Description: By storing up large amounts of chakra in lump sums the user increases the chakra available to them. The chakra that goes into this technique is unavailable until released. And the chakra used to make the seal replenishes at the normal rate. This jutsu can be used repeatedly over several threads without release. The same chakra that goes into the seal maintains it. The caster pays the cost once, it doesn’t cost more chakra to add chakra. But once released it the cost has to be paid again.  It can be paid and restored with remaining chakra that is used upon release. (It the user has 150/150 chakra it cost 15, the want to store 55. So 80/150 chakra. example not real cost)
This technique allows them to increase their chakra reserves greatly or replenish lost chakra. In the former case upon release chakra will be displayed like 205/150. Any chakra that’s over the standard must be sealed away IN THREAD or the users chakra system will be damaged and need repair IN CHARACTER.
The seal that takes the form of formula writing spiraling tightly in the shape of the Uzumaki clan symbol the size of nickel.  This jutsu is not one that can be copied.  After the seal is formed it doesn’t take additional chakra to release. When released it spirals out covering the users face, head, and neck. This symbol is a dark green color before release and light green after released. This sealing just gives user a place to store large amounts of chakra. The mark can’t be hidden without highly specialized transformation techniques.

Description: After target is surrounded by Rikuyu the user does the hand seals to use Rikuyu as a medium for a light opaque blue colored barrier in the shape of the slugs formation. The slugs are protected by double layer wall with the targets unable to unable to reach slugs. The barrier extends under the ground one foot.  The barrier is strong enough to hold a jinchūriki or tailed beast.  Because the slug is being used to maintain the barrier the summoner can still use jutsu or prepare to seal target

Description:
This technique is derived from Unnatural Reserve. After releasing unnatural reserves this technique can be used to boaster ninjutsu, genjutsu, and fuinjutsu. They way it works is the user will use their jutsu normally but they will cost more drawing from the seals reserve, costing the next ranks chakra. This makes techniques much harder to break. However this technique won’t work with every jutsu. Some techniques just don’t make since to power up with rank. For the most part non offensive and defensive, wouldn’t get powered up. But this isn’t a jutsu rule it’s practicality. For example Gaara’s third eye and the henge jutsu wouldn’t benefit from power up? Elemental and non elemental jutsu would increase in scale therefore range.
This technique manifest its self a chakra aura around the user that flickers like a flame. This technique can be used in combination with Rikuyu. Anyone who is being touched Rikuyu can receive a power up to their techniques only the extra rank cost pools from Fushizen maizō

Description:This seal requires high levels of chakra control. By storing up large amounts of chakra over time, usually on the forehead, user creates a seal that takes the form of formula writing spiraling tightly in the shape of the Uzumaki clan symbol the size of nickel. After release this technique powers up other techniques that use chakra. Genjutsu and fuinjutsu becomes extremely difficult to break even by masters. Ninjutsu techniques becomes larger and stronger. This technique is like tsunade seal. Alder’s summon Rikuyu has a unique bond to this seal it’s power is directly related it’s and Adler’s chakra reserves. However when there is enough chakra he can be a medium for Adler’s technique

When i told you to make a custom i meant a custom not a complete rip off. The reason strength of a hundred powers up techniques is due to the amazing chakra control requires chakra control that even the toughest medics are unable to muster. Medics have the most chakra control over all ninja yes i would go so far as to say even better than Hyuuga's. So this seal which requires a huge amount of chakra control would need medical level chakra control meaning youd need medical. Now making a seal that lets you store chakra thats fine but one that needs such control like this and strenght of a hundred would require medical level abilities.

Chakra control and powering up other techniques. You may have a seal that lets you store chakra in one shot [for example store an s-rank amount of chakra in the seal then be able to release it into your boyd restoring your chakra]

Store chakra replenishing, that's something I haven't considered. But let me make sure I explained the existing jutsu correctly. And possibly address concerns of it's similarity to the existing jutsu so that its different enough and still achieves at least some desired results

Yes but you see the thing is, By slowly storing chakra over time while still being able to utilize chakra to its full potential requires a mass amount of chakra control [Hence why the Strength of a hundred seal is one of the hardest techniques to learn due to the massive control required, Control that not even Shizune one of the leafs highest ranking medical ninja can use] Now due to this massive control while slowly siphoning of chakra while still being capable in battle it means the user has to have flawless chakra control, This is why when the seal is complete there techniques are amplified due to them no longer having to focus on the battle and storing chakra. That is why it is a medical only seal.

So if you create a seal that lets you siphon off chakra while still using normal chakra to battle and then the seal also allows you to enhance your chakra based techniques it is essentially the same seal which requires mass amount of chakra control, Chakra control that is stated beyond even the normal medics [medics being known to have the best chakra control out of all shinobi]


Now if you were makign a seal were you put chakra in at one time for example your in a topic and you put a whole A-rank amount of chakra and stored it sealing the seal and then using it to replenish your chakra thats fine. Or if your using a sseal that allows you to mix the seals chakra with your bodies chakra to spend slightly less chakra on a jutsu that is also fine but the way it is up just now and enhancing chakra based jutsu it is basicly strength of a hundred. Which due to the reasons listed above is a no.

Utilizing my new understanding. How about the sealing of a X lump sum, every time I want to store. That way it's not the continuous feeding that interrupts battle. Then when it comes time to release stored chakra I can replenish or enhance in the way stated b4

Edited based on what you said. It no longer takes continuous control. That jutsu stores chakra in lump sums. The new jutsu powers them up one stage using the stored chakra and can offer the same benefit to others if the have Rikuyu touching them.
