Description:The jutsu surrounds the user in a mist enhanced with Lightning.Anyone who touchs the mist will be left paralyzed and left there. The user will then execute the victim with an attack of there choice.
Weakness:1. If your will is strong enough you may break free of the paralyzation. 2. You can focus all you Chakra into one point to break free.
