Chops...chopping...sounds that were heard during the late autumn in Konoha. People gathered up wood to stay insolated, but most of them didn't take the job themselves, so who did they use? They used Genin, like Sasuto. He'd woken up early and impatiently headed to the Hokage manor only to find there was only one stack of paper for a D-Rank mission, that d-rank being to chop down trees to gather wood. Gloomily, he accepted the mission, wearing a green dress shirt with a high, split collar and the end of a white t-shirt sticking out at the bottom of the green ontop. He also wore black skinny jeans and a pair of new white sneakers. The boy matted down his hair as he put on his black beanie hat, a circular, cone shaped black helmet-like object on his head that insolated his heat. Made of silk with leather on the inside, it was very durable. His bangs were the only thing capable of being viewed, anything else was matted down by the hat.

He landed in a clearing where other, familiar Genin were at, chopping away at the thick bark of the trees in the outskirts of Konoha. He stood infront of an empty tree, and with great speed he began to swing away at the tree. Only pieces of wood chipped off with each swing, and very small dents formed within the tree trunk every time. These axes obviously weren't doing very good either, they were rusted for a long time, and the cutting edge was extremely dull. As he chopped away, he tried to think of how to chop the tree down. After getting a slight idea of how, he put it to work. He pulled up his sleeves, revealing an armband with a strange weapon seal on it. A plume of smoke masqueraded the fuuma shuriken that appeared in his hand in a matter of seconds. He gyrated his arm around in a circular motion, then swung the fuuma shuriken forth with great accuracy and precision.
The fuuma shuriken's rate of speed was above average, and that was obviously intended, because he'd been rotating it within his grasp the entire time. Like a normal shuriken, one of the blades stabbed onto the tree, but just then the efforts that Sasuto showed off proved to be useful when the fuuma shuriken's caught blade razored through the tough bark, and another blade slashed through the rest of the bark. Finally, the fuuma shuriken slashed through the entire tree trunk and flew off into the distance as the tree fell over on it's side. From there, he aided the others by chopping down their trees, which turned out to be weaker. In the end, he'd chopped up ten trees, and completed the mission successfully.(551 words, 175 Ryo gained)
