Bloodline Ability: The Senshi Clan is a Clan that is in sync with their surroundings. That being said they fight using Natural Energy more so than their own chakra. They are different from the Jugo in many ways as they are more refined, but less physical strength than the Jugo.

I'm not sure if this means you are trying to make it so they don't use chakra, but another form of it. But that will not be permitted, for it would require a new system.

Specify and give a logic reason why. Ex: Uchiha can "slow" down or predict what enemy movements will be, via their eyes perceiving motion quicker and transferring this motion to the brain faster. Allowing them to react quicker than most.

Not really a drawback. It seems like this is just to differentiate between this clan and the Juugo clan, unless I am misunderstanding.
