Looks Description:
On most days he would wear a tan pair of slacks and a black t-shirt. He would keep his headband on the right side of his arm. However to note on his black t-shirt that it has four consecutive white strips that go down the sleeves of my arm. While his pants hold multiple pockets all around them and includes even some pouches for kunai and other weapons. Lastly he has a locket on his chest that has the symbol of his village on it.



Personality Description:
He is a arrogant brutish person and someone who is easily made a fool of. He is quick to act and doesn't care for what and why is going on. He only wants to act with passion and move with furry. He has no respect for authority and is very disrespectful to those who have not earned his 'respect'. His is almost always serious and at times this makes him appear as a giant laughter to everyone. However he is still serious even though they laugh.

History:

Birth Arc:
 
When Kiev was born he was a cry and screaming kid. Thats all he ever did, his family would get quite annoyed by him and it would take forever to get him to not. Him from a early stage became a problem child.

Academy Arc:

He enter the academy at a early age of 4, they thought this would be a good way to get rid of him. His parents didn't abuse him but they more neglected him and ignored him as he was too much to deal with. During these next few years he was shunned and looked down upon. He had little or no motivation to do anything. He soon knew that it was time to move on. He ran away from his home, as a disgrace to the Uchiha as not having the eyes and being useless with any element.

Run Away Arc:
He ran away at the age of 6 and fought hard with his life. During his first years of travel he meet a man named Jugo and he traveled with him. He did various things such as perfecting his body. He trained everyday with him and toughened himself up. They would constantly raid Konoha, where Jugo now resided. For many years they worked together by now Kiev was 8 and Kiev himself had a body that was of simple power and almost incredible strength. However one day the decide to raid a famous philosopher named Ryoo, they went to his shop. This job was mostly for kicks, Jugo thought this would be a perfect fun for the two. The reason for Jugo chosing this place was due to the philoshper embrassing him when Jugo attempted to pick pocket him. Kiev knew that the plan was to kill him and wreck his place, despite that fact Kiev was still on with the plan and even wanted to do it himself. They had done destestable things like this in the past. When Jugo attempted to slice his sword through the mans throat, the mans hand shot up and grabbed his arm and slung him into the wall. By now Kiev has suprassed anything Jugo was capable of, so he thought he'd handle this philospher. In one single blow Kiev was knocked to the ground. He passed out for a moment and when he awoke a wet rag laid on his head and Jugo was no where to be found. After talking to the strange man he found out that Jugo had been taken to prison and a large pot of Ryoo had been won. However the small one seemed to not be with him, the man would say with a wink. After talking for a while, Kiev begged the man to teach him his strength. The man told him he had only recently returned from his travels and would soon be leaving again. For the next 4 years Kiev trained with him constantly and never gave up. He trained and trained with the man. Kiev was able to witness this man who he nicknamed the Blue Flash, the unstoppable power of him. He fought missining ninja from around the world and never lost. He never even had a scratch, however his master was shrowed in secrecy. He didn't know where he came from or why he did this and why he traveled. It was odd to Kiev, he was so strong yet....he never killed. Kiev never questioned his orders. When they finally arrived in there travels in Kumo. His master told him it was time for him to go home. He was 11 and would finally come back home. He wasn't ready...but he couldn't say no. When his master left, he told him about his past who he was and many things....his master left leaving a sour taste in Kievs mouth. He hated his master after learning of what happened and how he was a banished ninja and what he did and many things. he thought of how weak he was back then and how he had only became strong for no reason and had no reason, at least to Kiev he thought of it as no reason. After a year of disgruntled travels away from Kumo...he decide it was time to return, he entered the village for the first time in ages. Upon his return he found a large battle going on, some group was attacking and in the confusion he attacked two shinobi and tried to kill them....he did. Unknowingly to Kiev they two had been members of Kumo. One was S raked Captain while the other was a A ranked Jounin. He hand't meant to but now he was stained with there death and it seemed he wouldn't be able to forget that. He left the village and attempted to run far away. A year passed and he found himself meeting someone...he wasn't sure who it was or what but they wore a beautiful coat and he learned a lot about the group and decide to join up with them. He was young and knew little about the world. But he felt he could be with this group and prove himself among them. Forever tarnished he walked this path.
