Hand Seals/Charge up: Once the Seal is drawn, the user must preform the Inu, Saru, and then U hand seals.
Description: The user takes out a sheet of paper, and then draws (usually in blood) the seal (the seal looks like a 6 pointed asterisk). They then drop it, and as it falls, they preform the hand seals. They should be done by the time it touches the ground, because once it touches the ground, the seal is broken and with in seconds, a 10 meter radius of where the the seal hit becomes covered in snow (any water is turned to ice). However, this doesn't change the temperature that much, so it melts fairly quickly (after 4 posts). The Ice does not cause any adverse effects on the opponent, other then making it a bit chill and possibly a bit slippery. No chakra is left in this ice, and its only purpose is to allow Regalia to to use some of her stronger techniques. (most of the Yuki clans techniques require snow or Ice to be in the area.)
