Description:Lightning chakra will race out of the users body from their legs racing along the ground in all directions  ground shocking those who are are touching the ground and within the radius. The body of the person touched by the Great race will misinterpret the lightning nature as "electrical signals from the nerves", making its muscles contract, stiffen, for one post. This causes the body to involuntarily go stiff, while at the same time receives damage.

Weakness:Wind release of equal or higher rank. Does less damage because the lightning spreads out with no specific target, concentration of the chakra.

Description:A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into raiton and expelled from the mouth as a volley of arrows.  They start of off as 1in arrows then reach full size of 38in after half a meter (A little more than 19in).

Weakness:Wind release of equal or higher rank.  Any one who can track or dodge arrows can dodge this.

Description:After manifesting small sparks of lightning chakra on each finger of one hand, the user then slams their palm on the ground, resulting in the creation of a cylindrical barrier enveloping a location of their choosing, protecting anything contained within and electrocuting whatever comes into contact with the barrier's exterior.  Elemental jutsu have trouble breaching this barrier
Weakness:The top of the barrier is open allowing someone to target the barriers components from above. Concentrated piercing jutsu such as chidori will pierce the barrier.  But a better attack would be an Arank Piercing wind jutsu so that the area around the spot that is pierced is scattered due to wind superiority of lightning.

Keep in mind that if this technique goes above C-rank in power, you either have to purchase the jutsu at that rank or do the necessary WC.

This jutsu has to travel at taijutsu basic speeds, or else it'd be too similar to Chidori Nagashi and be denied.

Great lightning ball is suppose to be the lightning equivalent to Great fireball which is Crank so I made this one so as well

For Great race what if it keeps its speed and just race along the ground out from users feet?

The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered - it's just that that statement allows you to control it's power via amount of chakra out into it.

Great Race: I'll consider it for now, but add in that the opponents muscles will only stiffen for one post.

Changed race and am fine with what you said about purchasing or training a higher ranked version.

Made arrow volley 10 arrows I justify this because of the size/scale of other C rank justu in general.

Added Lightning formation wall.  This is suppose to be equal toHiruzen's earth wall and Uchiha flame formation

- What are the "small size" and "full size" of these arrows (just gimme a length)
