Looks Description: Axel is a man of an average muscle build, but still in the process of growing(Puberty), slowly but surely. His nose is rather pointy to a degree, and his ears are of average size, allowing him to hear perfectly. His forehead is average size as well. His shoulders are nice and lean. His arms are of medium length, and he has rather long legs. He has light skin, chestnut hair that is somewhat spikey, and he has green eyes that are of average size and let him see perfectly like any other human. He wears a school-like outfit, a gray collared shirt and tie beneath a green-and-white overcoat. He also wears black pants, with black sneakers. He usually walks around with a smirk on his face. He has various scars around his body that he got from training that are not see-able as long as he has his usual clothes on. During the summer time, Axel will just wear a black tank top with black pants and black sneakers. He will also have on olive-colored sunglasses. During the winter, he wears a giant gray jacket with baggy gray pants, but only in the village, and not when he is fighting.



Personality Description: Axel is a very outgoing person. He likes to try new things and make friends with new people, and will always want to help out the people that he finds interest in. When around people, he likes to be chatty and keep the conversation going as to not make the situation awkward. When he gets angry, he does not show an angry expression, but a blank one, which can be very scary for some people. If there is anything he likes best in the world, it is fighting. He may be a nice guy, but on the battlefield he tends to show no mercy, and if he does, it is only during sparring matches with his friends and associates. He does not mind killing enemies, but he does not like to resort to it too often. In a battle, his instinct is always to help out his allies first, then attack afterwards.  

Likes:
- Fighting: Axel loves to fight, as it is like a second language to him.
- Friends: Axel likes to know that he can have people to talk to and express his feelings to when needed, so he always tries to make new friends.
- Pie: Pie is Axel's favorite dessert, and no matter which flavor, he would instantly dig in.

Dislikes:
- Betrayal: Anyone that betrays there own village and the people in it are worse than trash in Axel's opinion.
- Jerks: Axel can't stand anyone with a god complex who thinks they are high and mighty by bad-mouthing the allies around them.
- Broccoli: Axel begins to puke if he eats even a tiny piece of broccoli.

History: Axel was born in Konohagakure. His immediate family consists of his mom, Naomi Rover, his father, John Rover, and his brother, Alex Rover, who is 2 years older than him. They all live in an average sized home near the entrance of Konohagakure. Growing up, Axel and Alex were very curious children, exploring all over Konoha and playing with the other children. They were very troublesome as well, stealing food when a shop owner wasn't looking, getting in fights with kids, and even disrespecting their elders. Their parents always had to discipline them, but that did not help much.

Once they became of age, Axel and Alex joined the academy, and even that did not stop the behavior they usually displayed. They ended up having to stay after hours in the academy to pay for their disruptions.  Aside from behavior, the two boys were not doing so great in academics either, having to spend more years there then anticipated. Soon, they grew out of their wild child behavior though, and finally began actually learning. Alex graduated from the academy at the age of 13, then 3 years later, Axel graduated at the age of 14, taking a little more time then his brother did.

For 1 year, Axel decided not to join a squad, and instead ended up training by himself for that year, wanting to show everyone that he could achieve greatness. His brother even helped him at times, showing him what he learned, and practicing with him whenever he had time away from his squad. During this time of history however, it was not all happiness, as Axel's mother grew sick, and after months of her family hoping for her to get better, she died. Axel, ALex and their father mourned for her, and this pushed Axel's resolve to get stronger, so that his mother's spirit could look at him with pride from up above. After the year passed, Axel was 15, and finally ready to join a genin squad.
