Looks Description: ( Long strait black hair that is braided individual. His hair is very glossy /healthy and tends to make woman jealous. His skin is smoothed, (unblemished) except for a scar, and is a light olive tone. His eyes are narrow with a dull blue color. His eyebrows thick and neat he is always cleanly shaven. He is considered to be not special or easily noticeable when it comes to attractiveness. His physical condition are how impressive although not bulky, for his body size he is well defined.
In addition to the standard uniform Alder wears a mesh a mesh under amour under is flack jack and black long sleeve hoody (light/thin not a sweatshirt). His anbu mask is a rhino with red spirals. He will occasionally wear a black cloak during missions.
Personality Description: Alder is able endure hardship without showing his emotions. He is very composed keeping a level head even the most stressful situations. He makes his decisions using facts. Alder is a keen observer often noticing things others overlook. And will point a person’s quirks out to them to their annoyances. This habit is one reason that people get pissed off with him but he doesn’t do it intentionally. Some other things he does that piss people off give them nicknames that they don’t like, comments on task they struggling with (fights, cooking, holding something, etcetera). Alder is loyal to his village and obeys orders given so but he doesn’t follow blindly. Despite living in a Shinobi he can’t accept being lied, even though he will himself. He is overly strict, very punctual, and efficient doing task with the least amount of effort. He is able except the hard truths. He is comfortable dealing with all mission type light and dark. Alder is assertive and his tone typically seen as to harsh when speaking to his colleagues. Despite this those who know him trust him following his advice considering him an indispensible member of team. Although he would his own value he has allowed members to give their lives for him thinking it was best for the mission. This has been slowly been troubling his heart.

A larger scale version of the Satesu Shigure, Alder gathers his sand into large clumps in the shape of massive boulder-like formations and then drops them from the sky on to his opponents. History: Alder was born in a outlaying land within Shinrin no Tochi. He was brought to Buranchigakure at the age 3 by order of the previous kage although not many in the village know this including Alder. Having been adopted by a non shinobi family they didn’t understand his bloodline and how to deal with it. Rumors of the “magnetic child” had reached the hidden village under guise they were protecting the nation from a threat they killed the adoptive parents and took the child. The hidden village gave Alder to an elder woman who was a retired shinobi in order to be raised as a weapon for the village.
Academy: At the academy Alder was an average to when it came to text work but displayed and aptitude when it came to application. He typically didn’t get along with other students. He acted like to much of an adult and he didn’t understand their immaturity. Despite this he would regularly try to accompany them during free time whether it was training, playing, and etcetera. As he followed he would correct them. Eventually he learned to adopt his approach and would try to help them train, without showing off.
