It had been a while since, the battle for the Meteor at The Land of Tea, and following the battle, Achilles had come to a rather blunt conclusion. The easy life at Kumogakure was not what he wanted, he needed more in his life, simply leading the Village and never leaving had been a detriment to his Shinobi skills. Over the past few weeks, Achilles had been re-acquainting himself with all of the abilities he learned as a Chuunin and Jounin. The result had been a much more skilled Achilles, despite his current skill level he had decided against returning to the Village, and decided instead he was going to wander for a while.
He had just finished sending a messenger bird back to Kumo, to Katsuro in particular as he was still loyal to the Village itself and he would never bring any harm to it as long as they did not try so with him. He didn't want to be tied down though and had decided he wanted to get a personal view of the world at a much more ground level that didn't include an armed invasion, or assassination. Really it could be said that he was simply looking for what his motivation and where his place in the world was. He was already one of the strongest Shinobi in the world, now he just wanted no needed a purpose.
For now however, he wanted a drink and to relax, and a smile soon began to appear on the Man's face as he began to see The Great Naruto Bridge and the Gates at the end in his view. Stretching his back listening to the satisfying crack of the air pockets in between his bones and relieving the tightness in it began to move forward. Thankfully he was only known as a name, "The Lightning Sage", his face had never been given a description so, he wouldn't have to hide. He did however need to look as unassuming as possible, which was his current plan, he was clad in some simple clothing a basic pair of black pants which were wrapped around his ankles with tape. Some basic black sandals as well as, a fishnet shirt with a blue shirt over top of it, and a white v neck vest with a blue belt to hold the vest to his upper body.
As he walked through the gates he gave a casual wave and smile to the Jounin Guards which were patrolling at their posts, as he continued to walk on. Looking around he took in the view of Kiri and couldn't help but feel slightly impressed. He'd never seen the Village before, but he'd been curious of how it would look, after seeing the massive jungle seemingly surrounding the entire Village. As he made his way past the gates, and all of the guards, without any kind of confrontation, he gave a relieved sigh, "Well, that's a good sign to start with."
Without no one giving him any mind however, he simply began to walk around getting an in detail look at the village. It's streets, buildings, defenses, as well as where all the residential and commercial buildings were. Taking his time walking through the village he finally made his way to the Administration building where he was going to observe more about the village.
