Description: By storing up large amounts of chakra in lump sums the user increases the chakra available to them. The chakra that goes into this technique is unavailable until released. And the chakra used to make the seal replenishes at the normal rate. This jutsu can be used repeatedly over several threads without release. The same chakra that goes into the seal maintains it. The caster pays the cost once, it doesn’t cost more chakra to add chakra. But once released it the cost has to be paid again.  It can be paid and restored with remaining chakra that is used upon release. (It the user has 150/150 chakra it cost 15, the want to store 55. So 80/150 chakra. example not real cost)
This technique allows them to increase their chakra reserves greatly or replenish lost chakra. In the former case upon release chakra will be displayed like 205/150. Any chakra that’s over the standard must be sealed away IN THREAD or the users chakra system will be damaged and need repair IN CHARACTER.
The seal that takes the form of formula writing spiraling tightly in the shape of the Uzumaki clan symbol the size of nickel.  This jutsu is not one that can be copied.  After the seal is formed it doesn’t take additional chakra to release. When released it spirals out covering the users face, head, and neck. This symbol is a dark green color before release and light green after released. This sealing just gives user a place to store large amounts of chakra. The mark can’t be hidden without highly specialized transformation techniques.
Weaknesses: Subject to in character saving of chakra. The users chakra system will be damaged if additional chakra volumes are left over their normal capacity at the end of a fight/thread.

Simple version: The user stores their chakra in a seal.  The chakra can be used later by releasing the seal.  The user does not pay chakra to add chakra to the seal.  Whatever chakra is not used upon released get sealed back into the seal when the seal is reactivated. At the time the seal is reactivated the user pays the normal jutsu cost

Description: After target is surrounded by Rikuyu the user does the hand seals to use Rikuyu as a medium for a light opaque blue colored barrier in the shape of the slugs formation. The slugs are protected by double layer wall with the targets unable to reach slugs. The barrier extends under the ground one foot.  The barrier is strong enough to hold a jinchūriki or tailed beast.  Because the slug is being used to maintain the barrier the summoner can still use jutsu or prepare to seal target
Weaknesses: Slugs can potentially be killed before barrier takes affect

Description:
This technique is derived from Unnatural Reserve. After releasing unnatural reserves this technique can be used to boaster ninjutsu, genjutsu, and fuinjutsu. They way it works is the user will use their jutsu normally but they will cost more drawing from the seals reserve, costing the next ranks chakra. This makes techniques much harder to break. However this technique won’t work with every jutsu. Some techniques just don’t make since to power up with rank. For the most part non offensive and defensive, wouldn’t get powered up. But this isn’t a jutsu rule it’s practicality. For example Gaara’s third eye and the henge jutsu wouldn’t benefit from power up? Elemental and non elemental jutsu would increase in scale therefore range.
This technique manifest its self a chakra aura around the user that flickers like a flame. This technique can be used in combination with Rikuyu. Anyone who is being touched Rikuyu can receive a power up to their techniques  only the extra  rank cost pools from Fushizen maizō
Weakness: As stated above it does not work on every jutsu type. It increases the cost of jutsu, only the ones it works boost...

I posted a simpler version underneath it all. I left the more elaborate explanation for those who want it plus myself. (before the revamp the person wanted the long explanation)

For the slug barrier picture violent purple flame barrier. Those inside the barrier can't reach the ones keeping the barrier because there is a wall and in-between them. Those outside it the barrier can't reach the ones maintaining the barrier or the ones being held inside. It can hold them as long as there is chakra left to keep it up + 1 post. (Says that in duration)

You under stand correctly. B rank jutsu become A rank. Which means that the strength of the move goes up. But it would work on defense move also like a doton wall. The extra cost comes from the unnatural reserve seal. So lets say Alder releases unnatural reserve seal then does Without restriction. I can increase the strength of Sato's jutsu. Sato pays the normal chakra but the extra chakra comes from Alder. Alder can also up his own attacks for the additional cost IF both my previously stated jutsu are activated

I ment to say it would also work on defensive moves.  Jutsu can only be powered up while unnatural is active.  It stays active if there is chakra. Like a bank account as long as money any one on the account can withdraw. The moment I reseal or close it the power up stops. But chakra spent already doesn't get taken back. So if the move that was powered up last multiple turns it stays powered because Alder and the Other ninja paid for it.

It cost to activate not maintain. Using the bank account again Adlercan deposit chakra all the time as long as he has chakra. I pay open the account then future money is mine to use for whatever. without restriction (the power up move) only stays active while Unnatural Reserve is unsealed

I have $100 it cost $10 to open an account that means I have $90 to to save. I can put whatever amount up to $90at anytime I want for no additional cost. But if I close the account / release jutsu seal then I paid 10. No cost to close account

Exactly but where is the chakra coming from to restore it because at the moment, the way i see it is a cheap version of Yin Seal Release (No offense.) If im understanding right is no matter what, all you have to pay is the opening amount of the seal but what i want to know is where does that chakra already in there come from? who fills it up when its run out? all this stuff because if thats the case then i will not allow it due to obvious reasons.

The chakra comes from the user. They give up whatever chakra they want to seal away for later. I don't deny the idea came from Yin seal but it is significantly different.

Yin seal requires constant chakra control and is used only for healing and that strength technique.  That chakra is also heals the caster. This jutsu does not work with taijutsu or medical jutsu and doesn't require constant chakra control. And this jutsu also runs the risk of damaging ones own chakra system

The only thing they share is the storing of chakra, in forehead. But what that chakra can be used for is different. A vast amount of seal are for sealing chakra that's there primary practical function. All seal used for tailed beast seal chakra to be used by someone else. This one just lets me use my own chakra later

If you have to put chakra in their, why do you keep saying that all you have to pay for is the activation cost? 'The caster pays the cost once, it doesn’t cost more chakra to add chakra.'

I am saying that you only loose the chakra that activates the jutsu, it has no maintenance cost. But at any given time until unsealed more chakra can be added put  You don't loose the chakra put in the seal. I don't see how I can put it more plainly.
