With the greater portion of his business in the Land of Sound being completed, Junpei had found himself back at his primary home in Kirigakure. Like the others that hid their bodies away from the light mist and soft shower that kissed the atmosphere and the skin as one would move about it, Junpei had cloaked himself as to traverse the streets without having to engage in conversation with anyone. Not that there were many people out infesting the streets at this time of night, for it was reaching the ten o'clock time, marking the period of the day where druggies, whores, and your typical gangster began to walk the streets. His eyes narrowed ahead not acknowledging a single other soul, they only moved up to see the bright red neon light that illuminated the air around it and reflected off of the wet concrete below making a fuzzy reflection. "鬼厨" 'Oni's Kitchen' read the Kanji above the door of the restaurant that would begin closing in approximately thirty minutes. An odd time to close, ten thirty, but what it did was provide a grace period for those who procrastinated and did things late, so there was still a window of time to grab in a few straggling customers.

Stepping in the restaurant the jingling of bells alerted the employees of his presence. Taking off his hood he waved to his cousins brothers, sister, aunts, uncles, and parents. "Back . . ." They seemed happy to see him and immediately like always his mom tried to force food down his throat with a bowl of Udon Beef. He kindly denied the offer but she didn't seem pleased, so he told her he would eat it later. Putting on his waiter attire, all black button up jacket, black slim fit pants, then black rubber soled shoes to finish the look he familiarized himself with the menu then went out to finish off the last thirty minutes the restaurant would be open.

The red oak wood tables and chairs, the red carpet and fancy lightning, it all brought back memories of his first experience being a waiter at the diner. That being where he met the Mizukage or who he thought was still in charge. He nodded to himself and chuckled under his breath reminiscing on the events that unfolded that day. Clicking the top button of his jacket into place Junpei stood at the podium in the front of the restaurant awaiting the final light wave of patrons.

The construction of the Kurokirioni unit was coming along to the best of his own abilities. He had already recruited a fellow ANBU who shared his sentiments about the village, but there was one other person who he had kept his eye on as a possible recruit. Countless others would think him insane for attempting to recruit a rogue ninja from his own village into a secret ANBU unit, and while they might not be far off the mark on that accusation, this man would be extremely beneficial to have as apart of the KKOU; Junpei Hozuki. Reports from the Hunter Nin Corps stated he was part of the Akatsuki, though Sketh failed to see why as his history showed nothing of important or unique characteristics aside from being a Hozuki, but nonetheless, If Akatsuki had recruited him then he was bound to at least be strong enough to tackle the task's Sketh intended to assign him.

Sketh knew, from previous records, that the man apparently had an obsession with the Seven Swords utilized by the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist. In that regard, he and Sketh shared the interest, but what more so convinced Sketh that he could pull this recruitment off was the fact that the Hozuki seemed to possess the same beliefs as he did about the village and it's Bloody Mist history, and so he was on his way to the most known spot he frequented. The cheeky bastard actually managed to set up a family restaurant right in the village with the help of the previous Mizukage, so he was hiding in plain sight. Sadly, the old Mizukage had a few records that weren't destroyed, so it was easy to figure out and locate the place.

Clad in his dark cloak, his monstrous frame approached the doorway to cast his shadow upon it. He stopped for a moment, waiting in a still silence before lifting his foot and thrusting it outward. The impact of his foot, while not strong enough to cause any real damage to the door or hinges, was enough to send it flying open with enough force to slam loudly into the undamaged wall, allowing The Black Death, who had to duck down slightly, to unceremoniously enter the building.

"Yo...", he said while raising back up to his full height, his voice low and dull as his eyes scanned the room. He knew what Junpei looked like; the ANBU had his picture on file. "I need to talk with Junpei...."

With only the clanking of dishes being washed to keep his ears entertained Junpei had leaned on the podium he was stationed at, one arm holding his chin as he slouched. Soon enough a new audible entity tickled the teens ears and he labelled them as footsteps. With a sigh he straightened himself up prepared for a customer but noted the halt of the footsteps outside the door. Now this would be normal if there were multiple steps heard as people often stopped outside to solidify the idea of eating at a restaurant before eating, but no chatter was heard just a halt of movement. Junpei wasn't on code red because of this, because it could just be someone patting themselves for their wallet, but he cursed himself as the door was shot open and he immediately thought "Anbu". They had found his location and were here to incarcerate or to put him to death. Seeing the ebony clothed giant step inside the establishment and stand to his full height, Junpei thought the man looked more like a bounty hunter to him, but then he remembered the previous Anbu Captain of Kirigakure he had slain and how that man was a giant as well.

Before his words could even form the man would be welcomed with the sight of Junpei's finger being pointed up in the direction of his skull with the thumb erected signifying the preparation of his Water Pistol jutsu that could easily swim through a skull and make a pretty little splat of blood paint the luxurious door the man had just kicked. "And just who the fuck are you? Before you come in here asking for names you aren't getting shit until you reenter like you have so damn manners, this is a restaurant not a training ground." His tone was calmed, but obviously laced with seriousness and irritation. It wouldn't be long before Junpei's family was also staring blades at the man from the small window used to hand prepared food through. That window was about 10m away from them with the restaurant being fairly large, but each dagger mouthed employee would be present in one way or another.

Sketh casually lifted his hands up in a mock display of submission in response to the Hozuki's hand taking the form of a gun, a toothy smirk on his lips and a small chuckle echoing from his form. "Apologies, but I don't know what the hell manners are. However, I'd like to inform you that this nice little gig you've got going on here is no longer a valid option for you. The previous Mizukage is gone, and that means all of the stupid shit she did is to be rectified. In other words, every member of the ANBU and Hunter Nin Corps now knows you've been hiding under their nose this whole time since I've dug up the classified file and spread it about, and if you kill me the entire weight of the Black Ops are going to come crashing down on this tranquil side business of yours." His grin widened a bit more, further showcasing his sharpened teeth. "And I don't remember giving any orders to leave anyone alive...."

Sketh lowered his hands, though slowly so as to not provoke any unnecessary action from the Hozuki, to his sides. "However, I came here to offer a deal that would spare you a lot of trouble.... So I think you can overlook the manners problem for a moment, unless you'd rather face an entire villages' worth of highly trained ANBU, Jounin, and the new Mizukage all at once. I can assure you that such a task would be much more difficult than erasing that push over, Hordy..."

Junpei found it all amusing. Obviously with the presence of a Kirigakure Ninja in the restaurant asking for him, his location was known, but who said that he was hiding? If he was he'd be back at his hideout in the forest of Kirigakure ordering around his oafs to find his blades. "Killing a bastard like you doesn't sound like a bad bargain to have every ninja in Kirigakure swarm this place. So given the fact I'm prepared to die at any moment I'll ask again . . . reenter like you have some damn manners." The row of sharp teeth presented to him was reflected on his own face as he nodded his head up signalling to the door. He could already feel the chakra churning in his fingers to end this fuckers life. Yeah another Anbu Captain on his record would really make him a target and he'd probably never come back to Kiri again if it came to it it, but he felt he could escape the wretched village in one piece. Not much he could do about his family though . . . tough luck he supposed.

"Alright, I can't argue with that logic." Sketh's smirk turned into a full, crooked smile and he lifted his hands up again and leaned back, once again in mock submission. He liked the guys attitude, and he didn't expect his promised threat to be enough to get what he wanted anyway. He would have been disappointed otherwise. Junpei was an Akatsuki, after all. Shrugging his shoulders, he began to take a few steps back towards the door and lowered one of his hands to grab it by the handle to pull it closed in front of him so he could make his re-entrance. The door closed, gently and without a noise, as if Sketh was trying to assure the man he would, this time, enter the proper way.

However, that was a bullshit feint. Standing outside the closed door once again, Sketh's smile grew into a full on psychotic tear across his lips with sharpened teeth showing in full view as he once again lifted his foot up. Thrusting it outward in a full on kick, this impact would be far more jarring and devastating than the one he used to open the door the first time. The door would open, but not in the way Junpei might have liked. The sole of his sandal slammed into the door and ripped it off the hinges, splitting it directly down the middle and sending the door-now split in two-flying inward and across the room into a few of the tables.

Sketh placed his hand on the door frame as he took another step into the place, but that's as far as he would bring himself. Unsure as to how the man would react, he didn't want to corner himself in a place filled with his family members, so he stood in the doorway with the exit directly behind him. However, the smile never left his face. "You asked for me to use my manners; well there ya go. Can we have a chat, now? Or do you want me to show you my table manners next...?"

Junpei watched expectantly with murderous eyes as the man left the restaurant. He was still a ninja and assuming that he was supposedly sent to deal with Junpei an S-Rank Missing Ninja unknowingly to the man and the rest of the world, the Daimyo of the Sound he was probably Hodry Jone's replacement a.k.a. the new Anbu Captain. his hand was lowered, but his guard was raised for the man could burst in with any attack he wanted being hidden behind the door but so could Junpei. Leaving a dummy plant in his place as a medium for the substitution jutsu he liquified himself into a puddle of water and moved beside were the door would open. If the man heeded to his demand Junpei would slither back to his previous position and assume his role as Junpei, but if not well . . . you would find out.

With the door being more than violated and the establishment being damaged, along with it Junpei's hot temper had flared and the freezing murderer in him had again came out. He hadn't harbored the urge to kill ever since the Land of Sound invasion, as of late he was more so playing the role of a Sleeping Dragon, but this man brought out the Demon once more or maybe awakened this Dragon. With the man stepping inside the eatery he would see 'Junpei' still behind the podium but the real ivory haired cannibal would be solidified behind him in all the commotion and with his words. With the psyche to kill, the words spoken peeked Junpei's interest. He didn't seem to be here for conflict as he asked to chat. it could very well be setup for an ambush, but nevertheless if fighting was what was wanted at first, then one could have easily posed as a customer and moved to murder the ninja while he was on the job. "We'll talk outside cause obviously you don't know how to treat peoples things." Junpei would be behind the man and form the correct motions to dispel the guise of the substitution jutsu. Assuming the man wasn't seeking conflict the Dragon again went dormant into a slumber until it would be called upon again which Junpei was thinking would surely happen with this one.

Oh, this one was quite fun. The Black Death was sure that, if this had been a more serious visit, it would be quite the exhilarating battle. The mans execution of the substitution jutsu was quite impressive, but it was nothing that could fool Sketh with his sensory skills and expert hearing; he noticed the real one form behind him almost immediately and, as a precaution, his hand, obscured by his cloak, had already gripped one of his kunai and flipped it around to where the blade was facing the Hozuki. The blade wouldn't have been able to do much, but the force behind the impact of the thrust would've been more than enough to disperse the bastard and allow him to escape if it was required. Luckily, it wasn't, and The Black Death glanced over his shoulder at the man with his ever-present smirk.

"Heh, you make it sound like I hurt someones feelings.. Regardless, talking outside is fine with me..." The giant of a man said, taking a step back to remove himself from the building and spinning on his heels to take a few more steps further into the outside. He stopped only a few paces from the door and turned slightly to face the Hozuki at an angle, his hands still hidden by his cloak. "I've got a proposition for you, as I've said, though if I had to compare our situations, it's more beneficial for you than me; but overall it's a mutual benefit." Sketh began, tilting his head to the side in order to pop his neck, which sounded more grotesque than one might have expected it to. "This offer involves officially removing you from Kirigakure's Bingo Book and revoking your Missing Nin status, which mean's you'll not have to worry about whether or not an ANBU is looking to put a Raiton coated kunai to any of your family's throats or in between your shoulder blades. Ya interested?"

Junpei ignored the mans lunge of a knife as if they continued the pissing contest would soon evolve into battle if Junpei gauged this mans persona correctly, not saying Junpei wouldn't be at fault either. Lightly he followed the man in the small bit of traveling he did still in the general area of the restaurant and close enough to hear his father and mother complaining about the damage done. His focus sharpening onto the mans words, he did have quite the offer and Junpei could see no possible downside at this point. This man surely was the Anbu Captain now thinking about it, seeing his capabilities, knowledge, and the power he had to wipe out records in such a manner, just in time too for Junpei had decided to end his life of crime, at least for a while while he tended to his new village which he hoped to move his family too eventually. But that seemed unnecessary seeing how they would no longer be minor targets for the Anbu for interrogation either if things worked out like the man said.

"And in return?" He looked over his shoulder as he heard someone step on a bit of glass near the doorway of the restaurant shooing his cousin back into the building he returned his attention to the hulking cloud of black.

"Gotcha," Sketh thought as the grin on his lips grew a bit wider. He knew that would catch the mans interest. Not many Missing Nin would simply ignore such an offer, especially when they knew the man making it could actually bring it into reality. Sketh tilted his head to the left this time, giving birth to yet another satisfying crack pop in response before he responded.

"Ya see, as I'm sure you're already aware, Kirigakure has undergone certain changes in power as of late with the electing of a new Mizukage, and what she stands for has cause a bit of a... fluctuation amongst various aspects of the village. The result of this fluctuation was the creation of a new unit that's even more confidential than the ANBU Black Ops. The only thing you have to do in return for what I offered is to lend your talents to this unit whenever you're called upon. Simple enough, yeah?"

Junpei's head slowly nodded before he looked out to the streets to watch them get beat down with the rain that began to pick up."Shit . . ." Just as soon as he was about to give up the life of a murderous ninja, it called him again. Life truly was funny. Seeing as if he denied the mans request he'd probably have a lot more to deal with than originally when the man first entered, Junpei found himself trapped in a corner with the life he had attempted to escape as the only out. And this man in front of him seemed to be the embodiment of that life. "Alright . . . my talents are by your side. If I'm not in the mist, send word to the Land of Sound . . ." Turning back to look at the destroyed door he looked back at the man. "That it?" It was eventful and anti-climatic all at the same time, the next rise in the teens day would probably be hearing shit from his folks about giving the man a hard time. "Oh and your name . . . or alias, whatever I can expect to see on a piece of paper when I get a message?" Junpei was already on his way to the restaurant but had stopped in the rain beaten street as he had forgotten a semi-important bit of information, his employers title.

Satisfied with the outcome of his little venture, Sketh turned to be on his way with his toothy grin still present on his face. The KKOU now had the manpower of a traditional shinobi squad, a three man squad if he included himself, and that was all he really needed, but when one thought about the actual power the Unit now held, especially when one considered how skilled the members were, it would be enough to accomplish almost anything. Sketh stopped when the man smoke again, turning slightly to glance over his shoulder.

"Ah, right. My non-existent manners making me forget to introduce myself. My bad. My name is Matamune Sketh, and you've probably guessed I'm the replacement of that pushover, Hordy, as the ANBU Captain. The Kurokirioni unit should be calling on your skills here soon, so try to remain alert in case a letter shows up bearing my name." He turned his back fully to the building and the Hozuki in which he was speaking. "Oh, and I'll pay for the damages as a sign of appreciation for your cooperation, so you can tell those freaking out inside that they don't have to worry." He ended with a chuckle before bending his knees slightly, and then, with a simple push that was followed by an absurd burst of speed, the man flew off into down the streets in a blur of speed; his black, blurred shadow ping-ponging off of the buildings lining the roads.

Junpei nodded and with his back turned to the man he was still considerably alert. Stepping back into Oni's Kitchen, to see his father was already screwing in a spare door Junpei deemed the replacement ugly. Not much was to be expected from an extra door. "And with that, we're closed for the day." Junpei in the middle of the diner picking up wood chips agreed, to his fathers words.
