Physical Characteristics of The Agnis Branch: Unlike the Maschenny branch; the Agnis Branch is fairly normal looking in appearance. They do not really have a set color of hair, but they usually have a darker hair colors than most people. They do not have a set eye color, but their eyes are usually Heterochromia Iridum in appearance. They are usually fairly muscular and toned as well as have a tanned skin tone as well. Unlike the Maschenny that wear the Koon Symbol as patch or badges of honor; the Agnis branch the Koon Family simply with various adjusts added to it, like a crown on top of the symbol or the symbol “X” out. Uniquely Colored Raiton: The Members of the Koon Family, which includes both branches, has a very unique trait that each of the Koon Family members has a different colored Raiton, which excludes the legendary and regarded Black Lightning. Example: Hachuling’s Raiton takes the form of either a plasma white or crimson red. Bioelectric Aura: The Agnis Branch of the Koon Family has a very unique trait that involves their bioelectric energy of their bodies. Due to their unique abilities of the Agnis Branch; their bodies produce high levels of bioelectricity that can be felt by people in their immediate personal space. The effects are rather simple, like the hair on the arms, legs, and back of the neck stands on end and a simple static shock that is produced when they touch someone. [This can be used to create actual techniques that could do some damage.] Enhanced Chakra Control: The Maschenny Branch of the Koon Family has an almost heretical ability to control their chakra. They are taught from the time they can walk and speak to control chakra with the upmost control and manipulation. This ability is seen most when the Maschenny pinnacle technique, known as Redan, is in effect. They have abilities that revolve around the manipulation of Raiton, or their lightning element. Their abilities were given to them by their very first Koon to ever live, who the Kekkei Genkai is named after. The Koon Family is broken into two branches, or main families, that take the overall ability of manipulating lightning into two different directions. The Maschenny’s Branches ability revolve around giving physical properties to energy, or lightning., or better classified as making solid lightning. The Agnis’ Branches ability revolves around taking away the physical properties of the body to turn it into a more unstable energy state. The Maschenny’s Branches Kekkei Genkai ability can be fully classified as Lightning Manipulation. They can virtually make any of their Raiton, or Lightning Release, techniques solid without any trouble. They have been called Plasma Creators before because of the plasma-like look of their solid Raiton Techniques. The Pinnacle of the Maschenny Branch abilities goes into their masterful technique known as Redan. This ability was created through the enhanced chakra control that the Koon Family has had since the dawn and birth of the clan. It is that Enhanced Chakra control that grants the Maschenny with the Redan State. In this state; the Maschenny clansmen is granted the ability to bypass handsigns allowing them to access any Raiton without the need for handsigns. The Agnis’ Branches Kekkei Genkai ability goes hand and hand with the Maschenny’s Clan Ability. They have been compared to a coin side of a coin with Maschenny being one side and the Agnis being the other side. Due to the nature of the ability; The Agnis are highly secretive with it comes to their clan techniques. The Main ability of the Agnis Branch is to turn themselves into unstable lightning, almost like how the Hōzuki turn themselves into water. The Maschenny must gather a decent amount of chakra within palm. After the complete that part; they simply compress and turn the raw Raiton Chakra into a solid ball of Raiton Chakra.  This compressed and solid ball of is referred to as a Baang of Chakra. After the Baang of chakra is solid and compressed; the Maschenny simply eats the Baang of Chakra to activate the Redan State. The Baang has two distinct effects on the Maschenny’s body. The first is a physical effect that grants the Maschenny unbelievable speed and reaction times boosts. The second is a spiritual boost that allows the Maschenny to use any of their Raiton elemental techniques without the need for handsigns, which basically allows the Maschenny to bypass the Handsigns to activate a technique. These effects will last as long as the Maschenny is conscious and within the Redan State. The Redan State can easily be identified by a Koon family by the black mark that appears on their necks or faces called a SooHeun. The SooHeun can be anywhere on the Maschenny’s face or neck. The SooHeun will take a different size and look from Maschenny to Maschenny. Speed Chart: B-Ranked Shinobi: Adept Taijutsu Combat Style - The Redan State will push the User into the top of their tier. Simply when in Redan State; the Maschenny is faster than other adept Taijutsu people regardless of rank. Master Taijutsu Combat Style - No Visible Change A-Ranked Shinobi: Adept Taijutsu Combat Style - In the Redan State; The Maschenny's Combat Style will be boosted to Mastery for the allotted amount of time. Master Taijutsu Combat Style - In the Redan State; The Maschenny's Speed is unmatched in their Taijutsu Tier. Thus, they are the faster than other A-Ranked Shinobi with the Same Tier in Taijutsu, and they are equal to S-Ranked Shinobi. S-Ranked Shinobi: Adept Taijutsu Combat Style - When in the Redan State; The Maschenny's Combat Style in Taijutsu will be boosted to Mastery. By using their natural branch ability; they can make solid and stable Raiton weapons. The rank and the amount of chakra used are determined by the size, shape, and overall amount of Raiton needed to create the weapon. C-Rank grants you the ability to create small throwing knives, kunai, or small items. B-Rank gives you the ability to make larger knives, like a bowie knife, small short swords, or anything that falls with that range. A-Rank gives you the ability to make spears, katana, broadswords, or various other weapons of that size range. S-Rank gives you the ability to make unique weapons, like massive hammers, halberds, massive battleaxes, or multiple weapons. The weapons can take any size, shape, or design the Maschenny wishes. The weapons are strong enough to go against actual steel weapons with the help of the Solidifying ability of the Maschenny branch. Weakness: After three posts; The Raiton weapons will lose some of their chakra resulting in a weaker weapon. If the Weapon lasts three posts; the Raiton weapon will most likely break on the four post if struck with enough force. The Clansmen begins by completing the necessary handsigns for the technique, which are Hare, Ram, Boar, and Horse. After that; the Clansmen will begin to focus Raiton Chakra into their dominant hands index finger, and he will make the motion like he is throwing a spear to launch a stabilized lightning bolt of Raiton chakra towards the opponent. The Raiton lightning bolt takes on the appearance as a normal colored lightning bolt until it hit the ground or hits the opponent. When Electric Pearl hits the ground or the opponent; the lightning bolt explodes in a paralyzing and burning type of blast. If the Opponent is within five meters of the center of the explosion; they will come out with minor burns, and the body part(s) [up to two] will be paralyzed for three posts as the rest of the body will feel a numbing effect. If the opponent is within ten meters of the center of the explosion; they will receive little to no burns with a single body part paralysis of two post. Weakness: Electric Pearl despite its raw power lacks in the area of speed. The Technique, despite the Chakra Nature of The Technique, can only reach about the speed of someone with a Taijutsu Basic combat style. After completing the necessary handsigns for the technique; the ending handsign is an index and middle finger pointing hand gesture. The Maschenny will collect chakra into the fingertips of the index and middle fingers of their dominant hand. The collected chakra will take the appearance of plasma-like light with sparks coming off of it. The Maschenny will thrust their hand forward towards the opponent to launch a fast pace and very destructive lightning spear from their fingertips to race at the opponent. The highly destructive spear is said to pierce through Doton, or Earth Release, barrier S-ranked with ease as well as simple non-elemental barriers as well. If the barrier is Fūton, Wind Release, in nature; the spear will take a -1 rank deduction to its power. Weakness: The technique moves at Taijutsu Adept speeds with ease. Even though it is extremely destructive and fast; the technique lacks accuracy at greater distances. The technique is highly accuracy up until the 25 meter mark. The technique will stray four or five inches to the left or right after that. The technique will stay solid and not dispel up too about 65 meters. Also, The technique has the nature weakness of a one rank deduction if hit with a Fūton natured technique or barrier. ~The Agnis Branch Techniques~ Name: Eduan's Blessing Rank: D-Ranked | C-Ranked | B-Ranked | A-Ranked | S-Ranked Type: Ninjutsu | Hiden [Secret Technique] Classification: Offensive | Defensive | Supplementary Element: Raiton [Lightning Release] Range:[ Self Duration: Lasting Jutsu Rules when Activated Hand Seals | Charge up: Monkey → Dragon → Tiger → Boar → Bird Description: Eduan’s Blessing is the core technique of the Agnis Branch of the Koon Family. Due to their unique abilities; they use that in the creation of this Hiden, or Secret Technique. At the age of five years old; the Agnis performing the needed handsigns for the technique for it to take hold of the Clansmen bodies. Like the Hōzuki Clan’s Hydrification Technique; this technique is constantly activate, but it doesn’t sap chakra until it is put into effect. The nature of this technique is to do the opposite of the Maschenny’s ability to turn Lightning, or Raiton, into a solid material. The Agnis use this technique to turn solid materials, like their bodies, into Raiton, or Lightning. Due to this technique; the Agnis are known for bioelectrical aura that encompasses their personal bubbles into that. The ability to turn their bodies into lightning is something very difficult to control, which is why it has Rank limits for the amount of their body they can turn into lightning. At D-rank; they can turn one whole body part, like an arm or leg, into Raw Raiton, and it has a numbness status effect if the opponent’s body goes through that Blessed body part. At C-Rank; they can turn two whole body parts at the same time. At B-Rank; the clansmen can turn major organs into it as well, which simply means that they can turn their head and torso into lightning. At A-Rank; they can turn four body parts into lightning at the same time. At S-rank; they can turn their whole body into lightning. Weakness: Much like the Hōzuki’s Clan Technique; the Agnis Clansmen will always be weak to Fūton-based techniques. They will virtually short themselves out when they are hit with a Fūton technique, much like when the Hōzuki are hit with a Raiton technique. They also have a jelly-like state that they are placed in when they are knocked unconscious. This jelly-like state is much like the Hōzuki but the Agnis will have an electron glow to their jelly states. Also, while they are in their Lightning forms they can not physical attack opponent with a punch, kick, etc. etc. They can only do status damage, like paralysis, electrical burns, etc. etc. Clan History: ~Pre-Clan Wars Era~ The pre-Clan Wars era when The Sage of Six Paths and his Sons were teaching Ninshū to different people around the country; a man by the name of Eduan Khun was taught these secret arts. After learning all he could from the Sage and his Sons; Eduan changed his last name to Koon to show that he had reach enlightenment. Once People started to convert Ninshū into Ninjutsu; Eduan discovered that his body provided him with unique traits that allowed him to manipulate the Lightning element to almost god-like levels. In conjunction with that; he was the first to discover the healing side of Ninjutsu, which allowed him to live hundreds of years. Eduan Koon had many wives from all over the world. He was a wealthy King with his near God-like Lightning-based abilities that gifted him with numerous heirs to his Clan Throne. The Koon clan is a purely Patriarch based family, which meant as long as Eduan was alive he would be head of the Family. These lead to his Heirs, wives and male kids, to have organized fights that decide “The Chosen Children of Koon.” The Disowned Children are either exiled to the other village of the Branch Family, like if a Agnis is Disowned they are exiled to Kirigakure no Sato. Also, disowned members cannot be elected to the position of Clan Head. They can physical take that position if they so desire from the Current Holder of that Title. Eduan never really showed much interest in the very violent and bloody “official” fights of his Children. ~Clan Wars Era~ Eduan continued to live well into the Clan Wars Era of the nation. During the Clan Wars Era; he had grown rather old and the current generation of Heirs didn’t have the abilities that he carried. Eduan quickly had another Official fight where they all fought through a seires of Bloody Fights that would nominate two Sons to inherited one of the vast abilities of The Great Eduan Koon. Eduan used his Ninshū to create the Maschenny Branch and The Agnis Branches of his Clans. That was his last act as Clan Head before he passed away leaving a Dual Clan Headship to be obtained for the next couple of years; eventually the Clan War Era came to a close with foundation of the Five Major Villages. Kirigakure no Sato would be the home of the Maschenny branch of the clan with the Agnis would live in Kumogakure no Sato. At the age of 8 before the Children of the Koon head into the Academy; they are put through  the Official fights to declare the chosen Children of Koon, and they inherit the option to wear their Koon Clan Symbol proudly as well as take the Last name of Koon. They can virtually give up their Branch last name and take on the name of Koon. Some Koon, like Hachuling use their Branch name as a middle name and use Koon as their last. This is another option.
