Learning Jutsu [Flashback|Training|Mission]

“Wake up Lavii…” A somber yet familiar voice would cut through the darkness of slumber that the Uchiha child had been encased in. “It’s time for some training.” Hyuu, Lavii’s Father, began to nudge him. Lavii groaned before opening his eyes. His vision was blurry at first, but it soon began to become clear. He began to see the clear vision of his Father. “I have some things to teach you. I’ll be out in the yard; with those words Hyuu would walk out of the room in order to go outside. Lavii who was only 7 at the time slid up in his bed and rubbed his eyes. The Uchiha boy would yawn loudly before standing up and changing. Lavii slowly moved through his house to the front door. There he would proceed to go outside; where Hyuu was waiting. It was early morning, so early in fact that the sky was barely lit by the rising sun. Hyuu stood with a slight smile on his face. “Today I’m going to teach you two jutsu. I’m going to show you these jutsu only one time. After that you will have two hours to learn them and 30 minutes to have them perfected, otherwise you know what will happen.” Lavii could do nothing but nod to the words of his Father whom he put before everyone aside from his Mother who seemed to rule the household. Hyuu smiled at his son. Despite his methods Hyuu just wanted his son to be strong.

Hyuu backed away from Lavii a few steps, and shifted his body to prepare himself to show his son the two jutsu. Hyuu smirked while bringing his hands up to the level of his chest, without any words Hyuu began to blaze through hand seals. He leaned his torso back taking in a large amount of air before snapping his torso forward and letting out a stream of fire. The stream of fire would rush towards the ground in front of him, but it would begin to swirl together into the shape of a ball. This giant ball of fire was magnificent so much so that Lavii could feel his heat and he was not close to it in any way. Lavii’s eyes widened as the fire ball was formed; he however did not budge one inch from the magnificent flames. A few moments passed and the ball of flame would disappear leaving a large area of scored earth. “I hope you were paying attention Lavii. Remember that will be the only time you will get to see that jutsu. Now for the next one. Be careful how you use this one Lavii it is forbidden, but useful.” Lavii nodded and awaited the next jutsu to be shown to him. Lavii had focused on his Father hard and almost did not see the hand signs that he had used. The young Uchiha had activated his sharingan subconsciously and did not realize it until he began to see his Father’s chakra Nature.

Hyuu would then proceed to do a single hand sign; this hand sign was for creating clones. Lavii watched intently, but only assumed his Father was making a normal clone, not using some kind of forbidden jutsu. In a puff of smoke a replica of his Father would appear. “It looks like any other clone…” Lavii said to his Father blandly. Hyuu smiled as his clone approached Lavii. “Now tell me Lavii could a normal clone do this?” When Hyuu would end his sentence his clone would darted towards Lavii and send a punch towards the gut of the Uchiha child. Lavii did not attempt to move, but something inside of him was telling him to dodge the attack, but by the time he came to the conclusion that he should move the fist of the clone would connect with the gut of Lavii. Lavii felt the fist slam into his stomach and lift him off of the ground. He was hit so hard that it appeared as if the punch would go through his stomach. Spit would come flying out the mouth of the child, while his Father simply smiled. “What…?” Is the only thing Lavii could think of as he was lifted into the air by the clone of his Father. He had been reckless and in turn had paid the price. Who was told over and over again to never underestimate someone and out of all people to underestimate he would do such to his Father.

“So just to make you stronger, this is what we are going to do Lavii.” He paused as his son’s body would hit the ground with a loud thud from the attack of his clone. “You can either die by my clone or you can pick up these jutsu and stop it. Either way you have a time limit, so you might want to make it snappy son.” Lavii slowly rose from the ground with his 3 tomoed sharingan blazing in his eye with anger. “Now that’s the look I like to see. Let’s get started.” Lavii had gone to a place that only Hyuu knew about, because he was the one who created that place. This place was a dark one in which the only thing of Lavii that remained was his anger and most of all his desire to kill. This place was created by Hyuu so that he could control his son who he was attempting to make one of the strongest Uchiha in the Clans history. Well at least that was the plan of the overly ambitious Hyuu Uchiha. The Clone of Hyuu would jump back a few feet away from the angered Lavii. Hyuu looked to his clone with a smile on his face. “Do not go easy on him. Treat him like a enemy, but do not use any jutsu for now.” The clone would nod a single time to its original; it would dart towards Lavii once more who this time was ready. The clone would swing at Lavii only for him to vault over its arm and send a powerful kick to the side of its head. The clone however was still his Father even if only a copy. The clone Hyuu would grab the leg of Lavii with his free and and launch him towards a solitary tree that stood in their yard. The tree was a good 3 meters from where the clone Hyuu was standing. Lavii flew towards the tree, but the expression on his face did not waiver in the slightest. The Uchiha child wuld turn his body and flip in the air, so that his feet would plant against the tree. He would then spring himself from the tree and fly towards the Hyuu clone. Hyuu realized that he son was in pure attack mode and forgot to make sure his son knew what the goal was. It realized there were still some kinks in this state of mind that Lavii was in and he would have to fix them. He decided that just this once he would give Lavii a sort of sticky note, due to his folly, but this was not going to happen again. “Lavii do not forget what the purpose for this is. You have until sunrise to Master those two jutsu.” It was then that Lavii began to blaze through hand seals before taking in a deep breath; he let out a massive ball of fire that would go ahead of him and attempt to engulf the clone.

Unfortunately for Lavii the clone would jump into the air to dodge his attack. Clone Hyuu smirked and extended his leg and dropped from the ground. Lavii’s head jerked up as the clone did this. Lavii would slide to the right in order to dodge the attack. He would begin to once again blaze through hand seals and take in a deep amount of air before exhaling and letting out another massive fire ball. Lavii did this perfectly, so perfectly that right before the clone would touch the ground he would be engulfed in the ball of fire. The clone would disappear in a puff of smoke. Lavii would jump back; the anger still burned in his eyes. Hyuu smirked and would form another hand seal and cause another clone to appear beside him. “Looks like you are getting the hang of that jutsu Lavii, but what about the other one?” Hyuu would once again form a few hand seals before yet another clone would appear by his side in a puff of smoke. Hyuu looked up into the sky and saw that it had become slightly lighter than it was before. “It looks like it’s getting closer to sunrise. He is going to run out of time if he doesn’t hurry up.” Hyuu would look back to Lavii and motion his Clones to attack him. Clone Hyuus would nod before darting towards Lavii. They would move while moving towards him so that they came from different sides. Lavii would closely watch the two clones, but could not really do anything in terms of fighting them. There were two of them and they were too fast for him to keep track of them both. Lavii would simply wait until the last second before jumping back and putting space in between himself and the clones of his Father. Lavii frowned at the situation he was in. He quickly looked up at the sky and back down to the two Clones of Hyuu. When Lavii had looked into the sky he noticed that it had become slightly lighter. The state of mind that he was once in had faded and he was able to think clearly now. Lavii began to form hand seals; he was attempting to create a clone of his own so that he would not be outnumbered. A clone would appear next to Lavii in a puff of smoke, but it did not look like him and it was a C+ at best. The Hyuu Clones rushed towards Lavii and his subpar clone one would swiftly take care of Lavii’s Clone while the other would attack him with a combination of kicks and punches. The clone Lavii vanished in a puff of smoke while the real Lavii would dodge each attack by the clone of his Father. Lavii scoffed and once again put more distance between him and the clones. He attempted once more, but would only see the same results as before. Lavii frowned harder at his attempt. What was he doing wrong?
Hyuu would watch as he son continued to try and fail at the Shadow Clone Technique. It was beginning to make the elder uchiha angry; his son was supposed to be a prodigy, but this was not the behavior of a prodigy. It was a shame that he had gotten the previous jutsu down so well, but a simple shadow clone technique was causing the young uchiha so much trouble. It simply baffled Hyuu and it made him want to join in the attack on his son or just end the training here and handing out corporal punishment to his son. “Lavii you are starting to agitate me. Is this the way you are supposed to be the gem of the Uchiha, or at least for our branch here in Konoha. Do you honestly think you can lead the clan with this kind of showing?” Lavii was but a child and should have not had to worry about things like this, but Hyuu was a different kind of Father. Lavii did not have a childhood. Well he did, but only to an extent. Really his only friend was his half brother Siegfried and that was only because Hyuu felt that Lavii’s half brother Siegfried could help him become stronger. If anything it was Hyuu who caused Lavii to not have any Uchiha friends because he had the boy fight all the other Uchiha children to test his strength; he even had Lavii fight the older kids who were genin and the young chunin. Lavii listened to the words of Father, but did not say anything. In all honesty Lavii just wanted to have friends and live like the other Uchiha kids his age. He wanted to be able to go outside and play, or spend the night at a friend’s house, unfortunately for him his life was not like that. Whether he knew it or not Lavii was being made into a weapon with no emotions. Luckily Lavii’s Mother was still around and balanced off everything that Hyuu did behind her back, such as this training right outside their home. One would think that Lavii’s Mother would have come outside due to all this noise, but Hyuu was slick in this right. He made sure she or anyone else for that matter would be able to hear what was going on unless he chose to. Not many even knew that Hyuu was doing this to Lavii; this was because Hyuu is a secretive man whom one can never really tell what it is that he is thinking. Hyuu would once again look up into the sky and then back down at his son who was still fighting his two clones and looking exhausted at that. The sky had become even lighter than it was before meaning Lavii’s time to learn the jutsu was coming to a end faster and faster.

Lavii was breathing heavier due to his chakra quickly running out due to him having his sharingan still activated and sue him continuously trying to create shadow clones. All these things were playing a part in his exhaustion. He would notice that the sky had become even more bright meaning that the sun was just over the horizon. Lavii had to try and forget about that and concentrate on what was going on now otherwise he really would die. When Hyuu said things he meant it and Lavii knew that better than anyone. When Lavii was preoccupied with his thoughts the clones had drawn their copied versions of Hyuu’s Trident. Hyuu’s vibe had been received by the clones which caused them to step up their game. Lavii saw this and frowned even more; things were getting tricky for him and he did not see a light at the end of this tunnel, but on his pride as an uchiha he was not going to give up. Lavii watched each clone Hyuu’s movement as they darted towards him. He would jump over one as it would swing at him, causing him to have to duck the other as it swung once he would hit the ground. Lavii would attempt a leg sweep at the clone he ducked, but would miss because the other clone would kick him in the back of the head sending me rolling towards a wall; slamming into it hard Lavii struggled to stand up. He spit out blood that had collected in his mouth as a result of the clones attack on him. Lavii noticed that the sky had become a purple color. He could tell that the sun was about to rise over the horizon at any minute. Lavii formed some hand seals and stared down the Hyuu Clones; with a puff of smoke a clone would appear next to him. Hyuu immediately stared down the clone attempting to find any impurities in it. He was please to see that he could find no such thing. Lavii had done it. He had crafted a A+ clone before the sun rose; resulting in him completing the task given to him by Hyuu who could do nothing, but smile at his sons success. Lavii couldn’t help but smirk at the clones that stood before him and his clone. “Good Lavii Good. Now that’s the prodigal son that I know.” Hyuu’s tone was a strange one it wasn’t serious or joking it really couldn’t be explained. The Hyuu clones would dart towards Lavii and his clone. Lavii and his clone would look at each other before looking back towards the Hyuu Clones. Lavii and his Clone would blaze through hand seals and take in a deep breath. They would wait until the last moment right before the clones would reach out to them before exhaling and engulfing both of the Hyuu clones in balls of fire; this eradicated them immediately. Lavii would be left breathing heavily with his sharingan deactivated and his body looking completely exhausted he walked up to his Father and passed out. Hyuu would catch his son and take him back to the room so he could rest.
