Tamashi arrived a few minutes early to the designated meeting place: the training grounds. It was early this morning when the young genin had received the message from Dordonii about diving into some training. Upon receiving, and reading, the message, Tamashi had hurriedly agreed to the proposal. He viewed this as an excellent opportunity to increase his skill level and get him just that much closer to realizing his dream.

He traversed the dry ground with a little pep to his step. He was more than ready to get started, which is why he was so early. The sun was high overhead, letting one know that it was around midday. However, the thick, heavy clouds easily blocked the big, yellow orb in the sky. It was quite chilly, a brisk wind picking up here and there. It was weather that Tamashi was accustomed to.

Wearing his usual attire of black loose-fit pants, black form-fit, no sleeved shirt, black ankle-length cloak with a hood, black combat boots, his item pouch on his right thigh, and his swords on his back, Tamashi found a rather large tree. He climbed up the tree with ease and lied on one of the branches, waiting for Dordonii to show up.

He could not believe it. Could not believe it at all. He was meeting with the kid once again. First, it was a meeting. Next, they did a mission. Now, he had to train him in the ways of Kumogakure ninja as instructed by Moyasu. He thought of the boy as a little pipsqueak, too bloodlusted to accompany him on his travels around the world, too savage to adopt his violently pacifist teachings, and too strong to bully him into becoming a fine man. As Dordonii entered the training field, he noticed Tamashi sitting on a tree branch.

"Punk", muttered Dordonii. In front of him, Dordonii saw two wooden dummies. Alright, might as well start the exercise now. he thought. With two strong kicks, Dordonii kicked away two 20 pound wooden dummies 14 meters right at the sitting Tamashi. He got into his battle stance; an upright posture with his feet knacked together, his right hand extending to a palm right under his chin facing his left, and his left hand extending to a palm right under his right palm. Kumogakure's monk is about to murk.

Tamashi was highly alert, keeping aware of the moment when Dordonii would enter. His eyes, closed before, slid open as the Jounin entered into the area. He glowered down at him, trying to figure the guy out. He knew pretty much nothing about the man down there. Rubbing his hand through his hair, Tamashi stood up on the branch as he took note that Dordonii had noticed him.

Tamashi saw the guy walk over to the wooden practice dummies. His curiosity piqued, he wondered just what he was doing. The young Genin felt that he was well past the stage to have to use practice dummies. Crossing his arms across his bird chest, he had half-a-mind to go down there and see just what the guy was doing. However, he waited. He figured that being patient would pay off this once.

With little warning, the two dummies were suddenly flying toward the Genin at a fast speed. Caught off guard by the sudden attack, Tamashi lost his balance on the tree branch in his attempt to dodge the incoming ground-to-air strike. Using his reflexes and conditioned muscles, Tamashi quickly regained his balance and flipped backward, landing on his feet as he did so. The landing was not the smoothest, but it was a lot better than falling flat on one's butt.

The Genin dusted himself off after his little brush with death. He returned his steady gaze back to his trainer and took note of the stance he was in. It gave Tamashi the impression that this man excelled in the art of Taijutsu. He could tell little else about what other skills that he may possessed other than the obvious strength he most likely possessed. He could determine this from the way he easily kicked those dummies. Spreading his legs till they were about a yard apart, Tamashi held his left arm straight out, palm facing Dordonii and hand turned at a 90 degree angle inside. His right hand was leveled with his mouth and chin, balled into a fist, and bent at the elbow about 135 degrees. His legs were slightly bent, and he held his body relaxed and loose.

Tamashi judged the distance between him and his adversary to be about 15 feet, give or take a few. He knew that he could cover that distance in a few seconds. Taking a deep breath, a smirk danced across his face as he charged forward, speeding across the area to Dordonii at Taijutsu basic speeds. He appeared directly in front of the man, preparing to throw a punch, but at the last second ducking low and spinning his body counterclockwise to leg sweep him with his left leg which he would follow up with a swift jab to his gut.

OCC: V gave me permission to join now that I am joining his team

Daimon had done some wandering this morning around the village, and due to his boredom he decided he should go ahead and do some training at the Thunder Grounds.  He figured if he had woken up early enough not a lot of people would be there to bother him or get in his way and he might as well do a bit of training.

As he made his way to the training field and not only saw one person but two.  His disappointment was visible on the look on his face, but he simply shook his head and was about to turn around but he noticed that he recognized one of the people.

"It's that Tamashi fellow."  he remembered him as a sarcastic fellow he had recently went on a mission with.  He was close to approaching until he began to see some action unfold.

The older fellow had launched the training dummies right in the direction of Tamashi and watching Tamashi being cautious made him laugh.  "I have to get in on that!"  He mumbled under his breath with a smirk on his face.

He didn't want to interfere with their match, but simply join in on it.  "Hey!"  He shouted with his deep voice simply putting a hand up at the two.

Dordonii observed Tamashi's opening attack on him. Now that Dordonii has made his presence now (and asserted his position as the alpha male), it is Tamashi's turn to attack. The Genin had rushed at him, accelerating his speed as he approached Dordonii. Hmm...... I could use one of my monk techniques and finish this training session in a second flat. Although Tamashi has shown some good endurance..... and he is attacking me in a frontal manner, so should I, as the monkly teacher, honor the favor by relying solely on my muscles and skills in the martial arts? Hmmm....... he pondered. Okay.

Dordonii abandoned his Ninjutsu stance, and simply turned around; his back facing Tamashi. He, too, was planning a trick of his own. Right after Tamashi switched tactics, Dordonii launched a very fast backhand attack to try to knock Tamashi back away. However, he was surprised to see that he was only hitting air, and saw Tamashi going low and launching a swift kick to his legs. "Ooh!" he yelped in surprise. The sweep kick hit him, but due to Dordonii's weight and height, he was able to resist the very effort of Tamashi trying to knock him off balance. He moved his right foot over Tamashi's leg and gripped it in between his two ankles tightly.

Dordonii reacted to the jab by moving back and slapping the arm away with his right palm, before grabbing it. "Hohoho! What do we have here, Tama-shiiiiiiiiii!!!!!! I have caught a leg and an arm! You cannot use Taijutsu nor Ninjutsu. You. are. trapped!" he gloated. He heard Daimon waving to him in the distance. His pupil has arrived! Dordonii used his free hand to wave back. "Hi."

He was a nice kid.

OOC: Sorry this post is suckish. I'm not exactly feelin well.

Tamashi was totally focused on Dordonii and had not noticed the other genin, whom he had partnered up with before, come waltzing in. His attack had not gone as he had planned, but he could make it work. He was caught in a bad position. However, he figured out a way he could turn it into an advantageous one.

Using his flexibility to his advantage, he quickly flicked his right leg upward, allowing it to curve to gain momentum. He attempted to kick the big man along the arm or somewhere upwards to knock him off balance so that Tamashi would be able to free himself and create some distance between the two.

As Daimon viewed the two.  He struggled to take either one of them serious.  He also wanted to take part in the battle and then he realized there is really nothing stopping him from joining in and showing them both what he is really made of.

The one that waved back at him seemed to be much more experienced and had the upper hand in the fight and he could tell they must have been of higher rank possibly.  Something that interested Daimon even more.  He loved competition, especially strong competition.

"If you fellas don't mind.  Why don't you let me join in on the brawl?"  He asked with a fierce tone as he pounded his fists together and smirked.  "I just need to come and get some training done ya know?"

Distracted by Daimon's entrance, Dordonii was suspectible to Tamashi's kick. He was hit in his right arm, which released Dordonii's grip on Tamashi's hand; however, he still had his lock on Tamashi's leg. If he wanted to, Dordonii could toss him aside like a rag doll, but decided to save him from the humiliation. The Jounin released his legs and jogged back a few meters, also to put some distance. "Yes! The fighting spirit is very strong in you, Daimon-kun. You see that kid, there? Tamashi is his name. He'll be both your partner and opponent. Now then, the two of you can decide to either rip each other apart or come at me...."

Tamashi felt his kick connect, but realized his mistake. He did not put enough power behind the kick to completely knock the much bigger man off balance. Doing so would have caused the bigger man to release his leg. Cursing himself, he was surprised when he felt the pressure around his legs lighten. He backed away from his current opponent, ending up a few meters from him.

Afterwards, he finally noticed the newcomer. It was the same Genin who he had teamed up with a few days earlier during that mission. Tamashi was not all that shocked to find him here, after all this was the training grounds and it was open to everyone. He stared at him, his face expressionless. He did not say a word but his attention returned to Dordonii when he mentioned the idea of the two partnering up or squaring off. Shrugging, Tamashi's answer was emotionless and simple, "I really could care less. I just wanna fight."

When the jounin was OK with him joining in with them, that made his entire day.  He smiled and looked at the both of them turning his head trying to think which one he wanted to fight.  One was a jounin, and if he could end up a victor, he could really prove himself and show he is as good as anyone even a jounin.  However, he would have to be stuck with a partner.  Also, he had wanted a little spar with his previous partner from the mission the other day.

He pointed at the Jounin.  "Let me settle things with Tamashi.  We have a past and i wanna settle some things right quick."  He said as he smiled and would flex both of his arms and get into a stance waiting for Tamashi to react to his challenge.  "After our brawl, then we can fight the Jounin, but I still wanna see what exactly you're about."  He waved his hand, signaling his opponent to charge at him.

Dordonii clapped his hands with great zeal to commend Daimon for his audacity. If he had legs for arms, he would made a much louder noise. "Excellent Daimon-kun. I can tell that your chi and chakra are very high. But don't get too bloodlusted. Make it a friendly spar and make sure you two still have enough energy to beat ME afterwards". With that, he simply sat down with his legs and arms crossed to watch his two Genin fight. Of course, he would be there to intervene if one of them got too rough.

This is something that he has to see.

Tamashi glanced from the Jounin to the Genin with little care in the world. He was just standing there, waiting for the Genin to come to a decision. It was obvious that he was debating the topic, although for Tamashi the answer would have been easy. However, it was not for him to decide.

The answer was not that much of a surprise to Tamashi. The Genin wanted to "settle things" since they had some history together. He sensed the approval from the Jounin who had taken a seat on the ground to watch the spar that would commence between the two combatants. With his sword sheathed on his back, Tamashi dropped into the Taijutsu stance that he had taken up when he had begun the fight with Dordonii.

Seeing his actions unravel in his mind before actually commencing them, Tamashi released a held breath and allowed his muscles to relax. He judged the distance between the Genin and himself to be approximately 4, maybe 5 meters. Right before launching off his haunches, the muscles in the back of his legs tightened, giving him more power and speed. He raced toward Daimon, quickly closing the gap between them and bring his right fist back. He decided to make this a full frontal assault, and thrust that fist forward with the momentum of his dash behind it.

Daimon kept his eyes on his opponent the entire time.  If he was going to make this a bout of taijutsu, Daimon would surely win this bout. As he was in his stance, he saw as his opponent had advanced forward.  He smirked and as he saw the fist fly forward he would sidestep onto the side of the body his opponent sent the jab.

He would quickly attempt to grab the fist with one hand, and attempt to send his forearm right into Tamashi's forearm with strong force in an attempt to loosen concentration and soften up the grip of his arm and if so, he would attempt to grip his entire arm and flip under putting him into an armbar, he basically wanted to slow his opponent down and restrict his movements.

Tamashi did not expect his first strike to land. Having already taken notice of the heavily muscled body of the young Genin facing him, he knew that this boy would be a great if only experienced fighter. Knowing that, he had prepared a counterstrike already should his initial strike fail.

Rotating his body forward as soon as Daimon dodged, he basically did a handstand, causing Daimon to miss his hand. Tamashi would follow up with a full flip forward, the flip taking him into the air a bit higher than Daimon was tall. Landing gracefully on his feet behind on Daimon's side, he spun his body clockwise and would deliver a rapid barrage of punches and kicks toward Daimon's exposed side and abdomen.

Daimon saw as his opponent had avoided him grabbing his hand and would start preforming a handstand.   He would take advantage of his opponent preform these flashy moves and make this an opportunity to put some space between them. He would back up from his opponent back stepping enough till it was too much space between them for his opponents attacks to strike him.  By the time his target flipped over him, he was too far too be attacked.  He smiled and pointed at his target telling him to come attack him some more.

Tamashi, not being able to completely go through with his intended plan, landed gracefully on his feet. Taking his time, he spun to face his opponent who had backed away a considerable distance. Daimon gave Tamashi the signal to come forward; however, Tamashi did not automatically comply.

He glanced at Daimon, trying to figure out exactly what he could do to take the big guy down. He noticed that he had some good reflexes, strength, and most likely speed. An idea did form in his head, and he was going to test it out.

Charging straight at the big guy with Taijutsu basic speed, Tamashi initiated with the same tactic he used before: a straightforward punch. However, this attack was a bluff and at the last second, he would use his speed to appear behind the guy and attack his back. Tamashi did not stop there and he would continue to his this unpredictable tactic by appearing at different spots to attack Daimon and not staying in one spot long enough.

Daimon would be replaced with a log as his opponent tried to swing at him with the use of the Replacement Technique, a move taught to him in the academy.  Daimon smiled, and would appear  couple meters to the side of his opponent with his arms crossed. "Come on!"

Tamashi smirked, realizing that this fight was gonna be quite fun and interesting. Not giving even a second of relief after seeing that there was nothing but a log in place of Daimon, Tamashi twisted his body so that he was facing Daimon and with the use of the body flicker technique he appeared directly in front of Daimon.

Tamashi was off the ground at eye level with Daimon and his face almost touching his. As he appeared, his right fist was already in motion to smash into Daimon's face. "Don't make it easy for me," he taunted.
