Description: For this technique, the user will form several hand-signs before sending out their chakra to act upon water within the surrounding area. The water will then rise up and accumulate within the air in the form of a blanket that covers an area equivalent to the amount of chakra used in the production of this technique. Drops of chakra enriched rain would then shower down, soaking anything and anyone caught down below. The exception being the user himself as the chakra based rain would avoid hitting sources of the users own chakra. This technique is linked to the users chakra, thus the user will always be at the center of the blanket.  If there is an applicable light source above the blanket of water a light phenomenon will reflect on the area below, typically used for distractions.
Weakness: Anyone within a 3 Foot diameter of the user will remain dry. Must have a preexisting water source in order to use.

Description: This is an effective technique that can overwhelm the opponent with a barrage of kunai composed of water. For this technique, the user will form several hand-signs before sending out Suiton natured chakra to act upon water within the surrounding area. This technique is partially limited by the amount of water to draw upon, though is capitalized at 30 kunai. With this technique, the user will cause water to bubble up in baseball sized spheres before pushing the water out, usually with a wave or direction of the arms, towards the opponent. This will cause the spheres to rapidly shoot in the direction the user dictates. As they take motion, these spheres elongate into kunai shaped daggers that can deliver piercing force equal to that of the typical shinobi tool. This can easily overwhelm an opponent, though the technique takes more time, concentration, and energy the more blades are in play. For a quick attack or distraction, only a handful of blades may be manipulated.
Weakness: Must have a pre-existing form of water to use.

Description: This is an effective technique that essentially creates a Fuuma Shuriken from water. After forming a string of hand-signs, the user will mold their Suiton natured chakra into this hands. Less skilled shinobi will require both hands to help with the shape manipulation, though this becomes less strenuous with experience. The user will draw water from the area and collect it into a lucid sphere before their palms before flattening it into a narrow cutting blade. Compressing the water not only modifies its shape to look like that of the for pronged shinobi weapon, but also causes the blue form to rapidly spin. The blade is held inches away from the user's clenched fist, and can continue to be held so long as the user does not break their grip. If the fist relaxes prior to throwing the blade, the shuriken will instantly liquify and splash back into normal water. In close combat, this creates a buzz saw like offensive, though the true nature of this technique is to be thrown like a typical shuriken for a ranged attack. The damage created is on par with a normal Fuuma shrunken unless if pitted against earthen defenses, in which case it will be weaker. The water blade will be destroyed after delivering its strike, turning back into nothing but a puddle.
Weakness: One of the users hands has to stay in a fixed position before being thrown or the jutsu will disperse.

Description: This is the Kōkkai clan's take on the classic Suirō no Jutsu | Water Prison Jutsu. This is an entrapment technique that draws on water from any point on a Kōkkai member's body to bind an opponent and hold them in stasis. For this technique, the user will form several hand-signs before reaching out, as though about to grip a nearby opponent. This will cause water to to be released from their body and encase the opponent in a sphere large enough to contain their entire body. To a lesser extent, in events where there is only little water, this technique can still be used to bind an opponent, though the sphere could only be large enough to lock the opponents hand in place. This would be particularly ineffective since the user and the opponent would be handcuffed in close quarters with the opponent still having full movement of everything except the trapped limb. However, if performed with enough water, this technique will completely immobilize a target. The downside of this, however, is that the user's arm must remain within the spherical prison to keep it in place, meaning they cannot move away from the trapped target, and will have trouble if multiple opponents are present. Because the Kōkkai utilize their Shio Mizuton | Salt Water Style their Suiton | Water Release techniques are much different. For starters, their water is black in nature making it impossible to see through, but also it is laced with salt which forces an opponent to keep their eyes shut. The captured prey will, oddly enough, still be able to breath and speak while captured. However, in the event the opponent avoids the initial capture, the sphere will still form around the user's hand.  This large collection of chakra enriched water and salt causes the density of the water to increase, thus it can be used to block a potential counter on the user, this large collection of water can be used as a blunt object. By having ninjutsu as a specialty, the user can manipulate this heavily chakra laced water with single handed hand-signs from their free hand for use in one of their other known techniques.
Weakness: A limb from the user must be in contact with the technique at all times or it will disperse, thus leaving them handicapped in some fashion.

Name: Chibi Bunshin no Jutsu | Little Child Clone Technique

Description: This is the result of Ōsharu's attempt to put a spin on the classic Kage Bunshin no Jutsu. This technique spawns up to 3 solid clones at the users discretion that stand at roughly three (3) feet in height, the majority of their mass being their oversize heads. In addition, their eyes are on the large side with their pupils being made to look like bright sparkling stars. Arguably annoying or adorable to some is their high pitched voices and squeaky noises that their body makes when steps are taken or depression is made on their body. Like clones created from the parent jutsu, any experience gained during their existence readily becomes available to the user upon the clones dispersing. Unfortunately, their strength is diminished by half of the users making it that of a Taijutsu Basics, but their speed remains constant due to their smallish figures. Lastly, these Chibi clones are limited to performing C rank and lower techniques known by the user with the exception of any other "Chibi Bunshin Techniques".

Weakness:  Clone Rules, Half as Strong - Taijutsu Basic, Can only Perform C rank Techniques, One Hit K.O.

Description: Derived from the mechanics of the Chibi Bunshin no Jutsu, the user focuses chakra down the length of either outstretched arm and at a focal point at the end of the index finger, the thumb is raised upward making the overall appearance look like a hand pistol. Upon the thumb coming down like the hammer of a pistol, chakra will be forcibly erupted in the direction the arm is facing, expelling a single Chibi Bunshin in the process. Sobbing, crying, and flailing it's arms widely, the rate at which this fun-sized missile is launched poses enough force to crack a rib and send an opponent tumbling backward upon impact. However, this attack is meant as a feint to distract the foe, as even if the replica misses its mark it is dispelled the moment it passes next to the target when it uses both of it's arms to mimic firing duel wield pistols.

Immediately following this first clone’s dismissal, the chakra composing the first Chibi Bunshin reforms into two others, effectively making use of the Chibi Bunshin technique. These new clones, one spawning behind and the other in front of the opponent, both attempt to strike at the opponent with a taijutsu technique before dispersing. All the while, the first clone must have been dispersed within 5 meters of the opponent for the two other clones to be produced effectively.

Weakness: Has all weaknesses of the Chibi Bunshin technique, must be dispersed in 5 Meters of the target.

Description: This technique is an improvement on the classical Kirigakure no Jutsu, so widely used throughout the world. A C rank version of this technique can be used if their is a Pre-existing Mist Technique already in place.The improvement is gained, through channeling chakra to create the mist in a specific manner, creating a sort of chakra 'net', with molecules of water held together more tightly, in comparison to the initial mist technique. This tighter concentration results in two additional effects this technique has on the battlefield.

First is that, due to the mist being deliberately laced with interconnecting chakra, it significantly dampens any sounds that would be emitted by anyone or anything within. Sound waves would dissipate and vanish after traveling no longer than 2 meters from their source.

The second effect is that, due to a tighter and stronger connection between the particles that make up the mist, it is a lot harder to dissipate it through explosions or use of wind techniques. Those, while would be able to bash the mist away, would not tear these connections, only stretch them, and in time, the mist would return to its original place, rendering the effects of the wind attacks null and void.

Weakness: Explosions or Wind techniques of A rank or Higher can disperse the technique.

In addition, because the salt is a by product of a Kōkkai member's body the bubbles produced by this technique carry their scent with them, thus making discerning the bubbles from the user through means of smell impossible.

Weakness: Being within a 1 foot radius of a bubble will cause it to pop. Easily punctured.

The sound of any and all movements bounces along the water sources and feeds back to the user's Mind's Eye, this then creates a sonar like mapping of the given area including those within 2 meters of objects causing noise.

Upon the thumb coming down like the hammer of a pistol, chakra will be forcibly erupted in the direction the arm is facing, expelling a single compressed 3 inch in cylindrical bullet comprised of compressed salt with a pointed tip. The speed at which the bullet flies through the air is equivalent to the users Taijutsu skill and able to pierce defenses and armor of the same rank, thus making the human body simple. Two bullets are all that this technique can expel before dismissing, when two bullets are used simultaneously this technique is called Daburupisutoru no Jutsu | Double Pistol Technique. Upon piercing through something the salt bullet mixed with any liquids it passed through will be embedded in the terrain below.

An A rank version of this technique incorporates the use of the seal unique to Kōkkai members to call upon the condensed salt bullet to have water continuously spiraling around it. This increasing the piercing potential of the bullet by one rank to all defenses and armors including Doton | Earth Release technique due to the inclusion of Salt rather than only water.

Weakness: One or Both of the users hands will be occupied, the shots are fire only in a linear path.

Note: Advanced elements and custom releases that provides extra defense of a Single rank higher will not be able to be pierced through, this also applies to Crystal Release and Shikotsumyaku.

Description: This a secret technique developed through the Kōkkai clan's Shio Mizuton | Salt Water Style, but considered to be of the highest caliber. Though passive in effect, this jutsu increases the overall salinity of any water source in contact or stemming from the user to the utmost max. The texture and overall color differs from regular Suiton | Water Release techniques whereas regular techniques are a light shade of blue and partially transparent, techniques stemming from this technique look more like salt rather than the black liquid. Nevertheless, these creations look sluggish with their lead-grey coloring.

B Rank | Due to the increased salinity level of these liquids the overall density increases. This then provides techniques stemming from this technique gain a defense increase and piercing increase of one rank above said technique, this includes Doton | Earth Release techniques.
A Rank | Due to acquired knowledge in the Medic Field, the user was able to develop these effects. Organic beings ranging from plant life to human beings now succumb to the levels of the salinity if struck or submerged. For plant life struck or submerged by these techniques succumb to stress on their cells and wither to death. Humans struck or submerged either fully or upper body will succumb to all 4 effects, Limbs struck or submerged by these techniques succumb to 1 dehydration effect. They are as follows:

  • Increased Thirst | Must drink Clean Water in 2 Posts or the S rank effects will occur
  • Weakness | Taijutsu Skills reduce by 1 tier for 2 posts. (Limbs)
  • Dizziness | Blurry Vision for 1 post
  • Fainting | In 4 posts

S Rank | At this rank both the A & B rank effects will occur:

  • Increased Thirst | Must drink Clean Water in the next post or Fainting will occur in 1 post
  • Weakness | Taijutsu Skills reduce by 1 tier for 4 posts. (Limbs)
  • Dizziness | Blurry Vision for 2 post
  • Fainting | In 2 posts

Weakness: Must have a viable water source to gain the effects of this technique. The key to beating it is in the effects! Requires Ijutsu Adept skill to perform.

Note: If water is consumed in the time period allowed the consumer can choose to negate one effect, this does not apply to limbs.

For the pistol jutsu your salt bullet can penetrate up to B rank, then the A rank version you say its penetration is bumped up a rank? Meaning as an A rank it penetrate S ranks or just bumped up from the
B and can penetrate A ranks? Specify please. For the S rank... This jutsu is a supplementary as in once you use it any suiton jutsu you use will have those effects. correct? Also im going to say being an S rank iijutsu/ninjutsu tech that S rank tech requires Iijutsu Adept knowledge to use with its wide variety of adverse effects. Also you say that when hit one of the side effects happens. Does this happen in order along the list or do you chose, or does the target choose?

For example..

You hit somebody with some of this salt water on an S ranked level. Then in 1 post they can faint, If they dont drink water? Or do you have to go through all of A's effects to start using S's effects? Explain this more thoroughly or use an example of some kind so I can better understand this.

Yes, B rank version can penetrate B rank and below. A rank version incorporates the Fighting Style of the clan increasing weight (density) and firing power, thus with augmented strength penetrates S ranks.

You are very correct, all Suiton techniques after this jutsu stemming from the user will have these effects. My character has Ijutsu Adept knowledge, but I can add that into technique for training purposes of others.

Limbs succumb to only the Weakness effect. While torso or full submersion succumb to all effects.

Yes, if they don't drink water CLEAN water they will faint. The A rank effects will stack, so like this.

A Rank | Post they get hit < Effects start post | no water < Castor post < opponents post < S rank effects start.
S Rank | Post they get hit < Effects start post | no water < Castor post < Faint

A Rank | Post they get hit < Effects start | They drink water | Negate 1 effect < Castor post < opponents post =/= No S Rank effect.

Im having trouble allowing this S Rank. Even in its A rank version if somebody were to get hit they would faint within 4 posts and less as the S rank which is questionable.

Also back to your pistol jutsu The B rank version is fine but im also having trouble with the A rank again. I Understand that the jutsu its meant to be piercing but its tough when a lower ranked jutsu can pierce through a higher rank defense of the stronger affinity. Being that salt and water I have a hard time seeing this pierce S rank defenses made of solid material like doton or crystal. Same goes for the S ranked jutsu I just don't see them breaking through them elements with the affinity advantage of when they are of lower rank.

To explain my reasoning on that you must know that currently when an S rank object tries to get through an S ranked defense it 1 post to break that defense if hit with full force. So on your initial post of contact you must still wait for your next post to break through such things. Of course there are always exceptions inside the jutsu themselves dealing with what exactly they do. But breaking down to the elemental affinities I think salt water loses the battle.

Starting with the Pistol Jutsu, from your responses I see that you seem to think that this technique uses a bullet made of salt water, too which I fully understand doesn't stand a chance against Doton | Earth Release techniques. This is not a salt water bullet or technique. This technique uses the two independently of one another.

This technique utilizes a bullet of compressed chakra enriched salt which going up against Doton | Earth Release is plausible, you yourself said you are fine with this as seen in the B rank version. As for Crystal Release I didn't even think about it so I will go ahead an put a ruling for it and one for Shikotsumyaku techniques.

Now for the A rank, with it being a stronger version than the last, the bullet is expelled with more force and it's faster. So now with it will be able to penetrate A Rank Defenses because it is A Rank in accordance to what you have said for the B Rank tech. Though with this said I didn't stop at just a compressed salt bullet, the A rank version encases the bullet in water. Now a bit of sense is in play, the water is used as a means of weakening the surface of the earth (and not the whole thing because of affinity advantage) upon impact so as to allow the bullet an easier passage through. Thus, the piercing advantage over S ranks because earth mixed with water will be easier to pierce than strictly solid earth.

Now for Seawater Bath, the S rank:

Yes, it would take 4 posts for the A rank version to cause fainting and the S rank to do this in 2 posts, why? It's stronger. Stronger versions of techniques work more effectively and are stronger than their weaker versions. Now, the Fainting Effect should honestly be the least of anybodies worries because it can easily be the effect chosen to be negated by drinking CLEAN water, a natural body reaction to dehydration is thirst (Effect 1).

With the pistol I know its a salt pellet encased in water but im still doing to argue that it should struggle to penetrate some of the more solid S rank defenses. The trouble with piercing jutsu and defenses is that its all kind of up to common sense during use with thickness of a barrier and whats it made of. As long as you understand this and are reasonable about it then it wont be a problem.

On to the other one. The confusion lie in the fact that you posted the feinting twice in the effects leading me and more likely some others that drinking water would only negate the first one and still lead to the second delayed.

I only posted the fainting once? It's once in the A Rank and once in the S Rank version, the jutsu are independent of one another.

Any who . . . I think I found where confusion may lie for you so I'll attempt to resolve this once again.

Grasping the tether in the users hand and guiding the technique to a desired position is the only way to move the mass of water.

Upon command, one half of the oval of water will extend outward to form one half of a sphere made from water. Techniques of the same rank will be blocked, though if timed correctly the user can perform this action and rebound techniques of a lower rank because of the instant formation of the portion of the sphere.

With a B Rank amount of chakra outputted, or D rank if the C Rank version is in effect already, the user can trap unsuspecting targets within a fully functioning Kōkkai Hijutsu: Suirō no Jutsu | Kōkkai Art: Water Prison Technique with dimensions being a fifteen (15) foot radius. Used as a means to clear the battlefield of foreign substances, by focusing chakra to the central most point of their seal for activation purposes, a Kōkkai member's body will begin to absorb any and all liquids that they come into physical contact with. How? Rather than their pores expelling water to perform techniques, the pores of the user will act as mini-vacuums that draw liquids into the body and allows them to be stored into the seal placed on their back.

In this state, the user can absorb liquid based techniques equivalent to the chakra that they put out, thus if an A Rank technique is cast it would take an A Rank amount of chakra. In addition, techniques of a single rank lower than the absorbed technique can be expelled for a D rank cost to the user using the liquid stored, hand signs are not required for these techniques.  It is to be noted, in this state the user is unable to perform any Ninjutsu or this technique's effect will cease to occur. Below is the quantity of liquid that can be consumed per rank.

Assuming this fits under sensory rules, I see no problem.

Salt is created from your chakra, thus can be a medium for your chakra sensory.

You need to describe the size of this orb of water.

I'm not sure how you came up with this technique. But every element has unique abilities. Water can't just knock back fire, wind and your weakness of lightning. The only one where it could be logically possible is earth, which has an elemental advantage to water so seems unlikely. So you could possibly create this technique to knock away projectiles or certain water techniques. But this isn't a game of baseball, things are in fixed states. You hit a water technique its going to splash all around, not go flying backwards.

Blocking Technique Absorption Seal:

How are these the same if my technique doesn't render any technique ineffective against the user? Blunt force trauma is still a real factor to the user, only that which touches gets absorbed. Also, this technique doesn't absorb chakra from water techniques or any player's character.

So, these are not the same and should be fine for approval.

Well I expected common sense to come into play here, fire techniques would obviously dissipate and so on and so forth. Also, the only techniques that could possibly be knocked back are those with shape transformation, a wave of water or a gust of wind couldn't possibly be knocked. Lastly, if you check in my in weaknesses you'll see that I did include Raiton in the techniques that could not be rebounded.

First jutsu will require master fuin as well as its a fuinjutsu thats battle oriented. Outside of battle would only require adept. And for the last one add A and S into the rankings as with multi ranked jutsu you pay for the highest rank so if your gunna use jutsu that have S rank levels then you will pay for S rank jutsu.

When danger arises and harm as dealt, the user can utilize the Ijutsu | Medical Technique portion of this technique. With the users chakra extended throughout the mist they can then utilize it as a base to cover afflicted areas of an individual, thus allowing them to treat wounds or anything else through the use of an Ijutsu technique. When Ijutsu | Medical techniques are used the Mist grows more dense because of the addition of more chakra, thus visibility is hindered to three (3 M) meters. Those with an enhanced sense of smell will be forced to succumb to the users smell in all of it's abundance since the mist originates from his body, thus causing him not to be smelled.
Weakness: When an Ijutsu technique is used it applies to all within contact in the mist, thus they could effectively heal an opponent if not careful, seeing as the user cannot just have certain people gain the effects since the entirety of the mist is infused with his chakra. Ijutsu can only be used up to A Rank. The user can only use elemental techniques of the Suiton | Water Release nature during the use of the Ijutsu portion of this technique. In addition, the user must pay for this technique and the Ijutsu technique, thus making it more taxing. Those that enters the mist after it's production will require a -5 chakra to sense them. Ninjutsu discount does not apply and if a large body of water is not available the user must pay the upkeep cost.
