Description: This is a jutsu for those not atoned towards dark or nightly hours. It's just a simple light to show one's way around. The user can make the light brighter or dimmer so as they choose so long as they have a good amount of chakra control. This also is a good method to teach the young how to control chakra.
The actual light is a ball of chakra floating near the user in the air, it's meant to illuminate the area.
This can blind another person if the illumination is forced to be brighter than normal, however the user must cover their own eyes for protection.
This light "ball" is around the size of a small baseball
Extinguishing light can be done with a simple snap of the user's fingers.
Weakness: Cannot see through objects or see people, only is a flashlight-like light.
Opponents can extinguish this light by hitting the user and/or distracting the user's chakra flow
