Personality Description: Shinsei is a silent type who always keeps to his own when not spoken to. He tends to deviate from crowds simply because he feels uncomfortable mingling with people who he doesn't know. Apart from that, once he gets to know a person, he exhibits loyalty to a fault. He treasures any friend that is willing to take their time knowing him. Another trait he posesses is his inability to tell lies. Usually, this is what causes people to deviate from him. When he doesn't like something, he tells it to you straight out without any sugar coating. He believes that a person deserves to know the truth, so that the person would not be disillusioned. With that said, he tends to have few friends, and fewer close friends.

History:
- Birth:
- Shinsei was born in the outskirts of Konohagakure, near the border of Sunagakure. His mother was a Hyuuga Branch Member while his father had been a shinobi of the Sand. The circumstances of his birth endangered both his parents and himself, that was why both his parents had fled Konohagakure. His father, being a bodyguard to the ambassador of Sunagakure to Konohagakure, had fallen in love with a Hyuuga when they were visiting the compounds. Soon after, the Hyuuga Branch Member realized she was pregnant and sought out the Suna nin that she was having relations with. The Suna nin hatched a plan to escape, therefore landing them on a village near the borders of both countries. Both parents were branded as traitors after they had left to escape punishment.
- Death of His Parents:
- When Shinsei was two years old, a few Konoha Hunter nins found out the hididng place of the two missing shinobis. Shinsei, being just a baby, would not remember the day when his parents were slaughtered in front of his eyes. The baby Shinsei just cried and cried and when the Konoha Missing nins were about to dispatch the abomonation of a baby, they were intercepted and killed by Suna Hunter nins. The Suna Hunters were tasked in retrieving the baby, and hopefully bring him back to Suna to be assimilated as a Suna shinobi when he grows up.
- Genin Days:
- Shinsei became a good student under the tutelage of the Suna Academy Chuunins. He was at the top of the class when he graduated and was rumored to be as great as the Legendary Copy-Cat Kakashi himself. Shinsei didn'd mind these rumours and focused on his training. He knew that to be compared to someone wasn't the same as being as strong as that someone. It was this time that Shinsei got assigned to a team. His cell went on missions for a year before being thrusted to the Chuunin Exam. His Byakugan was activated at this time and during the one month break, he had honed it and trained with it to become proficient. It was these eyes that made him succeed in the Chuunin Exams. His team passed the first and second test, but only he was able to pass the third and become a Chuunin at the age of fourteen.
- Chuunin and the Discovery:
- Once he returned home to Suna, he was immediately questioned by his teammates about his eyes, which he couldn't explain since even he did not know. For all his life, all he knew was that he was a ward of the Kazekage because of his parent's service to the village. It was at this time that the Kazekage came to him and explained everything. His history and his parents. The Kazekage knew the risks but he couldn't keep it any longer. Shockingly, Shinsei only shook his head and accepted everything before moving on.
It was at this time that Shinsei harbored his hate for Missing Nins. His parents were one and the results of that was his lonely childhood. To him, missing nins were a disgrace. At this point, Shinsei had started doing harder missions for the village as a Chuunin and had started to train his eyes to use it better. During one of his missions, his eyes and techniques were able to save his whole squade from certain death due to an ambush by a couple of missing nins. And when he returned to the village, he was commended and promoted to Jounin.
- Jounin Life:
- After becoming a Jounin at age fifteen. Shinsei started to take on missions that hunted down missing nins of Sunagakure. Instead of taking a Genin Team, he had opted to specialize in Hunting and could rarely be seen by anyone in the village. It was at this point that a new Kazekage had been appointed and the old one had died. Shinsei had not known since he was on a long term reconnaisance mission for the village. When he returned, he had payed his respects and had planned to meet up with the new Kazekage for his appointment in his duties.
- Sample:
- Shinsei jumped from tree to tree as he watched his target from above. This Hunting Mission was simple enough, and it would probably only take him a few minutes to dispatch this particular shinobi.
Shinsei continued his pursuit before jumping down and throwing a kunai at the kid. The kid, who looked about thirteen, jumped hurriedly, stumbling a little bit as he tried to recover himself. Shinsei only watched the kid before asking, "Why did you abandon the village, Suna-nin?"
The kid looked terrified for a moment before scrunching his face in blind courage and ran towards Shinsei, hoping to catch him off-guard. Shinsei could only sigh before taking a pose, "You are in my divination. Hakke Rokujuuyonshou!"
The kid never stood a chance and immediately fell down in a heap. Shinsei could only sigh at the form of the young Suna-nin that had decided to betray his village for some money. Of course, Shinsei would never have forgiven the child, but it was such a waste of potential to lose a young shinobi. With that, Shinsei pulled out a tanto and cut the boy's head before sealing it in a scroll. He then burned the body with a Katon justu before leaving.
