Description: After forming a triangle in the air, it unleashes a basketball sized head of a dragon, which is controlled by a Ryu. Once it collides with its target, it explodes, causing severe burns and explosive damage. Can pretty much kill you on contact. Radius of the explosion is about a meter. It's pretty silent for a flaming head, although the explosion isn't.
Weakness: Cancelled out by a C rank suiton jutsu, can't control the dragon if he can't see it. If he loses control, it flies in a linear direction.

Description: Blue chakra is found on his fingertips, and once contact is made, a seal in the shape of a turtle is planted on the opponent. They will then find their movements extremely sluggish, as their speed has been lowered by two tiers.
Weakness: Requires contact, and can be unsealed by another Master Fuinjutsu user.

  • Brave Slash | What's the speed of this thing?
  • Extension of the Soul | Chakra is visible man o.o And this technique is rather similar to Samurai Saber technique (which uses chakra to extend the length of a weapon) Will get a second opinion.
  • Wrath of the Dragon | Unless you are a Fuuin Master and can write seals mid-air, you're going to have to use a medium
  • Bump that rank to A for the Slow seal and we're okay

Just include in the first tech the crescent speeds at the speed relative to your kenjutsu mastery level and it's all approved

Description: Making a thin rectangle, Ryu unseals a contract, and a pen. Once the person signs the contract, their soul is now under control of Ryu. They retain their free will, until Ryu issues a command that they MUST follow. However, the benefits of the contract don't just help Ryu. The contract unlocks the person's potential, giving them three CS. Also, Ryu can supply this person with chakra, and vice versa. They will also receive Telepathy.
Weakness: Requires consent from both the owner of the contract and the signer. Limit to three souls at once.

Description: After forming a Pentagon in the air, a mass of chakra goes underneath the ground, homing in on the opponent. Once underneath the opponent, the orb of chakra turns into a hand that can extend up to ten meters, binding its opponent. It moves at the same level of Mastery as Ryu's Fuinjutsu(Mastery).However, this isn't a normal bind. Brute strength cannot get out of this bind, since the hand is actually a seal that seals the opponents movements.
Weakness: Requires the same level of Fuinjutsu mastery as Ryu or higher to break out of, and the Unsealing technique. If you're capable of seeing the chakra move underground, you can move out of the way before it gets you.

If it poofs away due to damage, it creates a five meter explosion of shrapnelbthat can pierce through skin and organs, doing heavy damage.
Weakness: Master Fuinjutsu users can unseal the clone, destroying it with no explosion.

Description: By focusing chakra into a weapon, Ryu can form a cloud of hundreds of tiny senbon(made out of chakra, 300). The storm of senbon follow Ryu's command. His control of the jutsu is incredibly fluid, being able to guide them to a target and swiftly change directions if needed.  While individually, they are weak, once they come upon an opponent it is quite possible that they can actually die. Its power is enough to cut through limbs.
Weakness: Requires a kunai, sword, or other similar weapons. Even though it is made of non elemental chakra, C rank and higher wind jutsu will be able to completely destroy it.

  • What is the exact amount of senbon created with this technique?
  • What is the exact speed of said senbon?
  • Are you able to explicitly control the direction and guide said senbon to a specific target?
  • More weaknesses must be explicitly mentioned

Imma require some sort of charge up for Explosive Seal. And this cannot be placed on a person, right?

300 senbon is too much. Way too much for a B technique, and doesn't help that you can control every last one of them with no effort on your part. Lower the amount of senbon, considerably. Also, I am not seeing how it's capable of removing limbs, so explain this part to me.
