Meeting the Team

Chi sighed a bit. "none that won't scratch the mask." She said as she looked Mei. "You know we cann't win right?" She pointed out, as much as she hated saying those words. "She doesn't even have to try inorder to stop us." She said sighing again, fists clenching. "As much as I HATE, and I mean, HATE saying it...we..cann't...w-w-wi-...Yah and I cann't say it twice."

Mei had been standing facing away from the genin. She was surprised to see that nobody just tried to run straight for her. 'At least they have common sense.' she thought to herself. They were taking a long time to come up with a plan however. So, Mei rurned to look at them. It looked as if they were stumped and maybe slightly worried. At least they knew what they were capable of. Just to see if anything would happen she sat down and spoke, "If wew were in a real battle you would all be dead." Mei wondered who would give in to her talk and who would stay calm.

Yuudai glanced between Rubi-san and Chi-san, as the words of the latter sunk into his head. He knew from the beginning that the chances of winning were low, especially since Rubi-san didn’t seem to be the kind of person to possess subtle or non-destructive attacks, and he really hadn’t learned anything since graduating from the academy three years ago. Looking at Chi-san, she may have something, but with her loud self, he couldn’t really tell rather or not she had subtle stuff within her reservoir.

“Overwhelm her, the basis of Rubi's plan just less subtle,” Yuudai would mutter softly, as he glanced at Mei-sensei. Yes, she may be skilled, but perhaps with the combined efforts of three Genin working together, they had a chance to win. No matter how slim their chances were. He briefly glanced back at the two girls within his team, waiting for comments. Though at that moment Mei-sensei would note that they were taking far too long to plan and thus would had been dead. But, they would had been dead regardless if they had been stupid enough to plan right in front of their target. Unless said target was kind enough not to attack when he had a chance.

Yet that was of no matter. He would stay quiet, evaluating Mei-sensei, waiting for the moment his teammates decided that now was the time to strike.

Chi sighed, staying back as she ran forward. "and she fell for it" She said faking, knowing this was all distraction. "....Yuudai... I've got a plan...But I need your 100% cooperation on it." She said, her brain scheming an idea up. "While she is distracting him, I'm gonna throw down some smoke bombs, and summon my puppet, so I can use his arms. While this happens, I'll attach my strings to you as you disguise yourself as this." She said as she handed him a picture of Hunter. "Get every detail right, including the missing arms, I'll unsummon it and then we move out, me running behind you, using you as a puppet, once we get close I'll detach the strings and you'll grab her from behind, another distraction. Now this will give you away, but by then I should have enough of an opening. Using all four of my arms, I'll be worth over the required amount, so we'll win." She said as she smiled. "and about my earlier comment, forget it, we still have a chance if we do our best. Now."

She smirked and threw down four smoke bombs in total. She then opened her scrolls as she summoned Hunter, detaching the arms, and attaching them to herself. She smirked and waited for Yuudai to do his part, and proceeded, unsummoning it, and then attached the strings. "Remember, until the strings separate, don't fight what I tell your body to do." She reminded him, having him float a little above the ground, as she ran out, he levitated a bit ahead of her, as they ran, in a few seconds the strings were detached Yuu was behind Mei, and Chi above her. She took all four hands and thusted them into Mei's face, hoping to hit her mask.

Mei had been sitting still not doing a thing when suddenly she saw movement. Quickly getting to her feet she stood there to see Rubi. This girl was pretty fast but luckily with Me's small bit of Tai expirience she could be quite fast as well. Soon enough Rubi's sword was close to Mei's neck. Quickly Mei removed the Katana she had veen carrying from the sheath. After using the katana to deflect Rubi's blade, she gave Rubi a kick. It wasn't hard enough to hurt her too bad but was probably enough to send her backwards.

There was a small gap in time between tghe two attacks so Mei had a small amount of time to see what was going on. Mei was somewhat surprised at how short the time was between the attacks she had thought it would be somewhat longer. Soon, she saw a slight blur and felt the warmth of something behind her. Mei sent her elbow flying back hoping to at least make the person behing her stumble. Then, she looked up since she didn't see a third person. Chi was coming at her with four arms. Quickly Mei stuck her katana up to her face but turned it sideways so Chi would not get cut. She felt the impact of the arms but must have been too late and didn't take into account location. Two hands had hit her mas. The impact wasn't tii bad but Mei could feel it . She wasn't sure if the mask had been scratched or not but she woukd find out after the third hit which had not happened yet. Mei had underestimated these genin but she would try to make it a slight bit harder next time.

Yuudai surprisingly went along with the unspoken plan that had been initiated the moment Rubi had decided that she would play the distraction role. With a quick run down of Chi’s plan to have him disguise himself as her puppet in the cloak of smoke, the two would enter the battle. He complied with the orders of the youngest member, having henged into her puppet as well as not fighting the flow of her chakra strings, albeit it was weird that someone else other than himself was controlling his body. He had only been attached to Chi’s chakra strings for a little bit, being released right behind Mei-sensei, his henge dropped. Though at this moment, the woman had countered Rubi’s assault as well was looking to elbow him.

Not wanting to be bruised by the incoming elbow, he crouched down, fast enough to evade the elbow. And since he was in a rather good position to take actions against Mei, with the woman’s mind on the results of Chi’s attack, he decided he would sweep her legs from underneath her. Thus, he swung his leg in a circular motion, hoping that the attack would catch Mei off guard and end this test, for he safely assumed that his teammates would get in their mask touching quota for the day. Albeit, there was always that chance Mei would counter, but he hoped she didn’t. He would congratulate the girls later.
