Looks Description:
Haruka stands at height of five feet and two inches a short height and great for hiding. Her weight is a light one hundred and fifteen pounds not very sturdy or meant for a beating but it's meant to keep her light on her toes and fast on her feet. Her overal body shape is very well toned with very little fat. The only fat present on her body is on her chest and her backside, her chest being a large C cup taking most of the fat. She has curves so one can tell she is a female unless covered up very well. Her skin is a sun kisses cream colored not tan nor pale nor peach but a mixture of the three in a odd but alluring harmony.
Her hair when let down reaches just below her shoulders. She rarely lets it down in public or unless she is bathing. Haruka's hair is a dirty platinum blond, it almost looks silver in the light. She keeps it in two braids that come down on either side of her shoulders and at the ends she loops up the ends. Her bang in neatly cut and covers her forehead. It is very thick and has a silky clean feel. Her hair gives off a fresh scent of the forest trees and hints of wild berries.
With the calmness of the forest her eyes hold a still and constant stare of innocence and her fair share of wisdom. They are the traditional Hyuuga eyes, colorless iris with . Over them are heavy but well framed eyelashes. while her eyebrows math inching the color of her hair are thin but hidden behind her bangs.
Personality Description:
Harukahas a very open personality. She will not lie and is openly honest while being cautious of one's feelings. She never has any malicious intent towards anyone who has not earned it and even then her mind does not wander towards revenge for her enemies. Being a Hyuuga and growing up in tradition she is taught the importance of nature and life she takes both very seriously. Every living thing, every element has a strong meaning and purpose and she strives to protect that. Where most people see only bad Haruka looks deeper. She delves into the minds and heart of people before she speaks her opinion of them taking great care to never judge a person on their past transgressions or personal preferences.
Haruka enjoys helping her fellow ninja and well anyone who may be in need. This being said she can come off as a bit naive that is until she catches onto what's really going on. She does not enjoy being tricked or played for a fool. And will overlook alot of things until she cannot trust anymore. Losing her trust is a very dangerous thing. She becomes hostile and suspicious of everything that person does and is quick to aim her fan at the offender. It is very easy to gain her trust, but very hard to keep it if you give her any reason not to trust you. It is better to be straight forward with her than lie to her face.
She dislikes war because it plays a major part in destroying the earth and life itself. Even still she will not be quick to run from a fight, preferring to stay at a distance but still be quite deadly up close if it has to come down to it. She does not brag and feels its proper etiquette to State ones name and village before any battle.

Birth Arc:
Haruko was born into the main branch of the hyuuga clan, Not that any of that really matters much nowadays. It was a blessing for the two to even Alive peacefully and long enough to have a child. Han and Juri Hyuuga were pretty well off though. They resided in the nicest part of Konoha together and were exceptional ninja living up to the Hyuuga name. As the cycle of life goes the two eventually fornicated and Juri was with child. At the same time things were getting rough in Konoha with Han being accused of Treason forcing the couple to flee.
The two fled to Iwawhere Han made a living as an assassin and as time went by Juri grew. Upon time to give birth Han had been missing three months prior and once the child was born he had arrived. They named the child together and decided Haruka was perfect.
Academy Arc:
Growing up in Iwa Haruko learned many things specially about her bloodline and how important it was to keep that bloodline alive. Before she went to the Academy her intrest started to surface. She was exposed to many interesting things but the thing that caught her eyes first was an demostration of various weapon uses. This was the first time Haruko had seen such grace, finess, and accuracy all while keep awy from the enemy and at times still holding their own up close. Amongst the many weapons though it seemed the Bow and Arrow drew her in too close...
"Now pay attention because I'm only going to say this once! Weapons are very useful and versitle. As a ninja you are going to need to learn to use this to your advantage."
A voice boomed clearly over a small group of genin, Hotaru was amongst them though not a genin herself she had become far to curious to just leave. She had been walking home when she heard this and decided to see what was going on.
The man who had spoken earlier pulled a bow and arrow from a pile of projectles. Three moving targetd were set up and he shot them all quicly and with such speed and accuracy it left Hotaru in awe. The little Hyuuga ran from te crowd her eyes shone with innocents and curiosity.
" H-How did you do that senpai! "
it was clear to see that she was not suppose to be in this group of genin but the enthusiasm she showed made him laugh heartily.
" Well Little one you will certainly learn this soon enough. But first lets see what you got. Go pick any weapon you see. "
Haruka almost was stuck in place when she heard that but quickly grabbed up the bow and arrow. Nodding the man showed her the few steps before letting little Haruka do it herself. Of course rome was not built in a day but she still showed potential and a great deal of it. The man allowed her to keep the bow and arrow and sent her on her way, Promising her that he would teach her soon enough.
Following this day she praticed daily with the same bow and arrow. Her mother took notice and as soon as her daughter got to the academy she presented her with the bow. Made from a chakra infused wood and very surdy though light, Haruka was estatic. She did her very best in the academy she excelled in teamwork and was well liked amongst most of her peers. As time went by Haruka had completed the Academy on time with everyone else. With this achievement came reward...Genin.
Genin Arc:
Upon completion of the Academy Haruka was not placed into a team right away. Instead her father decided it was time for his daughter to learn how to use the basic clan justsu. But before that her mother had given her another gift, the bo staff. It was constructed by the same person who had created the bow and arrow she had gotten from her mother. Haruka was curios at this point and asked who it was creating these things for her. Juri wouldn't say and only informer her daughter that she would be doing alot of traning not only with her father but with the man who was creating her weapons. Being A genin Haruka was very busy between training with her father and the man who gave her, her first bow and arrow. The man's name was Bang Senju and wanted nothing more than to let the young hyuuga grow into something great.
Haruka trained hard with her father. She trained hard with BanG. At times she trained with them both and learned some rather unique techniques. Her training though had Haruke yearning for a friend her own age and a team to be placed in. Nowadays she goes around searching for friends she can trust enough to form a team with and searches high and low for better weapons.
