wouldn't fit the part
Koji would be cool and I do agree his IC fits the part
and the concern on Kagura I think just retirement is fine...no exile

I was around back when V was hokage so if anything I'm okay with new or old hokage

However it's hillarious how much Ito wants the part when he hasn't even been here long enough to become a jounin...let alone cause an uproar in chat and with the public. Please keep the self inserting awareness to IC...thank you and have a nice day~
