As the site begins revival and goes through it's beta phase, certain high ranks will be available. This is the list of these ranks, and who holds them, as well as what each rank means. Note: There will be no available chuunin starter ranks. To become chuunin you must rank up normally. Organization leaders must be minimum B rank, or jounin. ANBU is not a rank, but an organization within the village, all ANBU are Kage appointed.
