At Basic level one can learn E, D, C, B Ranked techniques of sensory typing. They have moderately improved their chakra control due to the fact that they have just started with learning this tactful skill, there is still so much for them to learn. At this level they know the basics of sensing such as the ability to detect familiar presences medium distances away, or know when they themselves are being sensed. They are still not combat ready in performing sensory, as its more of a trait than a skill at this point. At this level, they can only sense targets a medium distance away, something around 100 yards at best, and no actual way to different targets unless they are familiar to you. As Basic Sensory, you are capable of masking your presence from Basic Hunter civilians. - Weaponry:
Those of this level can learn weaponry techniques of all levels, including the powerful S-Ranked ones. At this level, compared to those who do not have any skill in weaponry your dexterity, speed and accuracy when handling a weapon are increased to the level of a Taijutsu Adept. You are given: 20 free Shuriken and Kunai (or Senbon), 10 Free smoke bombs (or 5 meter ninja wire) and bomb tags, and 1 long length katana, may not be S-Rank. You may only wield weapons A-Rank or lower, restrictions still apply, see Weapon System.
Not only that, now you can use weapons with all sorts of abilities. When channeling chakra through your weapons [by using Hien or similar techniques, stuff like Cloud Style Flame Beheading or such which blast the chakra are not affected by this bonus] you do not have to waste it, it travels in a circular motion, between the weapon and your body there is a circular connection due to which you do not waste chakra when channeling chakra through your weapons. Your speed is now equivalent to a Taijutsu Basic. - Ninjutsu:
Those of this level can learn Ninjutsu techniques of all levels, including the powerful S-Ranked ones. At this level, familiarity with hand signs is more noticeable.
Because of his/her knowledge of hand signs, the user is capable of conducting them at a faster pace than their lower counterparts, that members of this level can do hand seals at a blurry rate, same as the level of speed at which Taijutsu Adepts move, they can complete series of seals before a Basic can punch them and a seal or two before an adept punches them.
At this level, chakra control and execution is heightened. In other words, users begin to waste less chakra on their techniques, therefore using less chakra for the same desired effects. Ninjutsu up to Rank B cost half the amount of chakra to conduct. - Taijutsu:
Those of this level can learn Taijutsu techniques of all levels, including the powerful S-Ranked ones. At this level they gain something new, the ability to start with learning how to open the Chakra Gates. But, at this level they can only open up to the Third Chakra Gate. Like true martial artists they can target the joints or any other weak points that a body has, although they are not medics and do not quite know how the body functions, they do know how to land a blow where it really hurts.
Also, those with this level of skill have advanced their strength and speed to a much higher level than than before and so their level of speed and strength has increased to a whole new level. Now, it becomes rather hard to dodge their attacks and they are a blur, still track-able, but for anyone without a special Dojutsu it will take quite the concentration to follow them. They can easily punch a Ninjutsu Basic before said can perform any seal.
The difference between a Taijutsu Basic and Adept is like the difference between someone without Taijutsu and a Basic Taijutsu user.
Their punches and kicks can crush rocks which are as large as they are and they can crush tree trunks causing trees to fall with one attack. Due to that, outrunning these martial art users is rather hard. Taijutsu up to Rank B costs half the amount of chakra to conduct due to their skills with their body.

Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. It's a basic ninjutsu even taught at the Academy, but it's a useful art that can be applied in variety of situations.

Description: A ninjutsu that creates an intangible copy of one's own body, without any substance. Since the clone itself doesn't have the ability to attack, and thus can only be used to confuse the enemy, it is mainly used in combination with other ninjutsu. It's a basic technique, but depending on one's ingenuity, it can be used effectively. The clones may not dissipate when they come into contact with something. These clones can be easily distinguished by persons with dojutsu. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones do not have shadows and will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (i.e. won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

This gives this technique an abundance of uses. The transformation of a skilled shinobi will be exactly like the genuine article, so it will be impossible to tell the two apart. On the other hand, a transformation performed by an inexperienced person will have obvious discrepancies. It will be impossible to deceive anyone with it. Description: Tree Climbing Practice is a training method used to gain more skills with chakra control. This training involves focusing a fixed amount of chakra to the bottom of one's feet, and using that to climb a tree without using one's hands. If the stream of chakra is too weak, the user will lose their footing on the tree and fall off. If it is too strong, the user will be pushed away from the tree, causing the tree to break around the point of contact and the user will fall.

Description: This training method is used to gain better chakra control. To do this, the user has to be emitting a constant stream of chakra from the bottom of their feet and using the repellent force to walk across the water's surface. This technique is more difficult to master than the Tree Climbing Practice, because the amount of chakra that needs to be emitted changes constantly. It has also been shown that one can use their chakra to "skate" across the water surface, like an ice skater, instead of just walking or running. It is noted, that shinobi reach a state where they stand on water without even noticing it or basically even trying.

Description:Wind Release: Stream is a movement technique with no offensive application, designed to allow a shinobi to maneuver mid-air. The shinobi exhales a powerful, concentrated stream of wind from their mouth. This stream has enough force to accelerate the user's movement mid-air or allow them them to rapidly change the direction they're going in. Beyond this, however, it has several unintended effects. When blown into the ground, it's force can help dislodge dirt and sand, creating a small smoke-screen effect. Naturally, this requires loose dirt or sand. The stream has enough force to knock lighter projectiles aside, such as kunai and chakra, the user can infuse their bladed weapons with it from a distance and manipulate them.

Description: Xavier becomes one with the air; using the air in the atmosphere as means of sensory, enabling him to get a feel of individuals within a 100 yard diameter of him. Even the slightest movement made by anyone in the immediate vicinity (25 Yards) could be felt by him, albeit he is still able to get a feel for the presence of others even if not as immense as the ones closest to him. Rain, mist, or other more, light forms of weather do not mess with his sensory abilities - with him being able to hone them through such conditions over the years, however more hefty forms of weather (blizzards, sandstorms, hurricanes, etc.) do.
Weakness: Heavy weather minimizes Xavier's ability to sense foes whilst this jutsu is active. If this occurs, he will only be able to sense people within 25 yards along with the feeling not being as vivid as his abilities would be without horrid weather.

Description:This displacement technique is a speciality of the ninja from Kirigakure, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth,then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.

It was shown that this technique is usable even in water as shallow as a puddle, as seen when the Demon Brothers used it to ambush Tazuna and his bodyguards. In the anime, a member of the Nokizaru Group also employed this technique during a mission to retrieve a scroll from Kumogakure shinobi. While leaving concealment, water simply appeared on the floor and rose up, revealing the user.

Description:The user kneads chakra, and converts it into water, and then spits it out in the form of condensed balls. The high-speed water ball attack possesses just as much power to kill as an actual gunshot. While this is a water release technique, it can still be employed someplace where no water is available, which is a great advantage. It is also possible to increase the power of destruction of the spheres themselves by building up the chakra inside of them. The number of bullets is determined while kneading chakra. By taking advantage of gravity, the bullets can brutally increase in power. With a user the size of Gamabunta, the bullets can actually be more like cannonballs, making them much deadlier.

The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channeling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

Description: An advance form of hidden mist technique; Xavier produces a dense mist, which could either be expelled from their mouth, or from an existing source of water. This mist differs from the original, being able to drain fifteen chakra from individuals with a chakra signature different then that of the jutsu was crafted with; along with the amount of chakra put into it initially, making the mist rather difficult, and uncomfortable to move through for someone who isn't accustomed to such conditions.
Weakness: Since it drains chakra from anyone other than Xavier, that means that their comrades would be susceptible to the draining; which is a bad thing because if they do not watch what they are doing he will end up hurting the people on their side. Not to mention if the people whom are on his side are not used to mists, then it will also be difficult for them to move through, ultimately hindering his comrades.

Description:The user spits out a great volume of water from their mouth, swallowing up and crushing the enemy with the advancing surge. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks. The amount of water created is proportional to the amount of chakra used; when used with Kisame's enormous chakra, even a dry wasteland can become a small ocean. Afterwards, the excess water can be used for additional Water Release techniques.
