Physical Description: Physically Isaac René Kaguya is what one might call the embodiment of a perfectly healthy, fit, and strengthened Shinobi body. Isaac has a fairly muscular and toned body with little to absolutely no scarring on it. Despite the fact that he doesn’t like scarring his body; he does have a few tattoos that grace the naturally tanned skin of the Kaguya. One of the tattoos is a full arm tattoo that starts on his left pectoral and ends at his left wrist. This tattoo has numerous tattoos intertwined with it. Starting at his heart; the core of his tattoo is the Viking rune that stands for power. From there tribal markings encircle the rune and crawl across his chest to his shoulder. On the outside of his shoulder; the next part of his tattoo is integrated into it. The next part, that was on the outside of his shoulder, was the Kirigakure no Sato village symbol. After that; the tribal markings crawl down his to his forearm, where the next installment of his tattoo is. Just below the bend at his elbow; the Sunagakure no Sato village symbol is tattoo on his forearm. The last part of his tattoo is an inscription that runs along his left wrist; the inscription says, “Power is the key to safety.” Despite this inscription being written in Gaelic; this inscription is the final part to the long sleeve tattoo that graces Isaac’s left arm.

On the other hand; Isaac has characteristics besides the obviously physical attributes. He has a unique set of eyes that are called Central Heterochromia in color. This simply means that Isaac has two colors within his iris instead of just one. Those colors are an absolutely beautiful golden yellow color and a raven black that outlines that. This black matches his hair color to the exact shade. Isaac René Kaguya does have a very simple hair style, which is called a buzz cut. He decided to keep it this way after the academy, because he figured that it was a good military hair style. On top of that; Isaac keeps very good care of himself. He has pearly white teeth and finely kept finger nails and toes nails.

Equipment/Clothing: Unlike all the other Shinobi in the Shinobi world; Isaac René Kaguya doesn’t wear the typical Shinobi wear. He has decided to go with something that he finds comfortable and easy to move in. Despite the looks he receives; he just keeps on wearing it. The shirt is a long sleeved one that is black as night. This shirt is what is known as a V-necked shirt. On top of that; he wears a simple pair of black colored jeans with socks and combat boots. That isn’t all; he does don a lightweight black jacket with a hood on occasion. In the realm of equipment; Isaac has grown fond to the gauntlets as his weapon of choice, and he doesn’t really like weapons besides that. In the realm of jewelry; he wears a black hourglass pendent with black sand lying within it. The hourglass is one by one by one in the realm of size, width, and height.

~Kazekage Persona~

::Insanely Intelligent::
Isaac René Kaguya is vastly intelligent, or some might even call him insanely intelligent. He uses this vast intelligence in various parts of his life, like the Diplomatic side and Kazekage Side, but it isn’t only used for that. Isaac was trained in various arts of Taijutsu and Ninjutsu while he was being groomed for Kazekage. On top of that; he was disciplined in the tactical side of situations as well. This is most likely why he is such a good leader. Due to this; Isaac is nearly unpredictable on the battlefield. He loves to create various tactical situations that he can utilize his intelligent to get a heads up on the enemy, like creating traps, setting up barriers, etc. etc.  Isaac uses this intelligence to complete control various meeting with high priority people within Sunagakure no Sato.  Besides that; he can usually use that skill to manipulative various diplomatic meetings as well.

::Iron Fist Mentality::
One aspect of Isaac’s Kazekage persona is his iron fist mentality that he wields towards his village. He rules with what one call an iron fist. He gives no excuses and he expects none from his inhabitants. He rules the Land of Wind with his Nindo about power. He pushes his inhabitants to fulfill certain requirements before being able to take high class mission. If someone abandons the village; Isaac doesn’t put an alive retrieval stamp on their profiles. They are brought back dead and if by chance they are brought back alive. They are torture for various information on why they left in the first place as well as whom they divulged information too. Isaac doesn’t fully believe in second chances, but it isn’t completely right to say he never gives them. If someone leaves for reasons that are meant to help Sunagakure no Sato; Isaac might extend a pardon to the Shinobi upon their return to the village.

::Trusting::
Despite his Iron fist mentality; Isaac does have some trust in his Shinobi. Due to the strict regulations; he places on them. He actually trusts them a lot more than he lets them know. He fully believes that if he is injured badly enough for him to be out of his position for a limited time; he would fully trust his high ranking Shinobi to form a council and rule together until he is back into ruling shape. Due to this; Isaac has a bit of a problem of letting his guard down in the presence of his own Shinobi, which make him easier to assassinate if the time comes. Even though that might be the case; he isn’t completely ignorant to that possibility, which is why he usually has one of his many Kaguya defenses activated at all times

::Barbaric | Ruthless | Aggressive::
Despite his Diplomatic side; Isaac can and will be barbaric, ruthless, and aggressive when it comes to his village. When someone attacks, tries to invade, or simply attacks one of his individual Shinobi; he asks for nothing shy of complete defeat of that opponent. This barbaric, ruthless, and aggressive nature can be seen in the ways that Isaac displays the people that try to take over, invade, or attack Sunagakure no Sato. In fact; most other Kages forbidden encounters with the newest Kazekage, because of these barbaric and ruthless displays. Even though; this is how he deals with people that are an ultimate threat to his village, like people personally attacking or trying to invade his Minor Nations; Isaac doesn’t simply go out and attack people randomly with random attacks of violence. He will do these things to people that threaten the peaceful way of life that Sunagakure no Sato reveals to its inhabitants.

~Diplomatic Persona~
::Understanding::
Isaac René Kaguya has just more than one simple persona. He is like most people with a complex personality with personas that have developed with his years in the world. Despite his complex personality; he is a rather stable individual. The diplomatic side of Isaac is rather quiet fascinating sight. The diplomatic side of Isaac is very understanding of others deals, offers, and counteroffers. He goes into a meeting knowing exactly what he can pull from the people he is meeting with. Another reason why he never asks for more than they can give, like money, support, or simple knowledge of some kept secrets within that village; he fully understands that something’s are off-limits with it comes to diplomacy.

::Trusting::
Much like his trusting side in his Kazekage Persona section; Isaac is also very trusting in the area of diplomacy. If he comes to an agreement with another nation; he expects that other nation to carry out their part of the deal. This has sometimes lead him astray with various negotiations going downhill and falling apart. Even though; he still decides to trust people of other nations without a second thought, which is advised against by his councilors. Despite that he fully trusts people of other nations; he does don disguises to enter the lands of the other nations himself, which is also against the advisements of his High Rankers.

::Passive::
In conjunction with his other diplomatic attributes; Isaac is very passive when it comes to talks of alliances with other nations. This passive nature isn’t a weakness, but strength that Isaac has development to keep a poker face during any and all meetings with people of his village and other major nations as well. This also allows him to keep a perfect collected mindset in some of the heated debates that happen during those meetings. This passive nature also allows Isaac to give the opposite nation the things they want without harming the village environment too much.

::Manipulative::
In the alluring effect that Isaac’s diplomatic persona has on people; he uses that alluring effect to effectively manipulate people. He can change his facial expressions from that poker face to show signs of weakness to an item on the alliance pact that is something they can easily swing to make the opposite party bite down on that and maybe take something of higher value, to Isaac, off of the pact. This is how he fully manipulates people within his diplomatic meetings. He can even manipulate people on the battlefield by showing signs of damage to limbs that might make people attack him more harshly, which can be a very good tactical advantage for a Kaguya. Even though that might be the case; Isaac doesn’t try to manipulate his people. He will fully divulge the entire truth to his High Rankers to make sure they are all on the same page.
~Social Persona~

Now the Social aspect of Isaac’s complex personality. Despite Isaac having to work in an office numerous hours of the day; he still loves chatting with village inhabitants. He loves going out to flirt with various women as well as hit on some of his High Ranking women in his ranks. He just absolutely loves to flirt with the women of his village. Even then; he just loves to flirt in general with gorgeous women. He will even do it in the middle of combat against gorgeous women. Another characteristic of the Kazekage that goes along with his social part of his personality is that he loves to talk to people. He loves to talk, communicate, and even listen to people within his village. Some might even say that is his best attribute. Isaac doesn’t just listen to his villages. He takes everything they say and actually uses it to better the village. He might rule with an Iron fist, but he is far from the dictators that have ruled in the past. Everything he does is for the best of the village and his people.
~Persona Integration~
Despite his personality being split into three personas; Isaac’s personality is one that complex to deal with. Much like all human beings personality; the characteristics do not always stay in their environmental places, like some aspects from the Kazekage persona might carry over to his social person and so on and so forth.  This simply allows his personality to flux between personas like any normal human being.

History:
The Story of the Current Kazekage of Sunagakure no Sato begins with the tall of his forefather’s coming from Kirigakure no Sato to Sunagakure no Sato. The Kaguya clan were very hostile towards the inhabitants of Kirigakure no Sato and more importantly the regime that held power at that time. Thus; Isaac’s forefather’s left the Kaguya homelands and traveled across the sea towards a place where they could live in peace. That place was the land of Wind.

This begins our story between two lovers, Gabriel Kaguya and Isabella Uchiha. In one night of passion; Isabella became pregnant with a boy that she would name Isaac. This boy would carry on his father’s genes, but with a slight twist. He had inherited the very rare Kaguya Kekkei Genkai called Shikotsumyaku. Even though he inherited that unique Kekkei Genkai; he didn’t have the trademark Kaguya clan dots on his forehead. He grew up without ever knowing his father, but he was told that he inherited the very unique body of the Kaguya clan. This changed him forever.

In The Academy; Isaac kept his Shikotsumyaku a complete secret within the Academy. Even though; he did take his father’s last name. He would wear the Kaguya name proudly through his life. He graduated while keeping his Kekkei Genkai a secret, but he knew that it would only be a matter of time before people started to see that he could take numerous blows without hindering his Taijutsu fighting, which was rather shocking. Another shocking statement is that Isaac made it all the way through his time as a Genin without anyone figuring it out.

In the end; he was fighting in the Chuunin exams when he had to use it in front of the entire crowd. He dodged a very fast jab to slam his palm into the shoulder of the boy he was fighting. When he did that; he pushed his forearm bone through the bone shoulder to KO the young boy. Everyone was in disbelief. He had used his Shikotsumyaku ability in front of everyone. After that moment; Isaac as kind of like a celebrity in Sunagakure no Sato; he was appointed to Chuunin easily, but that wasn’t the end of it. He was instantly placed in a program that would groom and row him into a very powerful, smart, and fierce Kazekage of the future.

During his Chuunin years; Isaac didn’t perform missions like other Chuunin. He didn’t help training Genin when they were lacking in various skills. He was being groomed in various languages, habits, and customs of various different cultures to help him in his way of being a Kage of the Land of Wind. Soon enough; he grew tired of the day in and day out same ole thing he was being forced to do. He just wanted to live life. He just wanted to go through the ranks of the Shinobi world without any hassle. Thus, the Council had to sight their eyes on someone else that they could appoint Kazekage at the right time.

Isaac became a renowned sensei in Sunagakure no Sato. he spent long hours in the Academy helping younger kids develop their own skills and even master the regular academy skills they were being forced to teach. He held anyone he taught to a high caliber than other people. This was the beginning of his love for developing something powerful. Isaac René Kaguya pushed through all odds to help whoever needed within the village, and he developed his own skills along with them. The time for the annual Jounin exams was upon everyone. Isaac declined the offer to join the exams; He knew that he wanted to be a part of all ranks of the Shinobi life. That meant going through the little rank of Special Jounin.

Issac simply took a specialization test to give the current Kazekage a theme for what he had Jounin level attributes in. Two of those were Taijutsu and Ninjutsu, but he excelled in the usages of his Kekkei Genkai to brutally beat down people. He was appointed to the position of Special Jounin without a hitch.

During his time as a Special Jounin; he was put in charge of training the Academy students in the simple arts of Taijutsu. That was his job title by the Kazekage. What he did was far from that simple assignment. Isaac took those children and bred them into high caliber Genin that only once in a couple of blue moon would produce. He pushed them to become something that they couldn’t see by themselves. After a couple graduating classes went straight to the Chuunin exams and smashed down the other nations; The Kazekage promoted Isaac again to the rank of Jounin.

After a long period of Isaac training a single squad for the Chuunin exams; the village and land were brought to deepened sadness when their Kazekage passed away, which instantly brought two candidates to mind to fill his shoes; Isaac René Kaguya wasn’t their first choice, because he had basically told them to fuck off when he was a Chuunin. Despite that; the first choice declined the offer, which brought Isaac up before the council. The council spent hours asking him various questions, talked to him, and even had mind readers dive into his mind. After hours of being with the Council; Isaac left the council room the new Kazekage of Sunagakure no Sato.

After a couple of years of being Kazekage; Isaac promoted one of his good councilors to the ANBU Captain position. That Man’s name was Jacques de Molay, This man was appointed by Isaac, despite his hatred for such a stupid group to protect him, but he was insisted to appoint this man by the Council. After a couple of months; this brought us to the current timeline.

RP Sample:
Things in Sunagakure no Sato would be getting very interesting soon or later. He stood outside of his former workplace with a slight smirk on his face. He used to love going inside that very hospital to perform various experiments with any newly created poison, toxins, or serums that he can crated that day. Despite him thinking he was completely alone; a man would suddenly appear next to him and imply that he was his new aide. “Did the Kazekage expect my return to the village? Or does this man think I am someone else.” Isaac thought as he glanced over with his uniquely colored eyes that were bright metallic green with a coal black that directly surrounded that color. Unbeknownst to the duo; a man was beginning a plan in the basement of that very hospital. He was most likely the strongest being that Isaac had encountered to date, because the simple fact that he had yet meet the legendary newly appointment Kazekage, who was said to be able to match just about anyone in the lands. In the end before the man appeared out of the doors of the hospital; Isaac would speak to the other man standing next to him. The man that claimed he was the aide of The Cleaner. “Aide? That is rather amusing. I just returned to this village, mate. I doubt the Kazekage even knows that I am here. Hence the records under my arm; I would glad introduce myself but I didn’t catch your name.” Isaac would speak to the man while holding back a small chuckle. He was just having a bit of fun with the tense man.

About the time he finished his sentence to the man next to him; a man with the hat of the Hokage on his head exited the Hospital and directly spoke to Isaac about performing an implant for him. Funny thing is that Isaac had never performed an implant on someone before. Eye transplants were rather easily done. Simply make sure you take care of the eyes, cut out the current eyes, and replace them with the new found ones. The implant of advanced elements or other bloodlines was a bit trickier. One had to figure out a way to stabilize the current DNA while integrating forgiven DNA to create something that was a mixture of them both. Isaac had obviously dabbled in that art. He was actually on the verge of creating such a technique to fully integrate the DNA of one clan into the body of someone not a part of that clan, or even a remote relative to said clan. Isaac would ponder the downside to not working out an agreement with the man. The only thing would be a negative outcome would be wasting a bit of time. If he simply refused; he had not doubt that this man would wreck shit around the village. Plus; he said he had goodies to trade for it. This brought on a whole another thought process for Isaac. “I will be happy to do the implant, mate. I am Isaac René. I used to be Head Medic here for a short period of time.” Isaac flashed a simple smile as he looked at the man before him.

Unbeknownst to Isaac and Streac; the man before them was currently reading his mind. The funny thing is that Isaac mind was filled with various things that were related to the Specialization jobs within the ANBU organization of Sunagakure no Sato. Directly after the Chuunin exams; Isaac had been presumed dead to be fully enlisted into the ANBU organization as a recruit to be trained in any field he wished, which is why he was so good an Ijutsu and medical practices. Thus, the only things that the man would uncover would be related to the ANBU corps instead of the actual village of Sunagakure no Sato. Various Cleaning missions, guarding the various heads of the Sunagakure no Sato government, and even cleaning up after ops done by Sunagakure no Sato in general. That is why he was named the Cleaner after all.

Isaac would patiently wait for the introductions of the men beside him, which would hopefully be something good. Then, he would presume to say this to the Hokage. “I will be taking something in exchange, but what the price is shall be discussed in my old office and operation room. If you will follow me.” Isaac proceeded to lead the Hokage and the “aide” if he wanted to come to the elevator. Once everyone was in; Isaac would press the third floor button. “The third floor had been reserved to the ANBU once upon a time. That is where most people got uncover body modifications as well as implants done. It will have everything we need to complete the process.” Isaac smiled once again as the doors opened up to reveal a huge loft and suite combination that had the entire floor spaced open with one office over to the far right. Various cabinets were spaced all around that held the necessary supplies to preform major procedure. Isaac would point to one of the beds in the back of the room by his former office. “If you will go there mister Hokage. I will wash up and we will get the details of this surgery.” Isaac would quickly walk into his former office, flip a light switch on, and place his stuff on his desk. After doing that; he threw on a white doctor’s coat and went to wash his hands. Afterward he would come back to the Hokage, who was hopefully on the hospital bed, and ask, “Alright, Hokage. What are we doing today? We will talk about payment after I know exactly what I am getting into.” Isaac would said their patiently without any tenseness or signs of anything but a caring and professional persona.
