Already on their boat towards The Land of Tea, the squadron of Hikari as well as the two originals Shinsui and Oboro were ready for what was to come. Sounds of crickets could be heard here and there coming from the sides of them as they were in the middle of this wide river, about fifteen meters to each side before the water meets the land of the woods. The faces of each of person on this boat was being hidden behind their masks. Shinsui sat on the surface of this boat floating on the water towards the Land of Tea. The boat was brand new and quite safe for them to use, not having any holes or damage done to it made it clear the Raikan had only the best at his disposal. #1 Was standing on the left side of the boat whilst #2 was standing on the right side. In the middle of them was Shinsui, leaving about a meter of space between each of the three. #3 Covered the front of the boat, leaving two meters between him and Shinsui. #4 Was was giving them cover from the back of the boat, standing about two feet from the very back of the boat. In between Shinsui and #4 laid the bodies of the three dead shinobi brought to Shinsui not long ago by Sabo. Shinsui had quite the work done on the bodies, stitching them back together and closing the wounds they had. The stabs done over and over on the Yuki Daimyo was lucky enough to avoid the heart and brain, most of the rest of the body was stabbed repeatedly but Shinsui could still use it to its full potential with the Dead Soul technique. The stitches given to it to close its wounds made for one messed up looking fellow. The other two bodies were fixed as well, as much as he could. Shana's body was burned beyond recognition however that didn't prevent him from using her either, neither did Kansuke's wounds. The hearts and brains were still intact and that's all he needed to reactivate their hearts and use them as his pawns for war. Shinsui took the scroll from his back and opened it up. Firstly he'd seal the body of the Yuki daimyo into the large scroll through the use of the generic sealing method. Next was the body of the once beautiful women Shana, and finally the body of a master in swordsmenship, Kansuke.

With the realization of shinobi never going to agree on everything and live together without problems coming to his head made it clear that the only way to achieve peace is to use force. He would be the hands moving the pawns in this world to achieve peace. It was simple, he would achieve peace through the use of war; If people feared the Hikari then they would come to an agreement, if they wanted to or not. Shinsui would simply have to dispose those who didn't want follow the system he's putting in place. They'll be a threat to the peace he seeks. No one will kill anyone if he was to enforce peace through force. He was going to start this revolution with the war of Oto vs Tea. It will be quick, Shinsui would simply have to kill the daimyo and take over the Land of Tea. They'll be the first to follow his system. He had to start small, taking over a major village will only cause rebellion, and rebellion would lead to rebellious followers and just more death. The secondary option he had was to simply destroy the entire world, rid the world of these murderous fucks, but what would that achieve? What would a world be without people in it? That won't be peace, it would be emptiness... So his next best option was war, to take over, and force people to live peacefully. It wasn't the best of plans, Shinsui was no idiot, but what else was there? He had seen so much death and knows the world, he knows no one will just simply forgive each other, so fear would have to be used in order to get them to stop this constant death. Death.. That's what he was going to use to stop more death. Like stopping a forest fire by using more fire, to burn out a line so the fire can't spread any further and eventually die out. He'll make the line for this shinobi world to stop its death.
The rest they had gotten from just doing nothing on the boat really and just looking out for anyone trying to sneak up on them with an ambush was enough for the group to restore their chakra reserves, they hadn't used much so it was easy for them to regain the little they had lost.
