Hidden village of lighting structure was built into mountains.The buildings towered with in the sky. It was build very unqie, on the account no other village was made like this. This was true a beauty to be hold. The village was amazing. Efv's eyes wonder at a amazement as he passed through the gates. Imagining the view  that the Raikage had. The see the glow of the orangeish,reddish sunset was something to be hold. How ever, it was not close to sun set or sun down. It was mid day, the  brighten the sky blue watery atmosphere. The white nimbus clouds formed different shapes, dogs, horse, and even dragons. He stood by a tavern that rested in the bosom of a mountain. It was painted white and yellow with the word Tavern kanji on it's sign. The tavern was at least 60 feet above him and need a stair case to climb it. The long stair case circled around it. Many natives was head to and from the tavern. Efv quenched for a drink but this was not the time nor the place for one. Drinking was great for reaction but would hurt his chances of making it out alive in this village.

How would he get to the Raikage now that he was in the village. Pondering all his options many ran through his mind. He could simply try and approached the Raikage office but he assumed it would be well guarded. Since his team mate haven't made there yet, his chances would be slim to make there. Wondering about distractions he could had made a clone and attacked the village. The Riakage would have no choice but to send shinobi to defend it. Would make it easier for him to enter the office. Or could just attack it, and destroy buildings till the Raikage decided to come out. What would be his best option? He was only one Ninja, but he was a God among ninjas. His story would be talked about for ever if he single handedly destroyed the hidden village of the lighting. A task such as that would not be an easy one. The risk would had wroth it to be known as a ninja God among the world. The other Kages would hear about it quickly and fear him. Who would dare try to oppose a man that can annihilate a village by him self. Even the other other Akatsuki would fear him and worship at his feet. Just the thought flattered him.

In order to perform his jutsu, Efv used his  chakra. By bringing out and release these  energies. The amount of chakra required for a technique was the amount of an A-Rank jutsu. A clone was created by using his chakra to alter the his own cells into vegetation, creating a wood clone. The idea of using a clone would sever him best. Because of the ability of his technique he would be able to  absorb the information it gathered and change the shape of the clone. This would allow him to see what type of forced he was dealing with. The wood clone would only be used to test the villager's strength. To see if the shinobi matched or surpassed him. It's main functaion was to work as a decoy to cause many of their shinobi to lose chakra. This would allow him to weaken Kumo's forces with him using must of his chakra. This attack had to be welll thought out if it was going to work.Yet again by bringing out and release  two energies. The amount of chakra required for a technique was the amount of an D-Rank jutsu., allowed him to preform his next jutsu. His real body merged into the wall of the mountain holding up the tavern. By blending into the rocks he could move in and out of rocks undetected. This would give him an advantage with the whole structure of the village being around moutains he could move freely around with anyone noticing him. He could used this jutsu to sneak to the Raikage's office but instead, he wanted to weaken Kumo's forces.Distraction and destruction was the use for the clone.

Efv's clone dashed quickly towards the Raikage's office. His speed was moving so fast that those with untrained eyes seem him alone as a blur. This made it easier for him to draw attention to the clone. Next would to figure out how the clone would attack. The Raikage office was the tallest building in the village. This would make it harder to reach. The possibility was very slim to use a jutsu strong enough to knock it off the mountain. Efv wonder if he should just attack buildings and force the Raikage to come out. This wood give him an advantage if he created a forest using his jutsu. As long as he could manipulate the terrain this would make it hard for the ninja's to attack him. He would to be close enough to his clone to defend but far enough not draw attention to himself.

Mean while Efv's servant went into the tavern leaving the bodies in the carriage. It was full of people. Women was sliding down poles and taking off their clothes. His eyes widen at amazement, when a lady rubbed her ass of him. Her ass was wide and fat. His mouth dropped as a bulged form in his pants.She grabbed his hand and he fallowed soon after. The stripper had taken him into a private room. She sat on his lap and moved her hips back and forth moving seductively. Exploding in his pants he had to go the bathroom.

Before he washed his pants he went into a stall. Pulling down his pants he plopped on the toliet. "Hmmm ummm ugh" was heard through out the bath room."Grrr ahhhhh" he screamed then fallowed was the sounds plump,plump,and splash." The bath room wreaked of shit. The awful smell droved people running out the bath room. Yet again was" grrr ahhhhh,uuuuh,ahhh, plump,plump,and splash." Then a loud "brrrluttt" hard as his bowels exploded. Relived he said "ahhh much better, I feel ten times lighter." He reached for the toliet paper to see there was none."Ahhhhh Noooo!!!" was heard through out the village. There was only one thing he could do. He wiped it with his hand, soon after smelling it. He pushed the door open and washed his clean. Soon after he washed his pants.

Efv now remain in his spot ,hiding in the base of a mountain. Hopefully there was no elite senory ninja who could track his chakra. Though anyone with a doujutsu would be able that was a clone. However not any normal clone. In fact this clone could take more damage then another clone, and launch attacks. Which Efv was planning to do, the only thing was what attack would lure them out the fastest. It had to be well planned out if it was going to work but the Efv had it.

The Clone slapped his hands together Tiger then Snake hand seals was made. "Wood Release Secret Technique: Nativity of a World of Trees" he said..Yet again by bringing out and release  two energies. The amount of chakra required for a technique was the amount of an S-Rank jutsu, allowed the clone to preform a jutsu. The ground up to 30 meters began to crack. Branches quickly emerged from the surface, they began to rise up trees about 83.8 metres (275 ft) tall standing straight up in the air,with  a diameter of 7.7 metres (25 ft). They towered higher than the Raikage's office creating a forest with in the village. The branches long in length, 140-foot-long (43 m. The Raikage office was only 5 meters ways from the trees. Utilizing the second ablitiy of the clone Efv merged his clone into one of the tree frest from the Raikage's office. Now with sealth as his advantage, Efv was ready to launch his attack on the Raikage's office.

Two of the large branches ripped through the window of the Raikage's office coming in opposites direction. Piercing into the walls of the building, they would speed towards one another destroying the foundation of the room. Their damage will rip through anyone hit by them as they impaled their way in the village. The next effect would be cause by they dashing towards each other, tearing down the ceiling of the Raikage's office. The would cause the ceiling to rain down on who was ever in it.  This would now have the attention of ever ninja in the village if, the large tree's didn't already have them.

This was his first attack, he hope to immediate them by the forces he used, so that no one would oppose him. Unfortunately this was not the ninja way. He expected the shinobi of the village to defend it with their lives. That's what it would had cost them was their lives. The Raikage would be furious about this attack. Out rage this would become the fight of his life. Now this was only the start. This was a war waiting to break out.Who would dare try to stop him. He assumed the Raikage's anbu captain would on his way. Efv quickly began to plot how to eliminate the anbu forces. Little that he known about them,they would soon know that he was a senju.

What a mid-day this was. The 21 year old ANBU Captain of Kumogakure decided that today would be his day off. He'd been working hard for 2 weeks straight trying to get all the work done, him now becoming the leader of the ANBU corps. His younger cousin was the previous leader, so the passing of the "throne" was relatively simply. Most of the day was spent at an expensive spa, so all he had to do was lay back and rest. At this moment he was heading towards a nice little restaurant near his office, hungry for sushi. On his way he witnesses a weird man create a clone of himself, of course this must mean he's a ninja. Being the ANBU Captain, Satoru knows ALL ninja in this village, so he takes a closer look at the man and realizes he's none other than the S-Ranked missing nin with an extremely high bounty, the same man he was planning on taking down soon. He was about... 5 meters away, though at the moment Satoru was hidden in the crowd of people. Others noticed what the man was doing, he didn't really try to hide his intentions. With a simple hand raise and snap of his fingers a condensed wave of chakra flew towards the original man before he could do anything else, at this point the crowd was behind Satu. A few members of the ANBU began moving the people away for this little occurrence. A large thunderous roar emitted from the man's mouth, yet his ninjutsu had the range to hit both men easily. Satu's attack would interrupt this missing-nin from any other techniques he had planned, so he'd have to counter first or die. After Satu fires his technique he begins to take flight, just in case. ((Short, I really don't care tho))

In the depths of the village or rather in the depths of his large house the splashing of water could be heard as it echoed through the house. If this was the actual case everything would be fine, but instead Kimaru was laying on top of his roof not to far from the middle of town and the Raikage's office. Kimaru had been somewhat shirking off on his duties, mainly due to over working himself and getting into small arguments with his step father and brother over simple shit but at the end of the day he didn't really care about the small shit. To his left sat a single scroll that he had received some time ago from his father, it was something like a summoning scroll...big help that was going to be. Kimaru had already signed the damned thing, but decided to keep it around in case he actually wanted to use it. Sitting up and stretching, he would look out into the distance," What the fuck is up with this boring ass day..when will something interesting happen-," its as if god himself had given him what he wanted, the ground beneath the house shaking a bit. The sound of thunder echoing through the air caught his attention even more...because that wasn't thunder and he knew what it was. Standing up he would slide the scroll into his pocket and smile," Looks like the fun is just beginning," the looks of a golden aura overcame his body, as he began to float into the air and soon he was off into the direction of the sound.

The body of Kimura ripped through the skies as he made haste to the location not really caring if anyone had caught on to him, even more so as he stopped by his older brother whom he would have seen as he entered the area from behind Satu. Smiling he would float beside him for a moment to gauge the situation," So Satu...what do we have going on here," chuckling as he raised his brow. His eyes would lock onto the man whom Satu had stopped, and if this man would continue to resist or even make a move, Kimura would snap his fingers the resulting action creating a gust of wind that would envelope the area around the unknown assailant soon creating blades of wind naked to the human eye. This attack would result in restraining the subject until Satu had given the orders.

A second after Efv had form his clone, a crowd would soon engulf him.Shortly after he was noticed.Being noon time, everyone would be racing from work to take an lunch break. While mixed in the crowd Efv and his clone would make the ram hand seal. His time couldn't had been more prefect, little did he know he was going to be under an attack.With a second after he was gone.They would then soon disperse at the moment the man appeared in front of the crowd. As the man would appear in-front of the crowd he would be by Efv and his clone would had already been gone since the body flicker only consisted of one hand seal and then it was a high speed movement which would seem as if they teleported. Shortly after he fired his attack towards the crowd a cloud of smoke would be left in their trail. The man's attack would hit and murder innocent people walking by at that moment.

Using the body flicker they would travel a large distance in front of an Dango shop.15 meters be hide the two floating men. Before they would notice the first man's attack missed, the two will disperse along with a crowd into the dango shop.

Efv and his clone had taken a brief moment to observer his attacker, to notice their was two of them. Efv now observing the technique of the first man,he now known he used the lighting element. Which would be assumed by hidden of the clouds reputation of having strong lighting type users. However the men's abilities to fly shocked him. This would make it difficult to fight them both, he would have to lure them to inside. This would lower the disadvantage they had. He was sure that the village's anbu was been specious of the new face in the village.This would be a great flaw in his plan. He pretty sure they would try an ruthless attempt to stop him. Seeing how the man attacked him with no warning, if it wasn't for the crowd to cover his movement he would had been killed. This mans tactics was ruthless, so Efv had to be as well. Even if it mean to cause harm to everyone in the dango shop. By jeopardizing everyone's lives could give him the advantage he would need.

Efv and his clone shelter with in the dango shop dashed towards the furthest wall from the door being about 15 meters away from the entrance. There was no windows where he was standing just a wooden wall and some sort of plant. The clone enraged into the plant for cover,as Efv pulled a smoke bomb from his jacket throwing them into the dang shop. The smoke bomb create a very thick cloud of smoke. The thick smoke would cover the whole dango shop and cloud everyone's vision. There would be three spills of water where Efv was standing each being 3 meters a part and 2 meters from where he was standing. He would form a hide seal and merge into one of them, hiding with in the water. He would await for his attacker to come into the dango shop.

OOC: In my post I stated not only that I was on my day off, but also that I hid in the crowd of people. So there's no way you'd know I was ANBU.

Here not only would (at this range) my technique hit you before you could place your hands together for a ram seal, but it would be able to hit both you and your clone. PLUS At the same exact moment I used a genjutsu, thus meaning you wouldn't be able to move much.

I stated that the crowd was behind me once I fired the jutsu, but not snapped my fingers and screeched. This means I prepared the jutsu and only once I fire it you flickered. Now... you're only adept in Taijutsu, so my Ninjutsu technique is faster than you can flicker since I'm a Master. The Genjutsu is really the kicker though, since you haven't countered it and didn't even release that I used it, you're trapped. The moment you try to raise your hands to create the Ram seal you'd instantly drop to the ground, sick.

I also stated to use a coward, the crowd will come in front of your ninjutsu, also you didn't state what Jutsu you used. Also my crowd was not the same as yours I used a separate but 2nd crowd. Also for you not posting your jutsu  I would have no idea of the effect of it.But back to the coward seeing that you had fair use of a crowd I assumed it would be fair for me to manipulate a coward as well intercepting your attack. Which I blend into so you would no longer have clear sight of me.  Also Body Flicker is not an Taijutsu skill, it is an Ninjutsu , or general skill. As note from Naruto wiki and leaf ninja has it classified as Ninjutsu. I can pull up more sites to prove it is ninjutsu. Also how you can do two jutsu at the same moment says like God Modding , they would have to be one after another.

Which speaking skill wise in speed I'm a master in Ninjutsu and you are adept in Genjutsu. However now that Body Flicker is classified as ninjutsu my jutsu would be preformed faster than yours. Not to mention you just launched an attack. Also I highly doubt one had seal at a Master rank of Ninjutsu would take long, most likely that would be less then a second.

So far I see no description of any jutsu like this in your clan or on your character sheet nor character sheet, or jutsu creation, even your clan doesn't have a jutsu that is formed like that. Though your bloodline has no hand seals at your level I would assume the movements was the same though.Also you clan dosen't say that you can fire lighting or thunder all will nilly like Goku with Ki attacks.And seeming you said you just fired Chakra, you didn't state any element affinity with the first attack.Which if I was some one who didn't read your jutsu or clan I would assume you could jutsu fire chakra instead of thunder release. Which details wise I gave more details in why the crowd intercepted your attack and the use of the body flicker then you did your whole attack. Because you lacked detail and left me clue less. Because the only jutsu that you have that I would think that you meant to use is

I posted a nigga was gone before your ninjutsu hit, and if I'm gone before the ninjutsu hits mean I'm gone before the genjutsu was even made.And back on your ninjutsu it just says chakra not what type and you also didn't state how fast it was moving.

Because of the same way that Blaine defeated me lack of detail. I made a sheild of lava but not how big. Roxas and the other staff members allowed him to say how big. In this case you didn't say what you was wearing so I could had filled in that detail and said you was in anbu clothing. Juts like I could had said your attack was moving extremely slow,and was chakra with bubbles as the element because of lack of details.

Well there's no need to write any description of a jutsu because the "finger snap" was me using Zen Crackle. My lack of detail actually isn't lacking, I stated I was on break and in my character's app I stated that while I'm on breaks exactly what I wear so yeah... one should infer what I'm wearing based on my character's personality. Also Body Flicker uses your own natural speed, you move at a taijutsu adept level, my jutsu moves at a ninjutsu mastery level. My attack was launched without a single hand seal, which is faster than your Ram seal. Once it launched you would have created that one seal, though at the close range and speed of the technique you would have at least gotten pinched by the technique. But the REAL kicker is that the Genjutsu hit, that's un-debatable. And nowhere in your post did you state that you used the crowd, you stated that I hit someone after you flickered. Also the speed of my genjutsu doesn't matter, sound is faster than any flicker anyone can ever do.

The type of attack is still debatable. Now you lunched two based on what you are saying both of your attacks was faster then my one hand seal.The Genjutsu was your second attack.

Is real  a good description of an attack using Genjutsu. But I think that if Body Flicker would be based off your own skill then it would be taijutsu, but since it uses chakra it Ninjutsu. It makes one as if ihe/or she appears as if the user has teleported. Which is why it uses chakra. This an a high speed untraceable speed not your normal speed if it was then people would seem as if their teleported all the time. The body flicker in no ways have anything to do with one physical's characteristics but the amount of chakra used to travel.

And this a differnt point it has nothing to do with agurement we are having now but you jutsu shouldn't even be genjutsu.

Because genjutsu is illusions and metal pain there no reason it should be classified as genjutsu but instead should be ninjutsu. Because it seems by your debate this actually happens to the person and it's not in their head.

I highlighted the crowd that was around me at the time of your attack. And when the crowd surround me is when I used my jutsu.I also stated that I made the ram hand seal before you even appeared in front of the crowd. As you cut of my first person and intercepted a movement in between, I also change the whole scenario of what I was doing. You had to start at me for a nice minute to notice a man you never encountered IC as an Missing Nin you was looking for. So my clone and me would had contuie to moved towards the Raikage's office so it would had made since for me to have him do the body flicker before you planned to attack. As stated in my post before you did your first Jutsu I was gone. Which me I was there for the Genjutsu, because you have to finish the first to do the second.

So I stated my hand signs and jutsu was done before you even came in front of your crowd.And before you call any thing it would be wise to have another staff member make the call here.my post post and yours there is stuff to debate,from the type of ninjutsu you used weather it was just chakra or had an element to even if the genjutsu hit me if I was gone before your first attack.

Both of you stop posting here and get in the cb to explain both your sides to me. Or PM me as well, after that I will use that to color my decision based off what is IC written.

1. Cut you said you were in front of a tavern and never specified there were not people there, thus not only can Kid say there were, but it makes sense.

2. Wow a ninja from his own village, in his own village. It makes sense for Kid to identify you so soon due to (You having the highest IC bounty/hes the Anbu Captain for that village).

3. You directly violate something in a previous post for no reason. The crowd did not appear in a split second as you imply, thus there is NO REASON YOU WOULD BODY FLICKER. You would still be attempting your jutsu from your first post when Kid's attack hit you. This is called timing, now if you actually had stated a reason for changing it such as there being nobody there and hearing Kid approach thats fine, but IC your character would not have noticed him at all due to the crowd.

Cut gets hit with Kid's jutsu, these are three main points. He rushed towards the great battle scene that had appeared, he did so as fast as he could run. As he rushed into this woodwork of fun, he quickly noticed a man. It had to be a enemy, it HAD TO! 'I was right someone else wasn't beating me in woodwork, they were having a battle, time to show these aggressers whats what!' Kiev thought. "FOR THE GLORY OF KUMO and the Rakikikykage! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA!" Kiev yelled. The man he was rushing towards, was a mer 5 meters away and was the ANBU Captain of Kumo. Kiev had no idea who the man was nor did he care. He must be the evil one who attacked the village in Kievs mind. He would defeat the man and take Kievs own victory for himself.

Kievs feet propelled him forward, his feet jolted him a foot closer with each one and he would make a total of 5 steps before the strike. Both of Kievs swords were drawn and his arms were flaying and primed to attack the great evil (KUMO ANBU CAPTAIN) who had attacked the village. Kiev would protect the village at all cost, even if it meant attacking randomly, at the first person he saw. Kiev pressed forward with his long yell of victory and would scare anyone in his path. The great Kiev would win the day and save the village!

" Well that fight was short lived.. didn't even get to use my secret move...eh oh well the calm eyes of Kimaru slowly continued to look down at his brother as he went over and checked the body for items..or was he taking them? Either way Kimaru would not care in the least on what was going on. Kimaru quickly bit his thumb, making three rapid hand seals before landing on the ground and touching it....and from the small smoke that appeared came a raven that was definitely bigger than a human. Nodding for the bird to take the body into its Talon's, the large bird would soon take off as he looked at his brother and then turned around," It would have been a party if someone had not killed the damn fugitive so fucking fast...i was even planning on helping in subdueing him," this had somewhat pissed Kimaru off, but he had laughed it off and looked to the damage that was caused.

It didn't take the young ninja long to hear the screaming of a...was that a dumbass or what? Kimaru stared at the obviously young kid as he ran in the direction of both Satu and himself at a rather slow pace, brandishing swords from the looks of it. Either this kid was dumb or he was looking to get his ass kicked, either way Kimaru would set his right hand up into the air and snap it much like before, utilizing his skill in Wind Release Ninjutsu. The causing effect would make a sharp gust of wind that if the boy continued on his course, then he would indeed meet the same fate as the Missing Ninja that had just died to his older brother. The Sickle Weasel technique was known to use wind to cut the users opponent into almost nothing, although Kimaru had mastered the jutsu without the aid of any weapon. If the boy were to stop before running head first into the vaccuum of wind blades he would shake his head," Little kids should not be running around with sharp objects, take your ass back to the academy and let the big boys deal with the threats...and if you try to attack the ANBU Captain again, i'll make sure your death is quick," not one to play around at all, Kimaru held all of the authority in his voice.

Dordonii followed after Hanzou and entered the battlefield. Not too much damage. Except the deceased carcass of the terrorist ninja. Dordonii clapped his hands together in prayer. He was glad that the ANBU Captain had finished off the threat so quickly. The man did not seem to be anyone significant, and so Dordonii thought of him as mere fodder. He watched from the sidelines; the taking away of the body, an attack from another Kumo ninja, and the subsequent dispatching of said ninja from another ninja. It seemed like all of Kumogakure had gathered at the heart of the village, alerted by an alarming attack. Dordonii didn't even have time to pray for the deceased.

Dordonii lifted his hand in the air and smiled. "Ahhhhh...... we should all applaud..... let's see..... Satori-san for his snuffing out of the rabblerouser. Mobs these days y'know, Moyasu? Hahahahaha..... Only a moral man would act to serve Kumogakure to his fullest potential..." His hand went down and looked around for Hanzou. "Where's Mujin?"

So it seems that Kimaru-kun, Satu's little brother decided that he wanted to capture the body of the deceased Missing-Nin, possibly so he can study using his Ijutsu skills. The older brother didn't really care, he was however, required to eventually destroy the body since he was ANBU. Of course Kim-kun knew this and would probably give back the body later so the Captain could do his job. It also seems a misguided little boy decided he would randomly charge in and attack literally the second most know person of the village... This boy had to have known who Satory Raiju is since well... his clan owns most of Kumo, and he himself is known as the "Kage Killer", also since he's the Leader of this powerful clan. The distance between the two was five meters, though Satu was floating in the air, about 10 meters above the boy, so unless he planned on jumping, his little rush wasn't going to do shit. Satu began putting his hands together to force a clap, but his younger brother already decided that he'd counter with a wind attack. Since he's already floating in the air the man decides, "Fuck it... I might as well just leave." And that's exactly what he does.

Next time don't link me to the canon jutsu if the one on the site is worded differently all I have to go off is wording. Kid is right due to the one on the site it NEEDS a fan, the canon one does NOT. As such JJ never used the jutsu so Kid did not get hit by it.
