Description:By blowing air from their mouth, the user is able to change direction while in mid-air at high speeds. The direction the user travels is based on where their mouth faces when the release the air from their mouth.  The user can continuously exhale regardless of lung capacity because the exhaled air is created from their chakra. It can also be used to attack an opponent.[2] In the anime, it was shown it can also be used to blow up a dust cloud, concealing one's location and movements. In order for it to create a dust cloud the ground has to be loose and dry like sand.
Weakness:It can't blow much more weight than a person could weigh.
