Regalia has short, blue hair which ends just under her chin, caressing her face. Her bangs hand down in her face and go just over her eyes, she often moves them out of the way so she can see. Around her neck is a detached white collar tied around her neck with a blue ribbon. Her slender frame is covered by the white and blue cloak which is clasped together by a blue star which is matches the blue rose in her hair. The cloak has feathery protrusions that cover her chest, shoulders, and mid-back, over her blouse and shorts. The cloak flared at her feet, where it is divided into flowing sections secured by ribbons. She wears long white boots which go all the way up to her white miniskirt.
Personality Description:
Regalia is what one might call a loaner. Everyone she knew in her "past life" ended up betraying her. They were all idiots. However, she learned a few things. The key to securing her life was money. Material belongings are what keeps her alive. She hates people, despises them actually. However, just because she hates people doesn't mean she can't have a bit of fun with them. Nothing beats manipulating someone. Regalia is a cruel, manipulative person. She often acts innocent, and appears to be helpless. That's when back stabbing comes in. She loves starting drama, its perfect entertainment. She hates it when people underestimate her, but its a small price to pay, in her eyes, for the look on there face when she ends up slitting there throat.
She is a physiological mess, and a complete psychopath. Despite this fact, she is still quiet. She often lets other people fight, and only gets involved when provoked. If it was up to her, she would spend her whole time locked away in her room, playing out with various toys and devices, only leaving her room when she got bored with them and wanted to go and get more objects. Usually by killing those who she envies.
Regalia has a soft, smooth voice which sounds very comforting. However, even with a voice like that her language is something to be worked with. Its a combination of elegant speech mixed with foul curses which have her grandmother rolling around in her grave, the grave Regalia put her in that is.

History:
Chapter 1:
- Pre-Academy Years:
- Regalia was born into, in her eyes, a rather pathetic family. They were working class people, and poor ones at that. She knew for a fact her mother was a member of a clan, however, she was weak, and refused to reveal the clan to anyone. Her mother showed, nor revealed and signs of having a single stitch of chakra in her. Regalia hated it. Not only were they poor, but they had the potential to be even better. From as far back as regalia can remember, she has despised her mother. Her father was also a spineless fool, being pushed around by all of his co-workers. he was so far down on the food chain even his boss didn't recognize him. Regalia and her fathers boss were very similar, similar in the way that neither one of them bothered to remember her fathers name, or her mothers for that matter.
Its no wonder Regalia turned out as a demonic and phyco as she did. Her only role models where the thieves and worthless pieces of shit that walked around in her neighbor hood. Regalia got absolutely nothing she wanted, well, at least from her parents. By the age of 7 she was practically a master pickpocket (a skill she still uses to this very day), and unlike the idiots in her neighborhood, she wasn't caught.
Regalia took her parents pathetic excuse for a life as long as she could. However, it was the day her father got fired that she lost it. She was 8 years old the day he came home, in a drunken mess, and rambled onto her mother about how he was a failure. As her mother tried to comfort him, he lost it and slapped her. "You idiots..." she muttered just loud enough for him to hear. As he looked up, Regalia blacked up.
Waking up, she noticed her house was covered in icicles. Spears of nice lay surrounding her feet and all of her house. Some splattered with blood from her parents. She walked over to her father, he had what was coming to him, 2 spears in the chest, one in the head. However, she looked at her mother. One spear to the heart. He mother was bearably alive, but looked up. "You didn't do this." she said with a smile. "I'm sorry I never told you... but..." it was then that Regalia turned around. She didn't care what her mother had to say. Her mother was the one who summoned the spears, that's all that mattered.
- Years of stupidity:
- Just minutes after the death of her parents, ninja swarmed her house. Regalia had fallen asleep in her room almost immediately after seeing her parents death, so when the ninja woke her up, she began to cry. The fake yet realistic show of tears was enough to make an old man cry, and a few of the government ninja as well. They took her down stairs. The bodies were already covered, they worked quick. The blood and ice only made her act like she was crying even more in despair.

The next few years she lived with her grandmother. Right after the discovery of her dead parents, she moved in with her. She was a frail, yet tough old women. She didn't take shit, which was both admirable to Regalia, and a pain in the ass. This meant that she had to do a lot of ass kissing, and a lot of sneaking out. Her grandmother was alot wealthier then her parents, but a greedy bitch. She didn't by Regalia anything, meaning stealing was still something she had to do. And to get better at it, she entered into the academy.
The academy was a pain. Most of the kids had already begun to use there chakra potential, but not Regalia. She had never even used it before. From day one, she wasn't very good, and it pissed her off. She would occasionally get teased by some of the other boys, however, she wasn't afraid to hurt them. A lot of times she was secretly break there bones, send them to the hospital, stuff like that.
***
At the age of 11, things began to go her way. She had started using her chakra more efficiently, and was starting to become top of her class. However, there was still one problem, she had no idea how to use the ice techniques her mother had used. That dumb bitch got herself killed before Regalia could learn anything from her. "Even in the after life she is useless to me." she would often tell herself. However, that all changed one day after school. She came home, and her grandmother was sitting there, a giant sack in her hands. A sack from Regalias room. She was hesitant, but her grandmother made her come inside. As she got closer, her grandmother stood up, and tipped the sack up side down, causing everything in it to come out.
She began yelling at Regalia, asking where she had gotten all of this stuff. She knew that Regalia hadn't brought it with her, and she diffidently didn't buy it for her. Regalia clenched her fists, and then breathed. The room got cold and she opened her eyes. "I was wrong about you." she muttered, ice filled the room. "Your just as pathetic as Your son." It was then a cascade of ice and snow flew in all directions. Her grandmother barely had the time to scream let along run away as it pierced every part of her body.
- The Appearance of Innocents :
- Just like with her parents, the ninja where in the house almost immediately. She put on the same water works display and cried it out. She told them it was an accident, which it kind of was. Regalia didn't know she could use that power. She got most of them to believe her, but a few were skeptical. That was what led to the next few years of her life. She was assigned a "body guard". What total shit she thought. However, it was better then jail. It wasn't really a body guard, more of a spy which followed her around, watching her every move. She had to act nice and innocent 24 hours a day, she hated it.
However, when she turned 13, that's when things got fun. She graduated from the academy, and that was heavenly. She got into a squad, and they took little missions. However, it wasn't long till they started taking on missions and jobs which required violence. All of that pent up energy she used on her opponent. However, she still kept her innocent composure. Giving off the illusion of innocents.

Nothing really interesting happened in her years as a genin, it was when she turned 15 that things got interesting. She was a chuunin by then. One of her team mates had died, not that she cared. She cared about none of them. Truth be told, she stole from them all the time. That was her only main reason for crying at his funeral. When they got a replacement, she never bothered learning his name either.
A few months after becoming a Chuunin, her and her "team mates" got into an argument. They had caught her stealing there money, and they were pissed. Regalia wasn't much of a talker, she never was. When she was confronted, she merely shrugged. Her partners took offense to her lack of caring and where furious. Regalia couldn't help but laugh at there temper tantrums. "You didn't honestly think i cared about you? did you?" she asked them in her normal, innocent voice. She then admitted to killing there previous team mate. They were furious, and attacked her. "You Idiots..." she muttered yet again. She then turned around, took out a knife, and slit through one of their necks. As he hit the ground, blood got on her shoes. She shook her head. "Damn it... I got dirty." was all she said as people began to flood the scene. She had forgotten about the body guard. As she got surrounded, she didn't even try to lie. She just shook her head. She didn't fight back, she did nothing. She only followed them to the prisons cells.
- Crystallized Freedom :
- She spent the next 2 years in a prison cell. Which was about 50 or 60 years less then what she expected. She was told life, however, they hadn't realized her mastery of her own technique. She waited for the next 2 years, in the cell, conserving her energy. Each day drawing out more and more blood to use. Everyday she drew a new part to a seal. She didn't know how, but she knew of a seal that might just help. Each day in that cell, however, was hell. The food sucked, and all of her belongings where taken. All of the objects that were rightfully hers where gone. Everyone had failed her. Her family, her team mates, the idiot government. Everyone. She was trapped in a small, dark room no more then 5 by 5 feet. She was in the highest room of a large tower, a guard outside the door leading into the room 24/7.
She tried making conversation with the guard, but it didn't work. He told her he wouldn't be tricked by her. They had all known about her persuasive ways.
On the last day of those two years, she tried once more to have a conversation with the guard. As she placed the final line of blood on the seal, a seal which covered the entire room, both ceiling, floor, and walls, he responded. "It is a lovely day. I am sorry you will not get to see it." Regalia smiled at this. "You are kind. I am sorry that today is the day yo were assigned to watch over me." She then did the hand signals, and summoned a giant,, 10 meter tall ice dragon. The walls came crumbling down as it flew up. She was free. it flew for 1 day, and landed in the ocean, just off the shore. Regalia climbed into the forest, and fell asleep. She would then rest for the next 3 weeks.
- A New World after a Long rest:
- Nightmares. That's all she had that 2 weeks of slumber. She tossed and turned in the sand, undisturbed by anyone. It was terrifying. two straight weeks of her sitting in a dark corner, surrounded by her parents, grandmother, and the two teammates she had murdered. They were all yelling at her, asking her why she killed them. She didn't have anything to say, she felt weak, powerless. She hated that feeling. When she woke up, something was different. She wasn't as visibly crazed anymore. She would seem like a normal person. Inside she was still the same, psychotic girl, but on the outside, she wasn't. She would try not to kill, and she would only do it if needed. However, she was an outlaw now. No doubt there was a bounty on her head. Not that she really cared. It only made her trickery more believable.
She managed to get off the island in a rather quick manner. However, even after the 2 week sleep she was tiered. And even worse, she had no recollection of how she summoned the beast that feed her. Her knew goal would be summoning that, and a few weeks after she left the island, she found someone who might just help her find out.

She was walking around a village, doing her usual thing of acting sweet and pick pocketing, when she was approached by a rather odd man. The man wore a black clack with red cloud looking formations on it. He had on a mask, so she couldn't make out his full face. He offered her lunch, and she would in no way turn down a free meal, or a free anything for that matter. He told her about the akatski, and that was the end of that. She was told of there power, and she smiled. "Could you help me discover my potential?" she asked him. Although potential was the least of her worries. She just didn't want to seem shallow asking if it would make her rich. The man nodded his head, and that was all she needed to know.

Blood trickled from the rough tops, and down onto the scarlet slow beneath the bodies. 3 thugs came out of the house and walked up to the silver haired maiden dressed in snow white cloths. A smile of praise genitally formed on her face as she leaned forward, kissing the thugs on their face as she turned around. Each of them carried a large trunk, the treasures from inside the house. It was a fairly big house, a mansion really. Only 3 people lived in it, and all three were now corpses adding color to the already perfect ice crystals on the ground. However, the white covered maiden felt no remorse for them, as she had not lifted a finger in there demise. As she smiled, she grabbed turned around. "We are going to where I am currently staying, correct?" she said, her white cloak showing to the thugs as she began to walk. It was then something caught her arm.
As she turned, one of the thugs had her arm in a grasp. "first, your promise." he said, undressing her with his eyes as she smiled, licking his lips. The other two thugs smiled as well as she turned. "Are you sure about this?" she asked, reaching up, and taking the pin out from her cloak. The men howled as the first leaned in for a kiss. "Now," Regalia muttered as she formed a heart with her fingers. "are you really a man?" she asked, an ice heart forming, and jamming into his stomach. He squealed in pain as blood poured out. He fell back, and landed on his ass.
He continued squealing and Regalia stood over him. She looked down upon him, no expression on her face, however her eyes screamed die. "Just as i thought." she told him. "You talk like a man, but," she lifted her foot, and jammed it into his knee, snapping it. "You squeal like a virgin." she said, walking away from him. The other two men looked at her in terror. They turned around, and ran. "I'm sorry." She said, taking out two shiriken. "You cant get away that easily, *hehe*" she then threw them, landing them into there spines as they fell, dead.
She picked up the three packages, and turned around, placing them on the ground as she picked up her cloak, and put it back around her. She looked at her white, cloth shoes. "Covered in blood." she muttered, paying no attention to the man screaming next to her. She then picked up the packages with one of her hands, and walked past him. "I feel like i'm forgetting something..." she muttered. "Help me!" them man screamed in pain."
"Oh, thats right." She said, using a monotone voice as she relentlessly dropped a kunie onto the head of the squealing pig. The screaming stopped, and she continued her journo back to the her current residence.
