The undeniably sandy village Sunagakure was also undeniably hot as always. The citizens had adapted to the climate with different ways of dressing and things of that nature, but to those foreign to this land it was a new battle. Soon to be a battle within a battle. The sun refused to hold back even by the slightest degree as it persistently blazed on the skin of Junpei Hozuki. He was of course foreign to this climate, but he had made do by constantly keeping himself hydrated by sipping out of his water bottle like a mad man. The plastic black straw once again grazed his lips as he sipped the now warmed water. "Shit . . . " The liquid tasted a bit funny probably due to the water being aged a bit, but he graciously swallowed in hopes of hydration.
His mouth and nose were covered by a black cloth, just like many Suna natives wore and his hair and other features were covered by a tan colored cloak. Others also wore clothing like this, shielding themselves from the sand in the wind and also to insulate whatever cool air they could capture. Surprisingly it was cooler inside the garment than outside, exposed to the heated conditions. His eyes lit up as he trudged through the streets and noticed a small oasis stationed in a small outlet. Others were there like back at the port and many were drinking indicating the liquid was clean.
Junpei withdrew his water bottle and dipped his container in the pool of cool water filling the bottle once more with chilled water. Taking a sip after screwing the lid on, he exhaled into the atmosphere in relief. "Alright, now I feel like I can function . . ." He smuggled the bottle into the shroud of his cloak where he harbored his two prized blades, Sakana and Kiga.
It was now the time to do what he came to do. And what was that? It was to simply cause chaos and disarray. But why? Why would someone pointlessly cause turmoil to innocent people and harm their lives, well because money was involved and as long as funds and a bit of fun came with it, Junpei would do it. His head turned and his hand moved to shield his eyes from the sunlight as he peered up at the Kage Mansion. The three jounin were up there just like his contact told him or at least one was currently visible at the moment.
The chatter and minor bumps and shoves were all ignored as Junpei moved through the crowd to the target building. There the Kazekage would be or at least that's where he usually was. Junpei wasn't interested in this person at the moment though. Well he was, but he wasn't interested in seeking them out, after what he would do they would surely come to him. Arriving a few meters away from the Kage Mansion, Junpei took a seat on a bench near the building. There he surveyed the surveillance patterns of the guards and sized them up a bit. Without a doubt he was going to have to deal with Anbu ninja on the ground level and Jounin on the roof level. There were five Anbu ninja and three Jounin ninja, manageable, but there were also the other ninja in the village to take in account of. It seemed a distraction was in order, something that would alert high ranking ninja and draw them away from the building of interest.
Junpei stood from his seat and checked the sun seeing how much sunlight he had left and it was more than enough. Stretching a bit he moved out of range from ninja eyes, then into an alley way. Checking the area he was alone and he waited a moment to see that he wasn't followed. Forming three handseals, he produced a copy of himself, but a unique copy. Sending the spawn out into the city with a small gift, junpei waited about ten minutes before leaving the alley way himself.
The copy would make his way to the edge of the Sunagakure Gates, but on the village side. Like the original, his features were well hidden, but he also blended in with normal citizens who also dressed the same. The real Junpei moved to the Oasis and stuck a finger in the water as if playing in the liquid a bit. In reality he was refreshing his water supply, for the clone he had created was made of his own liquid, meaning he had lost a bit of hydration.
The clone would now be standing a fair distance away form the village exit, but not in plain site like a sore thumb. Scanning the area, he then saw it, it was in the sky. That thing being a hawk, following it ever so eagerly he found its destination, that of course being the mailing hub of Sunagakure or in other words how the village communicated with other villages, also how citizens mailed their letters and goods.
Junpei would stay in range of the clone careful that it wouldn't disperse do to the limited range. The clone would make his way to the messaging department, but would find it surprising crowded, but joyfully air conditioned. Ah yes the pleasures of technology, it was like magic in a sense. But now was the hard part. Junpei wasn't directed to harm innocents, but he also wasn't directed not to. He didn't find satisfaction in killing random people, well he did, but he typically liked to see their death and butcher them to death, not blow them to pieces. Yes, that's correct blow them to pieces, for the present Junpei had given the clone before they parted ways was a bundle of fourteen explosive tags. Junpei always had to keep one with him, so only fourteen were distributed. But then again innocents being harmed in the process would create more of an epidemic . . . with that thought, the clone began counting.
"25 . . . 26." Twenty six was the number of people not including the workers that were present in this building. It truly was a shame, but what had to be done, had to be done. Detonation occurred on sheer impulse and the blast was seen from the real Junpei's current position. Many gasped and heads snapped to see what the commotion was only to see smoke billowing from the messaging office. Who knows what important info could have been in there, records, shipping list for goods, information on ninjas, blah blah blah, and blah blah blah. it was all gone, whatever was in there that is, including the people, and messenger birds.
Eventually screams and cries filled the streets one by one and eventually the village was in chaos. Junpei's heart began racing in excitement. As he moved along with the panicking civilians, he made sure he was headed in the direction of the Kage Mansion. Others were also flooding in that general direction in search of their homes or maybe loved ones. Looking up he noticed the smoke had begun to block the suns rays and he grinned underneath his covering. What he also noticed while he was looking up, were the undeniable flicker of Sunagakure ninja. Each of them rushing to get to the scene, unaware another was about to spawn as Junpei had arrived to his destination, but saw the doors to the Kage Mansion were being directly guarded by the five Anbu members, but also by a group of about ten more Anbu ninja.
Of course it wouldn't be that easy, it never was, but at the same time it was too easy. A crowd of folks had began to rush the doors of the mansion in sheer panic. What did they hope would come out of the act? Hell if Junpei knew, but he did know he was trained to take advantage of moments like this.
In the bulk of the crowd he hid his shifting hands as he once again made performed a signature and unique jutsu. This would give away what village he was from, but that didn't disturb him for his ties with Yukigakure had been cut. Just like the effects the Hidden Mist jutsu had, this jutsu soon made the area almost a whiteout. But instead of hazy mist, it was thick ivory snow. It was about the same temperature as rain, but it fell lightly. And as it fell, time seemed to stop. Junpei followed the act of the civilians and acted baffled, as if he had never seen the flakes in his life. His head was directed at the sky as were the villagers and even some of the Anbu ninja.
Then suddenly the light snow got heavier, then heavier, and before they knew it, the village Sunagakure was experiencing their first ever blizzard. The snow fall was manageable because it only felt like a light drizzle, but now this scale of snowfall felt like a rainstorm. Each flake thick in mass, stuck to the sandy streets and began to pile up and people panicked and more and more piled up at the doors of the Kage Mansion. They wanted and explanation, where was there Kage at in their time of need and confusion? Junpei struggled to move out the crowd and miraculously squeezed into an alleyway.
The village was rapidly starting to look more and more like Yukigakure and that please Junpei. The snow kept him hydrated and would also help mask his presence. Slipping out of his sand colored cloak, he tossed the covering into the snow and it was quickly buried in white. He was only about a meter away from the crowd, but he could barely make out bodies, he only heard their undecipherable yells. It made him grin once more as he appeared in his normal wear and had his Yukigakure Anbu gear on under. Kicking his foot in the snow digging a small pit, he tossed the both of his blades Sakana and Kiga in the pit and allowed the still falling snow to hide them. Making a mental note of where he was, he then disappeared from existence becoming a puddle of water. Falling into the snow, he moved at nearly untraceable speeds being able to travel in the form of moisture. And obviously the whole village had become sheeted with moisture making the village his playground.
Moving to the back of the Kage Mansion he noticed no guard in the back, but assumed the three Jounin were probably still on top. Solidifying he applied chakra to his feet and ran up the side of the solid wall until he almost reached the top. Turning into water once more, he slid into the snow and still in the cover of the blizzard, he scanned the Mansions peak. The three Jounin were indeed up there, but there was also one man stationed in the center wearing an Anbu mask. Junpei then lessened the snowfall from the outside of the Village and moved that portion to this building top alone. Vision was cut drastically and the four ninja on the roof took note of it. They must have been familiar with the Hidden Mist Technique, for they easily and almost instantly moved into a defensive formation. Forming a triangle around the Anbu member, the Jounin each withdrew a Kunai and the Anbu member made the tiger seal. "Shit he's sensing." Junpei immediately spawned out of the snow facing the back of the Anbu ninja. This also put him face to face with one of the Jounin. "Here!" He shouted as Junpei spawned, but in mid swing with his blade Holmgang. That Jounin had jumped back and also pushed the Anbu member back avoiding the horizontal swing that bisected the two of his allies. "Dammit . . ." The Demon muttered as he phased back into being one with the snow. The snow was now smeared red streaks from the two dead ninjas. Since the snow had only stuck to the roof Junpei was only limited to moving on the roof while in his water form, but his enemies didn't know that.
"Gotta get the sensor first." He moved unnoticeable in the snow before emerging in front of the masked ninja and piercing him straight through the torso. A kunai was in his left hand since his right hand was wielding Holmgang. With a flick of his left arm he sent the metal blade towards his mark whose vision was obscured from the thick blizzard like snow. Crimson liquid flowed from his neck as he gurgled gripping the kunai in his neck. "Pulling it out will only kill you faster." Junpei spoke through his facial covering as he walked over to the dying ninja with Holmgang over his shoulder. The man pulled the knife out of his neck then in a raspy voice blood spew out his mouth. Junpei chuckled before moving Holmgang off of his shoulder down onto the neck of the shinobi beheading him.
What now? Junpei had no idea, all that was left was to wait for a response. He once again spread the range of his jutsu to cover the village then leap to a building top across the road from the Kage Mansion. In the cover of the blizzard he simply waited for the village to respond. He could only make out a massive blob of bodies waiting in front of the Kage Mansion. The same ninja's were on guard and unaware of the events that unfolded on the roof. Sadly, the village was probably still responding to the explosion that happened previously.

- Chakra Stuff:
Name: Hiding in Snow
Rank: D
Type: Ninjutsu(Yukigakure Exclusive)
Used For: All
Element: Suiton
Range: Area
Duration: Maintainable
Hand Seals/Charge up: Half Tiger
Description: This technique was developed in Yukigakure and created by Junpei after he brought with him the teachings of the Hidden Mist Technique. For lower ranking ninja (C-Rank and under) this technique requires a pre-existing source of water, but for those higher than said rank, they can create their own source with their chakra if they wish.
The jutsu then brings forth artificial chakra made snow. It is not as cold as snow, being around the same temperature as rain, but it does provide cover. The snow can be as harsh as a blizzard or as light as a flurry, creating optical hindrance and ultimately confusion. Being made of chakra it does mess with Doujutsu techniques that operate like the Sharingan and Rinnegan. The user being able to fluctuate the heaviness of the snow fall, can seemingly phase out of sight at times, by veiling themselves.
Weakness: Can be dispelled by Fuuton attacks or Katon.
2xName: Hydrification Technique
