Looks Description: Poncho is a very tones and muscular male. He still has a boyish face, but encountering in a battle will let you know he may be more man than you. He is considered handsome by most females, but not to far above average to make a woman break their neck to look.

Poncho has long, brown hair that is braided into a pony tail which is covered by a blue baseball cap with a yellow visor and a circle with a skateboard in it. He sports a sleeveless, white kung fu shirt with a yellow hem and blue trim and buttons. On his arms, yellow wristbands that continue to form fingerless gloves, and black (sometimes dark blue) pants and sneakers.



Personality Description:
Poncho can be personified as, competitive, open minded, supportive, and very ambitious. He is an individual who values the strength of words written in ink. But also the ones expressed through actions or in the mind. Though he isn't a fully enlightened individual or even close to it, he likes to pick at the mind of elders and enjoys hearing about life experiences. He believes in the principles of ones Third Eye and is passively trying to open his own.

Poncho can also be classified as a pupil to all who have something to offer. Whether it be words or training, Poncho is a very mentally hungry individual. He can often be found spending his free time meditating on words and philosophies or build those of his own. He shows a great amount of respect and love to life as a whole, but sees no issue in purging one from the world. He greatly values balance and knows every action has an effect or reciprocal. With this knowledge in mind, he understands at times work must be done in the darkness and some must sacrifice for the greater good. This makes him act as a neutral entity and even sometimes he chooses to act in his favor, though it may not always benefit others. He is a clean palette almost and likes to let others express their visions through him. Being a clean slate is not to be mixed up with being a pure being, but rather a being open to be influenced.

He does have a canvas of his own however. He has yet to figure out what he is painting, but he feels he will discover one day.

All in all, Poncho is almost a completely free spirit. He has loyalty to his home, family, and village, but he doesn't let it attach him to one place. Being a seeker of knowledge, he likes to travel, and see things from a different perspective. Unless giving a reason, he is friendly to all he comes across, even to the point of showing respect to an opponent.

In battle he likes to rely on his instincts allowing more natural and unpredictable fluid movements, but also knows when thinking needs to be done. He puts his allies in high regard and at times puts his well being below theirs. Due to his clans genetics, he also has the tendency to get very heated in battles, almost dawning a whole new personality.

Being in the Hamono clan, he does has ties with the Tao, meaning Poncho does live a double life. When on assignments he goes by the name of Flint. This persona is more violent than his typical self, for he as to sell the impression he is actually working for them.

History:
Poncho was born a typical birth, but with above average expectations. Being a Hamono clan member meant living up to the expectation of being a battle loving fiend. Most being hotheads, but Poncho was one of the rare calm minded members. He wasn't shunned from his clan, but certainly looked at in a different light.

He was entered into the academy at the normal age and graduated with little to no problems. His time as a Genin also proved to be barely challenging. His level headed personality and unique blood usually got him out of many tough situations. This wasn't surprising, for most Hamono members childhoods passed like this. Their blood was powerful and it drove them to achieve great feats even at young ages.

With these abilities though came extra responsibilities or greed. Poncho choose the path of responsibility unlike the majority of his kin. At the rank of Chunin age fourteen, he was planted in the notorious Kirigakure gang the Tao. He had no problems sliding in and being welcomed, except for the occasional dumbass. This was again thanks to his blood or Kekkei Genkai. Usually when born, Hamono members were already expected to become members of this ominous group. Poncho was a different case, because of his unique personality.

The group operates in an underground hidden location only detectable by using a type of sonar that the Hamono easily could produce with their quakes. This made them at home and for the most part safe from the surface world.

Acting as a mole of course, wasn't an easy task. Trust was an issue in both lives, ninja and gangster alike. From destroying sites, buildings, and executing other malicious task assigned to him as a Tao member. To cleaning up his mess and sometimes fighting his Kin as a Chunin.

The stress he went under was only alleviated by a pass time he soon discovered from his Hamono elders. They were also the calm minded type and they introduced him to meditation.
For his age not an easy act to execute, but with practice came results. Eventually his pass time of meditating plunged him into a whole new world. He wasn't and still isn't and enlightened or completely zen person, but with the help of his sessions, he has been able to even calm the natural battle craving side of his genes.

Now with his third eye slightly awakened, Poncho began his conquest for knowledge. Not just any knowledge or the answer to life, but the ways of the world. He would constantly spend is time picking the minds of his elders, seeking their life experiences. He quickly become a pupil to all who had something to offer. With this sudden hunger for knowledge, he not only physically strengthened throughout the years, but mentally as well.

Armed with a strong mind and body, Poncho obtained the rank of Jounin. It was then he decided to immerse more of himself in the Tao's activity. Not to promote and support them, but to keep an eye on their activities. The only beings that know of this choice are the Hamono elders, the Kirigakure elders and officials, and the Mizukage.

His chest rose, then deflated with a faint sigh. He wasn't in the slightest bit stressed or irritated, but every now and then, a good sigh was just needed. Eyes closed and mind focused, today Poncho was sitting on his rooftop in a meditative stance. Not digging for anything specific, but just becoming mentally organized. The birds chirped and chased each other in the bright beaming sunlight that struggled to penetrate the mist, the local trees whispered to their neighbors at the will of the wind, and the children fresh out of the academy halls filled the atmosphere with laughter and cheer. It seemed like a nice day, but everything couldn't be assumed by what it first appeared as. No, there could always be evil lurking in any shadow. Where there is light, there is darkness, so with the suns persistent rays came the ominous shadows. The balance of the world we all lived in, it was the sad truth, but a truth that Poncho had learned to accept.
