Assigning Team [All Suna Genin]

Today Tear was going to assign the genin teams of Sunagakure. He stood a top of the Administration building with his arms crossed. He was in his casual wear as always, which caused his tattoos to be on full display. He really looked more like a Jounin than like a Kage. The wind blew gently causing the sand to stir all around and move much like the citizens in the village below. Tear stood with a smile on his face as he waited for the Future of Sunagakure to appear before him.

The sunlight suddenly breached through the sandstorm that was covering it far off into the distance, and bathed Keita's room in an orange glow through his small windows. As the light hit his face, he slowly woke up, and it was fairly early in the morning, much earlier than most people woke up, but he had promised his father he was going to discipline himself and his body everyday and become a very strong person. He quickly got up out of the bed, stretched, and the took a look at the picture of him and his parents when he was much much younger, before his father was killed. He gave it a smile, and then put on some heavy clothing, including a sweater with a hood. This was to burn off any excess liquid weight that he had gotten from the day before, if any. So, he went running out in the morning, and would run until he couldn't move anymore. After his morning run, it was about the time that normal people woke up, and he would eat his breakfast, simple rice and some fruit, and then would take a quick bath, before putting on his normal clothing, and heading out.

He had gotten a lot more confidence now that he was officially a genin, and to reflect that, he put on his deep blue cloak with the red accents, put his orange goggles onto the top of his head, and then ran out the door. He was ready for the day, and his meeting with the Kazekage. As he traveled there, the wind stung his face, but instead of shielding, he would simply embrace it head on. He had been fiercely training these past two years, not in any particular style, but he was carving his body out of marble and steel, so that he could take anything that his sensei could throw at him. He had also been beaten up quite a bit by the other ninjas in the academy, simply because he wasn't from the village that they were from, but a simple oasis town that provided good to the village. Still, he was alone here, and it was still very hard for him to make friends, so it was quite a surprise to see the two people he had actually had interactions with, although he didn't really hang out with them all that often, he did see them and wave or say hello to them when he saw them while he was training around the village.

He bowed to the guards, and then made his way to the rooftop where the people were, and smiled slightly shyly, and waved to the two young women that he knew, before bowing to the Kage and the Anbu that was sitting behind him. He didn't really know what the Anbu was, he had heard of them, but only knew that they were special. This was because he still didn't know a lot about the ninja world, but he was a very hard worker.

"Good Morning Everyone."

Keita's voice was rather small, as he simply felt strange being in the company with the Kage of the village, and he didn't really know how to properly act, so he would simply be as respectful as possible, and wait for the kage to address them and tell them what they were supposed to be doing.

Jacques was dressed with a smiling appearance and a slow gait. Wearing hsi casual clothes he mad eno move for his mask that morning. Best not to rock the boat he had thought. It's easier to move like this mingle with the crowds. You have to be a part of the din of society to feel it's waves. Jacques had begun moving his way through the crowds of Sunagakure natives. Each of them all moving at their own relative speed. Jacques had always been wary of people who took a relatively long time to do their errands. A hypocritical statement at the least. However, Jacques knew himself and knew people like him were nothing but perpetual layabout with nothing on their minds aside from their own baser instincts. At that thought a genuine grin graced his face. His step towards the administrative district. He was preoccupied with his other side. The one with the seething hate in it's soul and the quiet whispers from his head. The one who comes out when Jacques needs blood. Jacques' smile faltered for a few moments adding to an unseen air of displeasure that spread off of him in waves. He could feel an animalistic being beneath his skin. His muscles tightened and he clenched his teeth as he fought back against the intrusive entity. After a moment of a catatonic-like state. His awareness returned. He was feet away from the Kage's building. He looked up and shrugged off the experience that robbed minutes from his life.

He made his way up the winding stairway. It was nice to take time to think on oneself while doing something so menial as climbing stairs. These were the times he lauded as normative calm. He sighed as he knew he needed to go on a mission soon. He needed chaos back in his life. It had been a while since he had felt the life-blood ebb from his enemy. It had been so long and now the chanting in his head was getting louder. 'Beware You Meat. Your Flesh is Weak!'He shuddered at the thought of the being skin deep from him. He peered outside the window and lost himself in the beauty of the blue sky. "Makes yah wish for the ocean" He told himself. He dallied a bit longer not wanting to upset the serenity of the situation, but against his better judgement, or worse judgement, he moved on up the stairs. He arrived on the landing for the roof. A guard had mentioned that he would find the Kage there.


He passed through the doorway seeing the Kage and the young man he had recently met. ".....Daisuki?" he had muttered to himself as he walked to the furthest balcony allowing his eyes to fall on everyone. "No that's not right." He went on about the young man's name. He had his sensing bent on full alert. The Kage was open to any attack and Jacques did feel a little bit more comfortable knowing that an Anbu was watching over him. He sighed as he brought up the young man's name "Daisuke?" He paused for a moment replaying the meeting. "Sounds better" He murmured. After his moment of senility was behind him he moved his sight from the kage back to the sky. He lingered there a moment. He either needed a mission or the sea. One or the other. Maybe even both.

It was morning and the sun had just started shining through the window. The sky was orange and everything was peaceful. Then, Mei realized she had somwwhere important to be. She hopped out of bed and smiled to the picture on the bedside. "Mom I get a team today!" She cleaned up put on the standard ANBU uniform and put on her mask. Mei had never thought she would be a leader before but with the short of Jonin they had no choice. Mei didn't mind though this would be her first assignment as an ANBU.

Mei walked throught the streets watching as many of the people did errands and scurried along. She couldn't stop or say anything because they might realize who she is. Mei was just so excited she got lost in thought. What if they didn't like her? What if something went wrong? Then, she realized the time she had to get going. Mei sped up and soon she was there at the place she had been summond. She hurried up to the place the Kazekage was and opened the door. There were already some ANBU there and she didn't know them. She decided to stay quiet until she was spoken to.
