Description:Firstly, he creates a clone — which resembles a chibi version of himself — made from the oil and water in his body. The water in the clone is surrounded by a thin layer of oil and due to this structure, the clone's temperature can easily be altered from cold to hot and vice-versa. When it exerts itself, the outer layer of oil heats up and evaporates the water inside. As the internal pressure builds, the clone expands until it violently explodes and the water vapour is released. This vapour then cools down as it rises and as a result, turns into hail that cools the clone, causing it to shrink to its original size and start the entire process again. Using this technique weakens the user for its duration.

Description: After using his Hydrification Technique to merge with a water source, Suigetsu can form a giant wave that looks like a demon-like fish. Suigetsu can use this form to battle larger opponents, or he can use it to shield allies from attack. Though it was strong enough to physically push back Killer B in his Tailed Beast Mode, it was not strong enough to withstand a point-blank range Tailed Beast Ball, which rendered Suigetsu unconscious, causing him to fall into a jelly-like state.
Raiton attacks the user have +1 effectiveness while in this state, Suiton attacks the user uses are +1 also.

Description: By putting the Hydrification Technique into practical use, the muscles of the arm are temporarily enlarged and strengthened. Moisture is gathered from the whole body and compressed into the entire arm, like an instant pump-up. However, because it is essential to properly control the moisture balance inside the body, this technique's degree of difficulty is very high. The technique gives the user superhuman strength, capable of breaking through both rock walls and steel doors.
Clan History:
The Hozuki clan were born from ninja who spent there entire lives in the water. They were trained to be a naval unit by Kirigakure, however there suitability out of water soon became noticeable. They clan split into two groups, one more like Kisame, and one more like the 3 Hozuki's we see today. The Kisame side grew more and more vicious, melding more and more into the sea, while the other stayed on land and started dabbling in the art of transforming themselves into water. They fully realized the dream under the second mizukage, a ingenious man with a knack for creativity. From the time between then and now, the Hozuki had lived in relative uncertainty, they were prized at a time, but now they have fallen from there title of powerful and influential clan, to a mere mention in the history books. It is time for them to regain there inheritance and birthright.
