Daisuke would wake up to the bright sun shining through the window beside his bed. Standing up, he would close the blinds slightly, with some sunlight still coming through. The rays had shone on his arms, making him feeling warm inside. The feeling was quite satisfying, but he was tired of all the major sunlight each day in Sunagakure. Turning around, Daisuke cleaned himself up, made his bed and got some food out of his average fridge. Grabbing two BBQ pork buns, he'd slap them onto his plate, microwave it, and eat it. Taking one bite, he'd drop it and grab a glass of water. There, he finished his breakfast.

Looking at the normal clock on the wall, he'd notice it was still early in the morning. He was issued to go to the Administrative Building, since Tear, the Kazekage had been resigned, had been replaced with a new Kage leading the village. He was a fellow Anbu member originally, but Daisuke never made contact with him. All he knew was his name, Ryo Terumi. He changed, grabbed his Anbu mask, slipped his shoes on, and he walked out his door, locked it, and made his way to the big building.

Busy, busy. That's all could describe Sunagakure. Construction, selling, production, everything was going on today, and at this time where it wasn't even the afternoon yet. "Everyone's busy today." The jounin mumbled to himself, as he was nearing the building. He would finally make his way up to the office after entering the major landmark, where the Kazekage sat, doing work... To be more exact, entire stacks of paperwork. Daisuke chuckled quietly to himself, and put his Anbu mask on. Time for seriousness. He knocked on the door and waited for the confirmed entry.

OOC:

Ryo was in Administration building, sitting in his chair before a couple of movers brought his newest couch in.  Ryo directed them over to the location in his office where he wanted it, “You can set it down right over there, thank you.”  His new white fabric couch lay in front of his bookshelf of scrolls, so he could enjoy himself while he read through different forms and tales of Suna.  He had just finished his latest set of scrolls and set them throughout his shelves before resting in his desk chair.  He turned around to look out of his office windows at the village, facing away from his office door.

Just as he was about to get comfortable, a few raps on the door had interrupted his train of thought, and without turning to face the door, the young Kage yelled, “Come on in, the door’s open.”   He had hoped this encounter would be good, as it had been interrupting on his short break he had given himself. Ryo continued to stare upon the village and all of its inhabitants, like the gears of a machine slowly turning, and awaited to see who his latest visitor would be.

Daisuke would hear the response of the door being open, cranking the doorknob slowly, entering the room and closing the door behind him. "Good day, sir." He knelt down in front of the Kazekage in all due respect. "Congratulations for being the new Kazekage, it's an honor." Was he glad of being the new leader of the village, or did he take the position just because he couldn't deny the offering? Either way, Daisuke could still remember the days of where he was offered Kazekage, but he had to turn down the position. No matter, he was here to attend a meeting with his superior, not to dwell in his past memories.

"Anywho, with all the respect, I was summoned by your command for a meeting, I believe?" The Anbu would ask in curiosity, as he started sweating under the mask. You see, having a mask on in hot, humid weather was horrible, especially inside a building with broken air conditioning half the time. This was why Daisuke preferred staying home when he didn't have any duties to fulfill, there was a lot more time to relax and do whatever that pleased him.

Taking a glimpse through his mask, he could tell that the new Kazekage was tired from the overwhelming amount of work that he had to do the first few days of his job. Not only does he lead a village blindly, but there was a lot more of a burden on his shoulders than you would think. Another reason why he never took the role of the Kazekage. He could see that he was taking the time to relax, enjoying the wonderful view there was out to the village itself, and the massive, vast land that the Hidden Wind contains.

Ryo had welcomed Daisuke into his office, and listened happily to his first statement. He was glad some of the ANBU were accepting the change. Although he always enjoyed the adventure and pride of being a member of the villages Black Ops unit, Ryo knew that he was needed to lead the village through rigorous challenges to times of prosperity. He would no longer be on assassination missions, or anywhere too far away from Sunagakure, but he had a few ideas to make his position more active and involved, some of which would probably upset the former Kazekages from their graves.

When Daisuke requested why he was summoned, Ryo figured he would keep things casual first, “Daisuke, take off the mask. It’s just you and me, and I can tell you are dying under there.” He had hoped his friend would take his words to hearts, as he appeared to be very hot, and Ryo was sure the mask wasn’t helping. The youthful Kazekage would then get to the point of why he called Daisuke in. “Now, for the real reason why you are here. As you know, I am quite new to this position, and I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or help to keep Sunagakure at the same level as the other villages.” Ryo would looked forward to Daisuke’s next response, and hopefully, it would be one he would enjoy to hear.

//This is gonna sound so personal or something, IDK ANYMORE. xD//

Surprised from the response that he got returned, Daisuke took off the mask and put it down beside him. “Now, for the real reason why you are here. As you know, I am quite new to this position, and I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or help to keep Sunagakure at the same level as the other villages.” Tips, hm? Well, Daisuke didn't have much to say. He wasn't a major leader who had more experience than him, I mean, he was close to teaching students, but it never happened. Especially not at the village level. "Well, I guess for one is don't be fake, but don't be real... Like, I mean- erm, if you are too real, you may look too gullible and seem like an easy target, but if you're way too fake, people will see past it and notice you aren't a true shinobi to the Sand." He wasn't sure if he was making any sense to Ryo at the moment, but that was a major thing that Daisuke understood as a ninja when he was still learning. "Also, take the habitants feedback. Don't be scared about what they'll say, whether it's positive or negative. If you listen to the people who live here, and provide the basics of their needs, I'm sure they'll accept the leadership here. This proves that you're representing the village as a whole. Ya get what I mean?" Still sounded a bit too cliché.

"I don't know if you knew, but I was about to become the Kazekage a long time back... But, knowing myself, I denied it. To this day, I don't regret it. I knew someone better for the position would arise, leading the village any further than what I would have done," Oh, dear a rant of inspirational words was coming forward. "of course, people come and go. Just like Tear ended up becoming, but now you're here. I'm sure you're a natural leader. Follow your guts, and prove everyone who thinks you're not a leader wrong."

"Eh, this feels awkward, but I think that's all the tips I can give you. Of course, I don't really want this conversation to end so quickly."

Ryo was hoping that Daisuke would have more physical recommendations, but instead, listed more ideological and philosophical ways about being Kage. He recommended listening to the people, and finding a balance in leading the village, all thoughts Ryo had thought of and would continue to take to heart. Then Daisuke began to talk about the position of the Kazekage, the kind of leader it would take to fill the large shoes left behind, and how he declined the position before. He even said that someone better for the position should be the one to take it, and Ryo was honored by this comment. The Kazekage then began to speak, “Daisuke, I appreciate your words. I’m truly honored by your comments.” He then thought of a few things he wanted to inform Daisuke of, “I would appreciate your support greatly, in addition to your current duties to the ANBU, as a shinobi directly assigned to me. I know you have served as a body guard to Tear, and I would welcome such an opportunity again, as well as your opinions at any time. You are one of the Sand’s greatest strengths, and I hope you know that.” Finally he would also want Daisuke to relate some information about to the rest of the ANBU, and even some of the Jounin. “Also, when we are finished here, please inform the rest of the shinobi in the village. I, the Kazekage, will be breaking precedent, and will be taking disciples under my wing as a sensei of the village.”

The conversation of course continued, with Ryo, the young Kazekage giving out some words himself. He of course was honored as well. He'd nod, accepting he was still a loyal guard for the kage. The Kazekage was going to take students under his own wing? "Of course, but one question, wouldn't that be quite a difficult task considering the amount of work you already have to deal with?" The words rushed out of Daisuke's mouth, as he was curious of all the decisions that Ryo was going to make for the village. "Before anything goes further, would you mind assigning some Genin under me? I mean, I never got to teach any yet." Daisuke asked, scratching the back of his head. If it was too much of a hassle at the moment, he could wait, but Daisuke was really looking forward to being a sensei/mentor to other young comrades in the village. He took a glance at the clock on the wall, and it wasn't even noon yet. The sun was shining brightly through the windows of the sandstone building, where Daisuke and Ryo the new Kazekage was talking. His mind wandered around, wondering how the future of the village would turn out. If the outcome would be good or bad.

Daisuke had offered an interesting point to their conversation. He eagerly agreed to become a loyal body guard, which the Kazekage was most pleased with. Daisuke was one of the most loyal members of the village, and his skills were unparalleled to the rest of the Black Operations roster. That would bring them to another portion of their current conversation, the reassigning of squads in the village. It had come to his attention many of the high ranked shinobi were interested in becoming senseis for the younger class, but it was clear to the young Kazekage that there were not enough genin to go around. It would make it much simpler if he had taken himself out of the equation and not taught for the coming year, but there was such a desire to learn more.

Ryo wanted to show his appreciation of Daisuke’s thoughts and with that, he decided to propose an idea of his own. “Daisuke, I agree, you would make an excellent teacher for some of the younger ninja in the village, however, there are not many to go around. I would suggest we build pairings between the new genin and our more experienced shinobi, until of course we get enough to start forming squads. As for me, I’m hoping one of my disciples will be from the upper ranks, hopefully a Jounin or higher that I can continue to develop their skills, on the same level as Sannin." From this point, he would have to await Daisuke's next thoughts.

"I'm open minded, so it sounds perfectly fine with me." Alright, business was practically over, unless he had anything else that was needed to cover. Daisuke started to speak, "Anything else we need to talk about?" Daisuke stuck his hands in his pockets, and looked out the window while he waited for a response. Ah, the weather. He still wanted to head home though, and relax. He didn't have any missions or work to really do, so all of his day was to himself. A squeal was heard from outside the door of the room.

"Huh?" He opened the door, and noticed a lady that tripped over, papers and files all over the floor. The anbu made a funny face to himself, and asked, "Uh, are you okay?" With that said, he'd chuckle to himself, turn around and look at Ryo's expression of the situation. "Yeah, I'm fine. Just tripped." Things like this never occurred, but apparently it just frankly decided to happen the day Daisuke was meeting with the Kazekage.

[Let's add some spazz, y'know? Lol.]

Daisuke had just about rapped up the conversation, as he figured there was no further business to be discussed. Ryo enjoyed his quick talk, but it continued a bit longer when papers were spilled all across the floor. Files containing past missions, pages upon pages of records, the young Kazekage was just fortunate it hadn’t been a box of scrolls. Nonetheless, reports of all shapes and size had spread across the office, and the ANBU who carried them up was quickly trying to pick them up.

Ryo felt that this was quite embarrassing, and had hoped Daisuke didn’t spend too much time thinking about the records across the floor. The Kazekage was glad to see a slight smile and possible a bit of laughter leak out of his new guards mouth. “Let me know if you need anything else Daisuke, otherwise I have some organizing I need to get to,” he said sarcastically. It was weird for Ryo, but he almost felt like Daisuke had become a brother to him. He had never had any siblings, and his closest family members were either dead or constantly in the field. Luckily for Ryo, he felt like he had found the older brother he had always searched for.

"Yes, this so called 'organizing' you say, eh?" Daisuke turned around and noticed that whoever had dropped all the piles of papers had left and cleaned herself up. Well, quite a interesting morning this had turned out to be. Intriguing conversations with a small interruption in between. "If you need anything, just ask, I'll be more than happy to help." He said as he smiled, making his way out of the larger-than-you-think office. Once he finally ceased the conversation, and left the room, Daisuke stretched and made his way down the large set of stairs that was waiting in front of him. Oh great, much more walking to do to get home, sigh. Well, wonder what else was in store for Daisuke for the rest of the day.

Step by step, it was time for him to finally go him and relax.

With that, Daisuke had left his office, and he had finally gotten most of his papers back together. He had thanked the shinobi who dropped them off, especially since they had dropped them all across the floor, and began organizing them throughout his office. He really did enjoy meeting the members of the village, and was glad he had gotten the chance to do so once again.
