History: Born: Mei was born into the Tsaki clan 18 years ago. They were very excited because she was their first child. That was also the only child her parents would have. Mei's mother was sick and would only live for a couple more years. Her Father had died on a mission so Mei would never know him. Because of this even though she was a girl her mom had high expectations for her in the future. Her mom believed Mei could do anything because both of her parents were very great Shinobi. She could tell by looking at Mei she would be a great Shinobi as well one day. She was always smiling and her mom could feel the love in her heart.
Growing Up/Entering the Academy: Mei was always a little shy, not really talkative, and she always hid behind her mother. The other kids thought she was weird and something was wrong with her so she tried to stay away from them. Soon, all the kids forgot about her and didn't even notice her anymore. Mei would be entering the academy soon and her mother wanted her to have some people to help her and be friends with her. Her mother took her to the side on the first day on the academy and she said, "I won't be here forever so you can't keep hiding behind me. You have to make friends and care for others. You have to stick up for others and one day they will do the same for you." Mei didn't really understand it at first but kept it in her mind. She loved her mother very much and would do anything for her and wanted to be just like her.
Academy/Genin: Mei's first week at the academy was very lonely and she was always at the back of the class. She didn't have many friends but still she kept going and tried very hard. One day when she was leaving the academy she saw two kids being picked on. One was a girl and one was a boy. Then, she heard her mothers voice, "You will have to stand up for them." So, she dropped everything and ran to help them. The group of kids left and Mei had a couple bruises but she did make some friends that day. After that, they all studied hard together and ended up in the same Genin group. Mei's mother was very proud and gave her a big smile that was what Mei wanted to see everytime she did something great.
Genin/Chunin: Mei had been on many missions with her group and she loved them very much. She still hadn't made many more friends. Mei's mother knew she would get there one day though and was grateful that Mei had gotten a taste of what protection and friends were like. Then, one day Mei got the big news The Chunin Exams were coming up! She had to train hard and study to make her mother proud. It seemed like that was all Mei did though. She never had time for fun and never went out except to train. The Chunin Exams were long and hard but Mei's Team dragged through it and never gave up. Soon, they were all Chunin! After they were over, Mei raced home to tell her mother and she was so excited! When she got there however, the house was full and everyone was surrounding her mother. Mei saw that her mother was very sick now and she pushed through the clan to get to her. As she was holding her mothers hand she started to cry. "Now Darling don't cry. You knew I wouldn't be here forever and even when I am not I will still be watching over you. Now, did you make it?" Her mother had asked her. "Yes mom I did all three of us did." Mei said while crying. "That's Great I am very proud of you. Now I am going to need you to do some things for me. Make sure you make a lot of Friends, Have tons of fun, Never give up, and most of all protect the village and become the best Shinobi you can be." Her mother had asked this one last favor. "Of course, I will do anything for you mother. I love you so much." Mei said with a smile and tears running down her cheeks. "I love you very much too darling." Her mother said very weak. Then, her hand went limp.
Chunin/Jonin: It hadn't been long since Mei's mother had died and she visited her grave everyday. Her Team had been there for her and had helped her in her time of need. One day Mei decided that it was time to do what her mother had asked with her dying breath. So, she went out with her friends and tried to have some fun. It started out rough but then she got the hang of things and started having more fun. She still had plenty training time but now she could also meet new people. Mei then got back out to work and did way better than she did before. Soon, people started to notice her talents and she was promoted. Mei was so happy she visited her mothers grave once again. "Mom I'm doing it. I am getting somewhere. Pretty soon I will be as Great as you were. Keep watching I don't want you to miss it." Mei said with a Big smile on her face.
Jounin/ANBU: Mei had just started as a Jounin and she was called the rookie. She had no team but would not loose contact or her bond with her friends. Mei soon learned how to be a great strategist because she was very smart. One day she was assigned a mission but she was still the rookie and was in the back. During this mission, she had bonded with the others and didn't feel so bad about being a rookie. Missions were very serious for her though so she wanted to get it done. Then, something happened and the mission went wrong and everything was in chaos. Nobody knew what to d so Mei calmed down and strategized the situation. After that, the mission was a success and she made new friends. When they returned to the village she became very well known. She had been called a hero and all the children wanted to be like her. She was once again promoted to ANBU! Mei once again visited her mother to tell her. She knows all the villagers names and cares for all of them. She is very sweet, kind, and loves to have fun. Mei came very far from where she first was. She was even told, "Mei Tsaki you are just like your mother and maybe even slightly better." That made Mei happier than you could imagine and ever since she has been doing her best and keeps on going.
RP Sample: Mei had woke up one morning with nothing to do, which was very unusual for her. So, she decided she would go visit hr mother because it had been a while. She went to her mothers grave and started talking to her. Then, she went down to the training grounds to train. Mei had been there for a while doing the best she could and studied a little while she was out as well. She had trained so hard her face was red and sweat was dripping off her face. Mei thought it would be a good idea to head home and clean up. As she was walking home, some of the village children ran up to her and asked her to play so she did.
Mei loved the village children and they loved her back. She stayed with them until it was time for them to eat and then she started her walk home once again. Mei then saw an elderly lady having trouble carrying some boxes. "Excuse me. Let me help you with that." Mei said to the woman. 'Thank you very much,' The woman relied. She helped the woman carry her things in and then the woman got a good look at Mei's face. 'I know who you are. They were right you look just like your mother. I have a picture of her if you'd like we were very great friends.' the woman said. "Thank You So Much." Mei replied very happily. So, Mei took the picture and left. She had gotten all washed up and fell asleep with the picture in her hand.
