Looks Description: This man has with short black hair and dark blue eyes, a scar located beneath his left eye that goes down to the base of his neck. He also wears a purple and black jacket and a black cap on his head when he doesn't have his anbu mask on. When he doesn't have his mask on he also can appear to have neglected shaving. But in truth he doesn't really be seen without his Anbu mask and attire as he is always on duty, but the long jacket he wear seems to be something he always have on him.
Personality Description: Shika is a man of few words as he has always been in the anbu, and his duty made him only focus on the job and nothing else. That doesn't mean he isn't social it just means he rarely talks to others as he sees his job as the most important thing in the world. Shika respects everyone that deserves it and is rarely seen giving someone a second chance if they tarnish the respect he gives them. But since he is always working as the Tsuchikage, and from being in the Anbu since a child, he doesn't show much emotion as it can get in the way of working.

History:
Shika was an prodigal child growing up as he would graduate from the Academy at the age of five and become a Chunnin at the age of seven. He had a happy life and always loved to be around his fellow shinobi, especially his squad mates. But when he got to that rank his father, the Anbu captain at that time, unofficially made his son join the Anbu. For a couple of years he personally trained his son to be an ruthless killer within the Anbu an drilled in to his head that his sole duty was to one day protect the Tsuchikage as he personal bodyguard. As the years passed the father would ask the current Tsuchikage if his soon could become his bodyguard. But he would be denied and also punished as they found out about him training his son as if he was an anbu, the punishment being imprisonment. Even though Shika's father was sent to jail for having his son in the anbu without permission they boy was allowed to continue to stay in it as it wouldn't right to waste all that anbu training by putting him in a regular squad. Long story short Shika stayed in the anbu and when he reached the age of twenty-five was chosen by the new Tsuchikage, Garuda, to be his personal bodyguard.
