It's a basic technique, but depending on one's ingenuity, it can be used effectively. The clones may not dissipate when they come into contact with something. These clones can be easily distinguished by persons with dōjutsu. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones do not have shadows and will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (i.e. won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

Description: Given all the missions ninja are assigned to - battle, intelligence gathering, diversions - this is a priceless ninjutsu. It is typically used to change into people other than oneself, but one also has the ability to change into animals, plants, and even inanimate objects like weapons. This gives this technique an abundance of uses. The transformation of a skilled shinobi will be exactly like the genuine article, so it will be impossible to tell the two apart. On the other hand, a transformation performed by an inexperienced person will have obvious discrepancies. It will be impossible to deceive anyone with it. This is one of the most basic ninjutsu, as such most shinobi know how to perform it. The transformation technique is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts mental strain on an inexperienced ninja. Thus the best way to determine if it is indeed a transformation is to cause this strain upon the user; though this is of course not always successful.

Description: Tree Climbing Practice is a training method used to gain more skills with chakra control. This training involves focusing a fixed amount of chakra to the bottom of one's feet, and using that to climb a tree without using one's hands. If the stream of chakra is too weak, the user will lose their footing on the tree and fall off. If it is too strong, the user will be pushed away from the tree, causing the tree to break around the point of contact and the user will fall.

Description: This training method is used to gain better chakra control. To do this, the user has to be emitting a constant stream of chakra from the bottom of their feet and using the repellent force to walk across the water's surface. This technique is more difficult to master than the Tree Climbing Practice, because the amount of chakra that needs to be emitted changes constantly. It has also been shown that one can use their chakra to "skate" across the water surface, like an ice skater, instead of just walking or running. It is noted, that shinobi reach a state where they stand on water without even noticing it or basically even trying.

This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This technique is capable of being focused into a straight beam, similar to a laser.

Description: The jutsu overall idea is to interrupt someone using body flicker or something similar to it. It works much like screaming dragon, it coats the user in a thick coat of lightning instantly after the users hand sign is done. They can jolt forward within 15 meters in a 360 degree radius and then latch onto the target, the user is not the ones latching onto the target the lightening is whats sent forth to latch on, however they still move. The reason this is done is because lightnings speed is much quicker then the speed of the user. Upon latching onto the fleeing subject bones will be crushed and snapped, the bones that will snap depend on where it latches on. This jutsu is not meant to be a killing jutsu, but one to disable a enemy from retreating. Note that even though its range is 15 meters, the first 5 meters are spent to be on path with the target. The other ten meters is required so that they can catch up to them. Lastly the speed is achieved to do such things, by not increases the speed of the user or element. It does max out the top speed instantaneously of the user and the lightning. The jutsu is able to achieve this by using massive acceleration that is in the same way as screaming dragon. However instead of directing the energy force its directed as focus and tracking onto a target. Also note that this leaves no destructive marks on the surrounding terrain, unlike Screaming Dragon. If a enemy traveling at high speeds attempt to change directions the jutsu is capable of auto adjusting and catching within the same distance interval. Lastly the thick lightning (which is virtually the same and functions the same as it does in Screaming Dragon). mentioned at the start works as a barrier much like on a jet airplane, except it can handle almost any acceleration and certainly the type in this jutsu and Screaming Dragon. Lastly the jutsu can only attack one person at a time using flicker or something similar per usage of the jutsu .
DISTANCE NOTE: When its going after someone the first 5 meters are meant for the lightning to track them and get angled right to hit them, if you are within the 10 meters range of the jutsu it will hit you regardless. The reason the 5 meters are used is because the user can not instantaneously catch up to someone. It takes a distance of 5 meters traveling before the catch up to someone using a body flicker, however if they right next to them or within the 5 meters they will be caught virtually instantly.
Defense Note:
It can still be interrupted by something such as a B ranked Barrier, however due to its ability to move at such rapid acceleration the terrain under them is of little effect, but something like a large wooden barrier or rock in the path can be used to block the user as long as it creates enough distance between them, however if the jutsu has already been activated the speed of the lightning will out pace the creation of a barrier. Other ways can be used to cancel out this jutsu. However someone so bold to simply attack the just with Taijutsu or Weapons in hand to hand combat, would mean the breaking of bones of the would be attacker.

Description: The user commits a series of 4 hand signs and as soon as he does so his/her body becomes coated in thick cracking waves of lightning. For a moment it would appear as if he lifts off the ground. His/her body then accelerates to 10% higher then the users maximum speed instantaneously and he then jolts forward, to a outside view they would see a huge crack of light accelerate to max speed instantly and then proceed to rip through the entire ground and destroy anything in its path. This jutsu is capable of destroying even S ranked Barriers and give the defending shinobi (if within 5 meters of broken point of barrier) several broken bones and possible unconsciousness. If a direct hit is taken by a enemy shinobi death awaits them, this will literally rip them apart and send body parts flying. Another thing to note is the fact that this jutsu can change entire directions instantly and lost only 1/8 of its total speed *The user can move slight angles within the capability of there own agility* and that it also deals severe Raiton damage and can fry and destroy peoples flesh besides ripping them apart, so even coming in contact is dangerous. The actual speed of the jutsu is determined by the skill of the user doing said jutsu. Essentially the attack of this jutsu is based on going extremely fast and landing into a enemy with the thick coating Raiton. Causes first degree burns on contact skin of the user.

Description: this technique employs the concept of chakra flow in a similar manner to the Flying Swallow and Sword of Kusanagi: Chidori Katana techniques. Through the use of chakra flow, the user channels their chakra through their swords, extending both the reach and cutting ability of the blade, while allowing the user to fire crescents of chakra whenever the blade is swung. This released chakra is capable of great destruction, as shown from how these projectiles completely penetrated a considerable stone pillar, before continuing to damage the immediate surroundings.
