Hand Seals/Charge up: User slaps the palm of their hand on the ground.
Description: The user slaps their palm onto the surface below. As soon as this happened, the ground around the user will shake and the area will set aflame. The fire race from the palm of your hands as sparks and then become flames that expand outwards from you.
Weakness: The user is vulnerable from above and below. Also, the user must keep their hand on the ground for the Jutsu to stay active.

Um... do the flames spontaneously ignite on the ground and set anyone within that range on fire instantly?
