-1-1½ inch cuts, major external bruising, fractured bones, or major 1st/minor 2nd degree tissue damage = 1 post
-2-3 inch cuts, broken bones, or major 2nd/minor 3rd Degree tissue damage. = 2 posts
-Wounds that cut or pierce directly through the person, or shattered bones, or major 3rd-degree and even 4th-degree tissue damage. = 3 posts

Description: The user focus chakra into their finger making a small sphere shaped chakra  hovering over their fingers. This chakra ball can be shoot out at fast speed like Adept Taijutsu much like bullet from long range. The enemy is hit with ballistic trauma that can cause deep wounds and bleeding or concussive damage. This is a one time shoot technique meaning only one chakra ball is created upon use.
Weakness: Can be block with A rank jutsu of Earth element. Water defensive jutsu can also slower the velocity causing less damage by one rank.

Hovering Hand - Gonna need that in post, not time, and the extent of damage that can be healed. If need be, make a chart that reflects the wound to the post necessary before healed.

Water Slice - Water is fire's weakness. Earth would be the weakness of this water technique. Also, Earth techniques a rank under this Jutsu would be sufficient enough due to water being weaker when put up against earth. How fast does this technique travel?

Chakra Gun - Decrease the range significantly, it's too high for a B technique. A rule of thumbs, 10m for D, 20m for C, 30m for B, 40m for A, and 50m for S. That is the max ranges I allow for Jutsu, unless it's a sensory technique, though your techniques can be lower than their max range. How fast do these bullets travel? Damage caused to those who are hit by it? And your weakness seem more like notes than weaknesses. So Imma have to request better ones from you.
