Looks Description: Alder is slender framed his body is fit and strong with no defined muscle. His dark red hair spikes naturally in tufts going back. He has slender face and pointed jaw with only a soul patch for facial hair. His eyes and facial expression has a warm inviting look. His nose is narrow and pointed but normal for his face. His eye brows are bushy and messy. He would be considered a ruggedly handsome Liberian type He skin tone is pale and slightly freckled, but not on the face, it changes with emotion (Anger would cause reddening. When not in Anbu gear he wears a long scarf tied around his neck that is dark blue in color with the Uzumaki crest in gold on both ends and sides. His forehead worn on his forehead and has a black band. Alder wears a grayish black jump suit with mesh under armor over it he wears a standard Konohagakure Jonin vest. He wears his head band around his waist with the Konoha sign just below his stomach. Because of his chakra storing jutsu most of the time there is swirl on his forehand slightly higher up than his eyebrows but still in the center of his forehead
Personality Description: Alder is modest and doesn’t take his ability for granted. If complimented he will play down their remark and change the subject or give praise to someone else instead. He works tirelessly to hone his jutsu. He believes that slacking on his training will cause to be passed. He believes that strength lies in information that is why he devotes a lot of time to research. Alder is as much a pacifist as ninja can stand to be, and still survive. He tries best to beat his opponents by disabling them, targeting mind an senses. Alder cares for and respects all life even the smallest insect has a purpose in his mind. Even though Alder is a pacifist he has developed some particularly cruel jutsu. When it comes to interrogating he believes the best way to get information out of people is by making them want to give it up, through comfort.
Whether people are allies or enemies he generally trust them until given a reason not to. But even though he is trusting he not gullible. When he finds out he has been lied to especially by an ally he finds it hard to forgive them and will hold a grudge for a long time. When he is lied to an enemy it is easier for him accept. He is accountable for his actions going as far as paying for damage to civilians' property out of his own wages, when Konoha/Fire Nation won't cover it.
As apart of his philosophy gathering information through the comforting of his target Alder is able to keep calm in the most dire situations. He feels that panicking will lead to mistakes and that one can't deal with situations while panicking. If a person can't handle situation they didn't prepare properly and if they end up dying it was for one of two reason lack of info or training. (Information is power...)

History: Although all Uzumakis are related Alder did not come from a line that branched from Naruto. Alder’s predecessors settled in the Land that houses Takigakure. They were among the few Uzumaki’s who remember their lineage and taught their successors the clan’s history. Although most techniques were lost they made it a mission to preserve their jutsu and keep the clan alive. Although they stayed in the shadows do their few numbers they managed to keep the family alive.
Alder’s father Caulio Uzumaki was not a ninja he was well reversed in the clan’s techniques that had been passed down. He taught Alder’s these technique’s to Alder in his youth. He also is the reason Alder decided to become a ninja. The history taught him made him desire more knowledge and strength so that one day he would have to hide who was but instead recognized for it. Alder was also informed of the past relationship between Konoha and Uzushiogakure. Alder always wondered why Konoha had let the Uzumaki’s village get destroyed and worst leave them to fend for their selves as they scattered across the world.
When Alder was 10 Caulico was able to procure permission from the Fire Daiyomo to allow Alder permission to move to Konohagakure. This was because the Daiyomo recognized the potential benefit to raising the young Uzumaki as a ninja for the country.
Alder was the prodigy of his generation. He was able to grasp everything he was taught during school. But most of his growth came from self study. He typically spent his time studying more advance subjects while his classmates were still working kunai practice. Despite his talent he kept working hard and never settled knowing that he became complacent he would get passed by. Knowing the value of a team he made a conscious effort to spend time with his classmates whom he cared for. Generally the class like him and weren’t jealous of his talent but admired it. Alder saw the bottomless potential of his classmates and treated them all with respect never underestimating what they might grow to.
As a Genin he preferred to start specializing in more of a supportive team role. He would gather information make strategy plans, hide in the shadows and cover the others. It was as Genin he first met Rikuyu. After having stopped Menma (another slug) from attacking Rikuyu he used his chakra transfer technique channeling Memna’s power to break the justu. It was at this time Alder’s squad came looking for him panicking Rikuyu covered Alder inside his body and ran away. After being released he introduced himself. Rikuyu ran again but Alder persisted on receiving a name and after being chased he split is body into many smaller slugs to escape. Rejoining with his group he noticed a trail of slime the spelled out the slug’s name. Since then Rikuyu would repeatedly show up and around Alder overtime growing comfortable enough to carry conversations with him.
A blood pact
It was around the time of the exams when Alder was brought to Damp Bone Forest. It was here where he signed the contract of the slugs. After studying the slugs Alder started developing ninjusu based upon them.
Exam
Alder’s Chunin exam was in the Iwagakure. Mostly relying on genjutsu and few sealing techniques Alder had an easier time than most other because of their unfamiliarity with these type of jutsu. The exam was still a learning experience seeing the technique variety in culmination with what he had learned from studying the Damp Bone Forest he began to see ninjutsu in new way. He realized that the form chakra was limited only limited by the imagination.
During Alders Chuunin exam in their equivalent to the forest of death it was discovered that even among the Uzumaki Alder possessed a special chakra. During the second part of the exam there was a large rock slide the pressure of exam had reach its highest point several genin were unable to avoid the falling rocks. Alder in a desperate attempt to save them leapt in front of them to shield them as he did chains irrupted from his body holding back the boulders. Later own he would learn/piece together the fact that this was deliberately done by an Iwagakure shinobi, who was not a genin taking the exam. And he would realize that none of Genin that were in danger were from Iwa
A new teacher
By studying nature and the fundamental principles of chakra he started developing new techniques. By manipulating his chakra in different ways such vibration he discovered how to create sound and later light. Using this new way to manipulate chakra he incorporated it in new genjutsu.
Captured behind enemy lines
While on a mission Alder was ambushed and captured. Recognizing him from the Chunin exams they were interest in the clans techniques and unique body, in addition they wanted to gain what knowledge they could about Konoha. For 3 days Alder was tortured with Konoha unable to locate him. His captures however didn’t know that Rikuyu was with him. Alder had kept his self under enhanced double Genjutsu with Rikuyu help. He made it so that captors thought he was resisting but instead they were be fed false information. During this time Rikuyu scouted information on the ninja and their location using this Alder was able to escape giving the information he obtained to Konoha.
After his return to Konoha he started to getting assigned to more informational gathering missions. He was later put on the torture and interrogation force. In spite of this he never tortured anyone, and couldn’t stand being in the presence during the torture. He avoided this through unique information extracting techniques. That relax targets to spilling information, instead of forcibly removing.
The rise to Jonin the plunge to darkness
After years of service and an impressive record Alder was promoted to Jonin and inducted into Anbu these promotions had given Alder more freedom and discretion than he had in the past.
RP Sample: Amused Lloyd nodded in agreement. This brat has some nerve bossing me around like some subordinate. Watching through dim light Lloyd pays close attention as Madison takes survey of the ground and pockets something. She must intend to keep her hands free so she can make use of her weapons. If things didn’t work out between the Arkem’s Captain and Lloyd he might need her assistance putting him down. “I’m sure it won’t be like this for long.” As a precaution against whatever was on the ground that interested her he hovered inches off the floor.
In Town
The pair holds up an object reminiscent of an umbrellas with clear tops. Video Snails had been placed around the town so that the events of today could be displayed to management. Watching in silence they look with detachment.
