Launching off the top of the Mizukage building, Kouketsu was ready to go. He was hoping the festival was all it had said to be, if not, he may just leave and return home. Disregarding the thought, Kouketsu landed on the nearest building that was high enough to keep him from buckling under gravity. He sprinted over the building and leapt across the edge onto another building top. He continued this but he never went as far as the ground. He stayed atop the buildings and wondered whether anyone from his village would come. He knew they needed his permission depending on the ranks.
He leaped onto on more building and jumped off of the side of it, landing in a squatting position to brace for impact. He dashed up to the great bridge that connected Kirigakure to the world outside of the village. He had to get to the River country, quite a ways away. Kouketsu figured he'd ait at the entrance of the village to see if any stragglers would come along his way to the same destination as well. He folded his arms and waited patiently. He wouldn't wait too long though, the festival didn't last all year round.
