Name: Winded Breathing: Futon Kokyuu
Rank: B
Type:ninjutsu
Used For:Both
Element:Wind
Range:Short Range *5 meters or less*
Duration: 3 turns
Hand Seals/Charge up: Ox-Monkey-Boar
Description:
Offensive:
Conseals or Constricts the target's breathing.
The user takes control of the breathable area of wind within the target's lungs and constraints it from movement by using chakra, aka chocking them in the process from lack of oxygen. Depending on how long the user casts the jutsu is how long the target is without breathing. This is an alterable jutsu that can be cast with very little sight and active whenever the user sees fit. This can also be used upon multiple people without much knowledge to what's in them.
1 post=chocking/intial shock
2 posts=actual breath loss/lightheaded
3 posts=Passed out *unless one can breath through other means aka water breath*
Defensive:
One can constraint a small pocket of air for themselves to breath with by using their chakra.
The user can keep themselves from being chocked to death or drowning by keeping a pocket of air to slowly breath from until released from the breath restricting jutsu cast upon them. The chakra itself goes into the lungs and opens the airways for breathing. Morso if the heart stops or lungs stop then it can maneuver them which is similar to CPR however without mouth to mouth treatment or risk of rib fractures.
Weakness:
Fire jutsu can stop this jutsu from chocking oneself due to fire jutsu heating the body and causing a disruption in this jutsu(physical movement by self) HOWEVER this isn't the same for lightning jutsu due to the fact it's weaker to wind jutsu.
User cannot move when this jutsu is being used
CPR works on others, not on self(wouldn't be able to concentrate for the jutsu)
Water breathers can avoid this attack all together
This needs concentration, anyone attacking with heavy physical moves can stop the jutsu *aka if someone punches the target that target is no longer under the jutsu*
